Referring to fig. 2, a sponge plate 39 is disposed on the inner side of the protection groove 38, clamping blocks 41 are disposed on two sides of the protection groove 38, seven sets of second suction cups 40 are disposed on the outer side of the protection groove 38, the protection groove 38 can be sucked on the top end of the fixed movement groove 37 through the second suction cups 40, the suction cups can prevent the cutting machine 15 from being influenced in movement, the sponge plate 39 can be used for cleaning the blade of the cutting machine 15, and the clamping blocks 41 can be used for conveniently taking down the sponge plate 39 for cleaning or fixing.

Referring to fig. 3, two sets of cover plates 42 are disposed at the top end of the active slot 25, and one side of the two sets of cover plates 42 contacting each other is disposed with an arc slot, and a circle formed by the two sets of arc slots is three centimeters larger than the diameter of the electric push rod 14, so as to prevent the electric push rod 14 from being unable to extend into the inner cavity of the active slot 25, a second rotating shaft 44 is disposed at one end of the two sets of cover plates 42 between the two sets of arc slots, the cover plates 42 are connected to the active slot 25 through the second rotating shaft 44, the top ends of the two sets of cover plates 42 are disposed with movable cover plates 43, the cover plates 42 can rotate through the second rotating shaft 44, when cutting the medicinal material, the two sets of cover plates 42 can move to the top end of the active slot 25 through the second rotating shaft 44, so as to seal the top end of the active slot 25.

Please refer to fig. 4, the inner cavity right side of the medicinal material movable slot 25 is provided with a second fixing rod 46, the left side of the second fixing rod 46 is provided with an adjusting plate 47, a third rotating shaft 48 is arranged at the joint of the adjusting plate 47 and the second fixing rod 46, three groups of spring connectors 49 are arranged on the left side and the bottom end of the inner cavity of the medicinal material movable slot 25, the inner side swing joint of the spring connectors 49 is provided with a medicinal material cutting slot 53, the left top end of the adjusting plate 47 is provided with a reaction rod 50, the right side of the adjusting plate 47 is provided with an adjusting rod 51, the left side movement of the adjusting rod 51 is controlled, the adjusting plate 47 is driven to rotate through the third rotating shaft 48, and the reaction rod 50 is driven to move.

Referring to fig. 5, a control rod 54 is disposed in the inner cavity of the movable extrusion rod 28, and a movable connection slot 52 matched with the adjustment rod 51 is disposed at the left side of the control rod 54, and the movable connection slot 52 on the control rod 54 is connected with the adjustment rod 51, so as to prevent a human hand from extending into the medicinal material movable slot 25 to control the movement of the adjustment rod 51.

Referring to fig. 1, the left side of the fixed connecting rod 21 is fixedly connected to the vertical plate 2, and the upper and lower ends of the fixed connecting rod 21 are both provided with additional inclined struts, and the left side of the additional inclined strut is fixedly connected to the vertical plate 2, so that the stability of the fixed connecting rod 21 is improved by the additional inclined struts, and the fixed connecting rod 21 is prevented from failing to play a role of fixing the medicinal material moving groove 25.

Referring to fig. 5, the inner cavity of the movable extrusion rod 28 is provided with a through hole matching with the control rod 54, and the length of the control rod 54 is ten centimeters longer than that of the movable extrusion rod 28, so as to prevent the control rod 54 from extending into the inner cavity of the movable extrusion rod 28 and being unable to be taken out when the adjustment rod 51 is controlled to move.

Referring to fig. 4, through holes matched with the adjusting rod 51 are formed on the right side of the medicinal material moving groove 25 and the second fixture block 30, and the adjusting rod 51 extends out of the inner cavity of the medicinal material moving groove 25 through the through holes, so that the locking bolt 55 on the control rod 54 is conveniently connected with the adjusting rod 51.

A use method of a cutting device with a protection device for traditional Chinese medicine specifically comprises the following steps:

s1: place bottom plate 1 behind required position, pour into medicinal material that will cut into in medicinal material cutting groove 53, and place medicinal material movable slot 25 on the top of placing board 20, and make the left side contact fixed extrusion pole 24 of medicinal material movable slot 25, upwards rotate rotor plate 26 through pivot 27 again to and place board 20 and keep ninety degrees, go into triangle-shaped block 34 card of diagonal brace 32 bottom in triangle-shaped slot 33 again, insert fixed stopper 35 bottom with the top of diagonal brace 32 again, fix rotor plate 26, promote movable extrusion pole 28 to the left side again, make second fixture block 30 card go into in the second draw-in groove 29, and connect regulation pole 51 with the left movable connection slot 52 of control lever 54, rethread locking bolt 55 fixed movable extrusion pole 28.

S3: start electric putter 14 and cutting machine 15 through driving motor 13, electric putter 14 sends into medicinal material cutting groove 53 with cutting machine 15 in, rotate two sets of closing cap board 42 through second pivot 44, seal the top of medicinal material movable groove 25, and with activity closing cap board 43 swing joint electric putter 14's the outside, rethread cutting machine 15 cuts the medicinal material, and through pulling control lever 54 side-to-side movement, drive the horizontal movement of regulation pole 51, and through the motion of regulating plate 47 bottom, make the reaction rod 50 reverse motion that is located the regulating plate 47 top, it rocks to drive medicinal material cutting groove 53, make the medicinal material cut by abundant structure.

S4: after the cutting is accomplished, with electric putter 14 upwards shrink, take out from the inner chamber of medicinal material movable slot 25, and promote the left side motion of fly leaf 4, and adsorb on adsorption plate 9 through sucking disc 8 and fix fly leaf 4, at this moment, cutting machine 15 is located protection groove 38, take off diagonal brace 32 again, and pull movable extrusion rod 28 to the right side and break away from the medicinal material movable slot, will place board 20 right side and press down again, make telescopic link 17 move to the inner chamber of dead lever 16, at this moment, place the left side of board 20 and fixed connecting rod 21 junction because arc fixture block 23 moves in arc recess 22, place board 20 does not break away from fixed connecting rod 21, take out medicinal material movable slot 25 again, and take out the medicinal material of accomplishing the cutting in the medicinal material cutting groove 53.
