1. A document providing method, comprising:

determining each function provided by the product and a document corresponding to each function, wherein the whole description document of the product is composed of the documents corresponding to each function;

determining a function contained in a product provided to an access party;

and providing a document corresponding to the function according to the function which needs to be known by the access party in the contained functions.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

after the document is updated, determining the function corresponding to the document;

and after the access party needing to know the function is determined, the access party is informed of document updating, and/or the updated document is provided for the access party.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the access party is notified of the document update in one or a combination of the following ways:

after determining that the document is updated, notifying an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the request of an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the subscription notification requirement of the access party;

and after determining that the document is updated, notifying all access parties needing to know the function.

4. A document providing apparatus, comprising:

a processor for reading the program in the memory, performing the following processes:

determining each function provided by the product and a document corresponding to each function, wherein the whole description document of the product is composed of the documents corresponding to each function;

determining a function contained in a product provided to an access party;

providing a document corresponding to the function according to the function which needs to be known by the access party in the contained functions;

a transceiver for receiving and transmitting data under the control of the processor.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:

after the document is updated, determining the function corresponding to the document;

and after the access party needing to know the function is determined, the access party is informed of document updating, and/or the updated document is provided for the access party.

6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the access party is notified of the document update in one or a combination of:

after determining that the document is updated, notifying an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the request of an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the subscription notification requirement of the access party;

and after determining that the document is updated, notifying all access parties needing to know the function.

7. A document providing apparatus, comprising:

the system comprises a relation determining module, a document processing module and a document processing module, wherein the relation determining module is used for determining each function provided by a product and a document corresponding to each function, and the whole description document of the product is formed by the document corresponding to each function;

a function determination module for determining a function included in a product provided to an access party;

and the document providing module is used for providing a document corresponding to the function according to the function which needs to be known by the access party in the contained functions.

8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:

the notification module is used for determining the function corresponding to the document after the document is updated; and after the access party needing to know the function is determined, the access party is informed of document updating, and/or the updated document is provided for the access party.

9. The device of claim 8, wherein the notification module is further configured to notify the access party of the document update in one or a combination of the following ways:

after determining that the document is updated, notifying an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the request of an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the subscription notification requirement of the access party;

and after determining that the document is updated, notifying all access parties needing to know the function.

10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a medium for providing a document.

Background

The product description document refers to a document for expressing a product so that a person can know and understand a certain product. Its basic features include reality, scientificity, orderliness, customs and practicability.

The product description document is an accurate and concise document material written by a producer to comprehensively and definitely introduce the contents of product names, purposes, properties, performances, principles, structures, specifications, using methods, maintenance, cautionary matters and the like to a consumer.

For product description documents with software products as the main part, the current general description document providing scheme is to write a large and complete system description document for the access side (i.e. user, consumer) to understand. When a product is updated, the document also needs to be modified correspondingly, which means that the document version needs to be updated continuously.

In the updating process of the document version, when a plurality of persons need to modify the document, the documents need to be modified one by one in sequence, and once the document is modified, the related parties need to be notified manually to pay attention to the document in time.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a document providing method, a device and a medium, which are used for solving the problem of system description documents which cannot be accurately provided.

The embodiment of the invention provides a document providing method, which comprises the following steps:

determining each function provided by the product and a document corresponding to each function, wherein the whole description document of the product is composed of the documents corresponding to each function;

determining a function contained in a product provided to an access party;

and providing a document corresponding to the function according to the function which needs to be known by the access party in the contained functions.

In an implementation, the method further comprises the following steps:

after the document is updated, determining the function corresponding to the document;

and after the access party needing to know the function is determined, the access party is informed of document updating, and/or the updated document is provided for the access party.

In implementation, the access party is notified of the document update in one or a combination of the following ways:

after determining that the document is updated, notifying an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the request of an access party;

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the subscription notification requirement of the access party;

and after determining that the document is updated, notifying all access parties needing to know the function.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a document providing apparatus, including:

after determining that the document is updated, notifying according to the request of an access party;

The embodiment of the invention provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the document providing method when executing the computer program.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the above-described document providing method.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, because the document is divided into a plurality of parts aiming at each function provided by the product instead of providing a large and full document, the defects caused by the large and full document are overcome, and a foundation is laid for accurately providing the document;

because the document is provided according to different access parties and functions known by the access parties as required, the most accurate document can be provided for each access party, and because the document is personalized and customized, the customer perception of the access party can be obviously improved.

Detailed Description

The inventor notices in the process of invention that:

a large, full document is often a complete specification of all the functions of the system, while an accessing party is often not fully accessed, which often focuses on only a portion of it. The large and full document itself brings content interference and comprehension pressure to the access party, resulting in poor experience.

Large and complete documents are often not supported, large-scale document management is realized, and mutual coverage is easily caused when multiple persons modify the documents simultaneously.

In the existing document providing mode, a mode of notifying the user of the document by modification is not provided, and a common manual notification mode is generally used, for example, a document is attached by using an e-mail, or an access party is notified to download the document by himself.

Therefore, the documents need to be more targeted, the understanding cost of the access party is reduced, and the functional documents related to the access party are directly obtained;

the method has the advantages that the document management and updating operation is simplified, the ultra-large-scale document management is supported, and the problem of mutual coverage easily caused when a plurality of persons modify the document at the same time is solved;

through the active subscription and automatic notification mode, the method supports the automatic notification of the relevant access parties, and when the document is modified, the relevant access parties can pay attention to the document in time, so that the relevant access parties can upgrade the access mode in time conveniently, and experience the system value brought by the upgrade as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, as the progress of the digital society advances, more and more companies and systems are increasingly closely related. The incidence relations are generated by a mutual calling mode of system interfaces; in part, by directly using the service system provided by the other party. These relationships are often inherently complex and have a large practical impact. In the association preparation phase, the system functions need to be explained and illustrated through system documents.

With the development of business of companies, any company can provide a series of system service capabilities, or a batch of system service interfaces, and when facing a specific access party (client), it becomes especially necessary to provide a system document that is precisely suitable.

Based on this, a document providing scheme is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the following describes a specific implementation of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
