At present, the rerailers commonly used in China are herringbone rerailers and cross sliding rerailers. The herringbone rerailer is used for lifting a big hook or an axle of a vehicle, and an operator can operate outside the vehicle body, so that the operation is safe, and the operation is convenient and quick in a power situation; when the cross sliding type rerailer is placed, an operator needs to drill into the bottom of the vehicle to work, and the rerailer is unsafe, only can be used for rerailing the axle of the vehicle, has a single rerailing point and is poor in adaptability. The existing high-speed railway has two track beds, one is a ballastless track bed used in a main track and an interval, and is characterized in that the height between the top surface of a steel rail and the whole track bed is 250mm, the bottom surface of the steel rail is 70mm higher than the surface of the whole track bed, while the bottom surface of the steel rail of the traditional ballasted track bed is 20mm lower than a sleeper surface, and the difference between the two is 90mm, so that the traditional herringbone rerailer can not be installed and used, and the other is a plate type sleeper track bed used on a line in a station yard, wherein the distance between sleepers is 120mm, the width of the sleeper is 460m, and the length of the sleeper is 2500mm, and a ballastless line is laid.
