The instant bread slice heating device according to claim 2, wherein the material guiding rollers (9) are all horizontally arranged in the longitudinal direction, the material guiding rollers (9) are all arranged through rotating shafts, the rotating shafts all extend forwards out of the supporting mounting plate (3), the front ends of the rotating shafts are all provided with operating belt wheels (8), and belts (7) are enveloped between the operating belt wheels (8).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of food processing equipment, in particular to an instant bread slicing and heating device.

Background

A food is prepared from five cereals (generally wheat) by pulverizing and heating. The baked food is prepared by using wheat flour as a main raw material and yeast, eggs, grease, sugar, salt and the like as auxiliary materials, adding water to prepare dough, and performing processes of cutting, forming, proofing, baking, cooling and the like. At present, the bread gradually replaces the traditional breakfast and becomes the first choice in family breakfast, and the bread purchased from a commercial place has large volume and is inconvenient to eat.

Chinese patent publication No. CN209141022U discloses a heating type bread slicing apparatus which can perform slicing and heating operations, but has significant disadvantages in slice adaptability adjustment, continuous material guiding, and timely heating.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a device for heating instant slices of bread, which solves the above problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a heating device for instant slicing bread comprises a horizontally arranged supporting mounting plate, supporting mounting columns are arranged at four corners of the lower end of the supporting mounting plate, a supporting mounting frame is vertically arranged at the upper end of the supporting mounting plate, a supporting guide column is horizontally arranged at the upper half section of the supporting mounting frame, a guide hole is arranged at the right side of the supporting mounting frame at the lower side of the supporting guide column, a rotary cover plate is arranged at the upper end of the guide hole through a rotary shaft, a driving motor is arranged at the lower left corner of the supporting mounting plate in a matched manner with the supporting mounting column through the mounting frame, a movable mounting cylinder is horizontally arranged in a matched manner with the supporting guide column, reset rotating plates are arranged at two ends of the upper side of the movable mounting cylinder through reset rotary shafts, moving guide wheels are arranged at the outer ends of the reset rotating plates through rotary shafts, a limiting mounting plate is horizontally arranged right below the movable mounting cylinder, lifting guide posts are vertically arranged at both ends of the limiting mounting plate, the upper ends of the lifting guide posts are fixed at the lower side of the movable mounting cylinder, an active motor is vertically arranged at the middle position of the lower end of the movable mounting cylinder, a lifting stud is vertically arranged at the middle position of the lower end of the active motor, a lifting mounting frame is horizontally arranged between the limiting mounting plate and the movable mounting cylinder, the two ends of the lifting mounting frame are matched with the lifting guide posts and are respectively provided with the lifting guide cylinders, a lifting screw cylinder is arranged at the middle position of the lifting mounting frame and matched with the lifting stud, a lifting mounting plate is vertically arranged at the front end of the lifting screw cylinder, a rotary slicing knife is arranged at the middle position of the front end of the lifting mounting plate through the mounting frame, a uniform flow cavity is horizontally arranged at the middle position inside the rotary slicing knife, the active flow guide cavity is communicated with the flow equalizing cavity through a telescopic conduit.

As a further scheme of the invention: the front end of the driving motor is provided with a driving belt wheel through a rotating shaft, and the upper end of the supporting mounting plate is horizontally provided with a plurality of material guiding rollers at equal intervals.

As a further scheme of the invention: the rotary slicing knife is connected with the mounting frame through a driving rotating shaft, and a plurality of flow guide holes are formed in the two sides of the rotary slicing knife in a matched and flow-equalizing cavity array mode.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the upper end in initiative water conservancy diversion chamber is provided with the filter screen, and the inside in initiative water conservancy diversion chamber is through the vertical water conservancy diversion motor that is provided with of water conservancy diversion mounting bracket, and the lower extreme of water conservancy diversion motor evenly is provided with a plurality of water conservancy diversion flabellums through the pivot, and the half lower section level in initiative water conservancy diversion chamber is provided with a plurality of electricity and assists the hot coil.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: carry out the bread guide through the structure of continuous guide, the guide process is stable in succession, and the structure that the cooperation was removed realizes the regulation of cutting thickness and cutting position to accomplish the cutting under the cooperation of lift guide structure, cooperate initiative water conservancy diversion and auxiliary heat simultaneously, make the air evenly derive, to the bread instant heating of cutting department, realize the instant slicing heat operation of bread, show the slicing efficiency who promotes the bread, shorten edible latency.
