The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the automatic dismounting fixture for the container cabin surface lock is applicable to the T-FA-8D container cabin surface lock of SEC company, and comprises a fixture body 1, a transmission mechanism 2 and a toggle assembly 3.

The fixture body 1 comprises a base body 11, a clamping part 12 and a guide part 13. The clamping portion 12 includes two and is symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the seat 11. Each clamping portion 12 is provided with a clamping groove 14 formed by sinking towards the direction of the base body 11 at two ends of a side far away from the base body 11 so as to be matched with an external clamping assembly 100. The shift levers 200 are arranged on a turntable 201, the turntable 201 is driven by a motor (not shown) to rotate, and the two shift levers 200 are eccentrically arranged and are symmetrical.

Alternatively, the first gear 211 can be driven by other power sources, such as pneumatic or hydraulic, as long as the gear set 21 is rotated to drive the transmission shaft 22. In addition, the gear set 21 may include more than two gears, and the first gear 211 is connected to an external power source as a primary gear of the gear set 21. And the second gear 212 serves as a final gear of the gear set 21, at least one gear for transmitting the rotation of the first gear 211 to the second gear 212 may be further provided between the first gear 211 and the second gear 212.

The transmission shaft 22 is connected to the center of the second gear 212 and can rotate around its axis in synchronization with the second gear 212. The transmission shaft 22 is coaxial with the rotation axis of the second gear 212, so that the transmission shaft 22 extends longitudinally (extends up and down) and extends upwards to the top of the seat body 11 from the connection point with the second gear 212. One end of the transmission shaft 22 is fixedly connected with the second gear 212, and the other end is rotatably connected with the seat body 11.

The toggle assembly 3 comprises a toggle piece 31 and a catch 32. The tumblers 31 cooperate with the locking assembly 302 to permit the locking assembly 302 to be tumbled, and the tumblers 32 are used to lock the deck lock 300.

Referring to fig. 8, when the deck lock 300(SEC T-FA-8D) needs to be grasped, the deck lock 300 is aligned first, the lower portion of the deck lock 300 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 111 of the seat body 11, and the blocking piece 32 of the toggle assembly 3 is inserted into the bottom surface of the groove 301 of the deck lock 300 and abuts against the bottom surface of the groove 301, so as to define the position of the deck lock 300; then, the shifting lever 200 clamped at two sides of the shifting groove 23 is rotated to rotate the gear set 21, the transmission shaft 22 is driven to rotate, the shifting assembly 3 is further driven to rotate, the shifting piece 31 shifts the locking assembly 302 of the cabin surface lock 300, and the cabin surface lock 300 is unlocked; conversely, when the drive shaft 22 rotates in the reverse direction, the deck lock 300 can be locked.

As mentioned above, the invention is designed for the SECT-FA-8D cabin face lock 300, and locks similar to the structure can be automatically disassembled or assembled through the invention.
