The mainstream cable formers in the market all adopt crawler-type disc stranders, and the cable cores are pulled to advance by friction force generated by the pressure of a crawler on the cable cores. The printing strip 1 can be changed into different printing strips 1 according to the printing requirements, and the replacement cost of the printing wheel is reduced.

The groove 2 corresponds to a printing unit, the length of the groove 2 is just the length of the contact between the printing wheel and the sheath, the suction generated by air suction is ensured to be completely acted on the surface of the sheath, the air pressure is the same, the printing effect is consistent, the heights of two sides between adjacent grooves are slightly lower, and the printing between the two grooves can be ensured to be normal.

The air duct 3 is used for connecting the groove 2 and the air suction pipe 8 at the axis for air suction, and the air exhauster can control the printing effect by adjusting the air suction amount.
