At present, the hydrogen fuel cell automobile can only supply energy through a few fixed hydrogen stations so as to provide power for the automobile. As for the number of the domestic hydrogenation stations at present, the worry that people buy the hydrogen fuel cell automobile to hydrogenate is not eliminated, and the popularization of the hydrogen fuel cell automobile is hindered. The construction of the hydrogen station needs a large amount of capital, manpower and material resources, and the construction also needs a long time. How to rapidly and effectively supply energy for hydrogen energy vehicles is a subject. In addition, it is a challenge to efficiently deliver a large number of mobile tank change stations at a low cost.

Disclosure of Invention

An aspect of the problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a mobile tank change station that is modular and integrates at least a gas tank change function.

In the mobile tank changing station, the mobile tank changing station can be a single-layer, and the mobile tank changing station is a box-type semi-trailer.

Detailed Description

To assist those skilled in the art in understanding the subject matter claimed herein, specific embodiments thereof are described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a mobile can change station to which the present application relates. The mobile tank changing station is in a moving state of a first floor and comprises a first floor 1 of the mobile tank changing station, a tractor 2, a traction area a, a moving area b, a garage area c, an operation area d and a storage area e 1. The traction area is provided with a connecting mechanism 3 and a supporting mechanism 4, the connecting mechanism 3 is connected with the mobile tank changing station 1 and the tractor 2, and the supporting mechanism 4 is in a storage state.

Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of a mobile can change station to which the present application relates. Wherein the support mechanism 4 of the traction area a supports the ground; the openable door 5 of the garage area c is in an open state; the vehicle runs to a vehicle parking position 6 through the openable door 5, a vehicle positioning system of the vehicle parking position 6 positions the vehicle to a specified position, and the openable and closable sliding door 7 is opened; the gas pitcher handling system 8 of operation district d has the gas pitcher and snatchs structure, elevation structure and horizontal guide rail, and the dismantlement process of gas pitcher is: the gas tank gripping structure unloads the gas tank from the vehicle, the lifting structure lowers the gas tank from the vehicle parking position 6 to the transfer passage 9 of the working area d, the gas tank transfer system 8 moves the gas tank to below the storage area e1 by carrying the gas tank through the horizontal guide rail, the lifting structure raises the gas tank from the transfer passage 9 to the storage area e1, and the gas tank gripping structure places the gas tank in the storage area e 1. The loading process of the gas cylinder is the reverse of the disassembly process. In the process, the information display system of the garage area c keeps information interaction with the user, and the vehicle is separated from the vehicle parking position 6 after the tank is replaced and is driven away through the openable door 5.

Fig. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of a mobile can change station to which the present application relates. Moreover, the mobile tank changing station has two layouts of a single layer and a multilayer, and is convenient and quick to move and deploy. Therefore, the method is suitable for establishing a plurality of addresses such as a highway service station, a parking lot or a business center.
