As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the discharge structure 6 includes a connection frame 61, a discharge frame 62 disposed below the connection frame 61, a pipe 63 disposed below the discharge frame 62, a second valve 64 disposed on the pipe 63, a filter screen 65 housed in the connection frame 61, a baffle plate 66 disposed on the filter screen 65, a projection 67 disposed above the baffle plate 66, third springs 68 disposed on the left and right sides of the projection 67, and an elastic filter frame 69 housed in the discharge frame 62. The upper and lower surfaces of the connection frame 61 communicate with each other, and the upper end of the connection frame 61 is aligned with the first through hole 111 and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the housing 11, so that the interior of the connection frame 61 communicates with the interior of the housing 11, and in this embodiment, the connection frame 61 is preferably a hollow cylinder. The upper end of discharge frame 62 is equipped with the opening, discharge frame 62 the upper end with the lower extreme fixed connection of connection frame 61, discharge frame 62's longitudinal section is isosceles trapezoid, discharge frame 62's lower surface is equipped with fifth through-hole 621, fifth through-hole 621 runs through discharge frame 62's inside and outside surface. The upper end of the duct 63 is aligned with the fifth through hole 621 and is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the discharge frame 62, so that the inside of the duct 63 communicates with the inside of the discharge frame 62. The second valve 64 can control the flow rate and opening and closing of the liquid in the pipe 63. The filter screen 65 is accommodated in the connecting frame 61 and is in sliding contact with the inner surface of the connecting frame, so that the filter screen 65 can move up and down in the connecting frame 61, a sixth through hole 651 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the filter screen 65 is arranged on the filter screen 65, and the sixth through hole 651 is positioned below the first through hole 111. The baffle plate 66 is accommodated in the sixth through hole 651 and is fixedly connected with the side surface of the sixth through hole 651, and the baffle plate 66 is located below the first through hole 11. The lower end of the bump 67 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the baffle 66, the bump 67 is located below the first through hole 111, and when the filter screen 65, the baffle 66 and the bump 67 move upwards, the bump 67 can be upwards accommodated in the first through hole 111 so as to block the first through hole 111. The third spring 68 is provided with a plurality of springs, the lower end of the third spring 68 is fixedly connected with the filter screen 65, and the upper end of the third spring 68 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the shell 11, so that the filter screen 65 and the baffle 66 are supported. The elastic filter frame 69 is in a circular truncated cone shape, the outer circumferential surface of one circumferential end of the elastic filter frame 69 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the other end of the elastic filter frame 69 and is connected with the inner circumferential surface in a sliding mode, the elastic filter frame 69 is made of elastic materials and can be bent and deformed, so that when the water on the periphery of the elastic filter frame 69 is more, the elastic filter frame 69 is compressed, one end of the elastic filter frame 69 is continuously and elastically deformed inwards, the circumferential radius of the elastic filter frame 69 is reduced, and the lower end of the elastic filter frame 69 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the discharge frame 62.

The arrangement of the discharge structure 6 can scatter water discharged downwards from the first through hole 111 by the bump 67 and the baffle 66, and then the water is concentrated on the periphery of the elastic filter frame 69 after being filtered by the filter screen 65, when the water pressure is high, the elastic filter frame 69 is compressed and deformed, so that the circumferential caliber of the elastic filter frame is reduced, the water pressure is buffered, the damage to the elastic filter frame is reduced, and the service life of the elastic filter frame is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, when the novel sewage treatment device for industrial processing according to the present invention is used, sewage is continuously poured into the housing 11 and above the sealing plate 41. Then a switch of a motor 51 is turned on, the motor 51 is a servo motor, the motor periodically controls a rotating shaft 52 to rotate in the positive and negative directions so as to drive the rotating frame 21 to rotate in the positive and negative directions, the rotating frame 21 is in threaded connection with a sealing plate 41, the sealing plate 41 periodically moves up and down, when the sealing plate 41 moves downwards, due to the arrangement of a one-way valve 42, water below the one-way valve 42 cannot flow to the upper side of the sealing plate 41 through the one-way valve 42, at the moment, the sealing plate 41 presses the water below the sealing plate downwards, so that the water rapidly enters the inside of the rotating first filtering frame 22 after being filtered by the rotating first filtering frame 22, then flows upwards, enters the inside of the concentration frame 31 through the second filtering frame 32 and the third through hole 311, then enters the connection frame 61 after being filtered by the third filtering frame 33 and passing through the first through hole 111, and enters the discharge frame 62 after being broken by the bump 67 and filtered by the filter screen, the water is discharged through the pipeline 63 after being filtered by the elastic filter frame 69, the sealing plate 41 is pressed downwards, so that the water flow speed is high, the water is directly sprayed onto the third filter frame 33 after passing through the third through hole 311, the side surface of the third filter frame 33 is inclined due to the cone shape of the third filter frame 33, so that impurities on the outer surface of the third filter frame 33 can be washed away, the water can be accelerated to enter the third filter frame 33 after being filtered, the water is sprayed downwards after passing through the first through hole 111, the bump 67, the baffle 66 and the filter screen 65 move downwards, the arrangement of the bump 67 and the baffle 66 enables the water to be concentrated around the elastic filter frame 69, the water pressure around the elastic filter frame 69 is high due to the pressing of the sealing plate 41, then the elastic filter frame 69 is elastically deformed and compressed, so that the caliber of the elastic filter frame 69 is reduced, and the buffer effect on the high water pressure can be achieved, preventing damage to it; when the sealing plate 41 moves upwards, the arrangement of the check valve 42 enables the sewage above the sealing plate to enter the lower part of the sealing plate 41 after being primarily filtered by the fourth filtering frame 43, and the pressure below the sealing plate 41 is reduced, so that part of the water or air enters the concentration frame 31 through the first through hole 111 through the connecting frame 61, because the upper end of the iron block 67 is close to the first through hole 111, the bump 67 is upwards accommodated in the first through hole 111 under the action of negative pressure, so that the first through hole 111 can be blocked, at the moment, the water or air in the connecting frame 61 cannot enter the concentration frame 31, at the moment, the quick entering of the sewage above the sealing plate 41 below the sealing plate can be accelerated, the downward concentration efficiency of the sewage is improved, and the application is saved. In the process that the sealing plate 41 moves up and down, the rotating frame 21 periodically rotates forward and backward, and the bristles 27 drive the liquid in the rotating frame to circumferentially rotate and flow, so that impurities on the outer circumferential surface of the second filter frame 32 can be cleaned, and the rotating frame 21 can drive the first filter frame 22 to rotate, so that the impurities on the outer circumferential surface of the first filter frame 22 can be thrown away, and the impurities are prevented from being concentrated on the outer circumferential surface of the first filter frame 22. And when the sealing plate 41 moves downwards, the piston 23 and the sealing frame 24 can move upwards so as to buffer the pressure in the rotating frame 21, prevent the damage to the structure in the rotating frame 21 and prolong the service life of the rotating frame. So far, the use process of the novel sewage treatment device for industrial processing is described.
