Detailed Description

The mechanical extension device of the sofa of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.

A sofa mechanical stretching device is characterized in that: comprises a base component, a leg rest component, a seat component, a backrest component and an electric push rod 4.

The base component comprises two outer mounting plates 1 arranged in parallel, a supporting rod 3 arranged between the two outer mounting plates 1 and two inner mounting plates 2 (only one inner mounting plate is shown in the attached drawings) arranged on the supporting rod 3 and positioned at the inner sides of the outer mounting plates 1; the support frame is fixed on the chair frame of the sofa chair through bolts.

When the stretching device needs to be unfolded, the electric push rod 4 contracts to drive the lower side part of the triangular rotating plate 6 to rotate forwards, the triangular rotating plate 6 drives the front connecting rod 7 to move forwards, the lower end of the lock rod 8 moves forwards, the upper end of the lock rod drives the seat rail 10 to move backwards, the seat rail 10 drives the upper end of the first connecting rod 15 to move backwards, and the lower end of the first connecting rod 15 moves forwards, so that the second connecting rod 16, the third connecting rod 17 and the fourth connecting rod 18 are linked to be unfolded, and finally, the leg placing plate is driven to be unfolded forwards so as to be placed for the artificial leg placing.

It should be noted that for convenience of description, the front, rear, upper and lower ends of the above or below components are referred to only by the states shown in fig. 1 to 3.

The second link 16 is provided with a first guide pin 23 against which the fourth link 18 abuts. The fourth link 18 can abut against the first guide pin during the unfolding and folding processes to ensure stable unfolding and folding of the leg rest assembly.

The leg placing component further comprises a middle leg placing plate 20, and the middle leg placing plate 20 is arranged on the third connecting rod 17 through a bolt. The inner mounting plate 2 has a support pin 28 at the front end thereof for supporting the swing link 11 and the drive lever 9. The swing link 11 is supported at its distal end by the support pin 28 and the second guide pin 22, and the structural strength of the seat plate can be improved.
