1. A plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus, comprising:

the supporting frame (10), the said supporting frame (10) encloses into the working space;

a first turbine wash group (20), said first turbine wash group (20) being connected with said support frame (10);

a second turbine cleaning group (30), wherein the second turbine cleaning group (30) is connected with the supporting frame (10) and is arranged at the position of the supporting frame (10) opposite to the first turbine cleaning group (20), and a working space for the plate type base material to pass through is formed between the first turbine cleaning group (20) and the second turbine cleaning group (30);

a drain steam device (110), wherein the drain steam device (110) is arranged on the support frame (10) and is communicated with the working space, and the drain steam device (110) is used for draining water steam in the working space;

the first turbine cleaning group (20) is provided with a first spraying end (22), the first spraying end (22) is used for spraying mortar mixed liquor to a first surface of the plate-type base material, and the second turbine cleaning group (30) is provided with a second spraying end, and the second spraying end is used for spraying mortar mixed liquor to a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the plate-type base material.

Plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that said first turbo cleaning group (20) comprises a plurality of first turbo cleaning units (21), said plurality of first turbo cleaning units (21) being arranged at intervals along the width direction of said support frame (10), each of said first turbo cleaning units (21) having at least one of said first injection ends (22) thereon.

The plate type substrate surface oxide treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the second turbo cleaning group (30) comprises a plurality of second turbo cleaning units (31), the plurality of second turbo cleaning units (31) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first turbo cleaning units (21), and each second turbo cleaning unit (31) has at least one second injection end thereon.

4. Plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein two adjacent first turbo cleaning units (21) are disposed offset in the moving direction of the plate-type substrate.

5. The plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:

a first rinsing unit (40), the first rinsing unit (40) being connected with the support frame (10), and the first rinsing unit (40) having a first rinsing end (41), the first rinsing end (41) being used for rinsing residual steel grit and scale on the first surface and/or the second surface of the plate-type substrate.

The plate type substrate surface oxide treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the first rinsing end (41) is provided in plurality, the first rinsing ends (41) are provided in plurality at intervals along a length direction of the support frame (10), and at least one first rinsing end (41) is provided downstream of each first turbo cleaning unit (21).

7. The plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:

a second washing unit (50), wherein the second washing unit (50) is connected to the support frame (10) and disposed at a position close to the first end of the support frame (10), the second washing unit (50) has a plurality of second washing ends (51), the plurality of second washing ends (51) are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the support frame (10), and each second washing end (51) is used for washing steel grit and scale remained on the first surface and/or the second surface of the plate-type substrate.

The plate type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 7, wherein at least one of the second rinsing ports (51) of the plurality of second rinsing ports (51) is disposed toward the first surface of the plate type substrate, and the remaining second rinsing ports (51) are disposed toward the second surface of the plate type substrate.

9. The plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism comprising:

the pinch roll set (60) is connected with the supporting frame (10), the axis of the pinch roll set (60) extends along the width direction of the supporting frame (10), and the pinch roll set (60) is used for providing power for the plate type base material to advance along a first preset direction;

the conveying roller (70) is connected with the supporting frame (10), the axis of the conveying roller (70) extends along the width direction of the supporting frame (10), and the conveying roller (70) is used for assisting in conveying the plate-type base material.

10. The plate type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the conveying mechanism further comprises:

the supporting structures (80) are connected with the supporting frame (10), the number of the supporting structures (80) is multiple, and the supporting structures (80) are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the supporting frame (10);

the device comprises two groups of blocking roller sets (120), wherein one group of blocking roller sets (120) is arranged at the first end of the supporting frame (10), and the other group of blocking roller sets (120) is arranged at the second end of the supporting frame (10).

The plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment device according to claim 3, comprising a plurality of first turbine cleaning groups (20), wherein the plurality of first turbine cleaning groups (20) are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the support frame (10), and a plurality of second turbine cleaning groups (30), wherein the plurality of second turbine cleaning groups (30) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first turbine cleaning groups (20).

14. Plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment device according to claim 3, characterized in that said first turbo cleaning unit (21) comprises:

a first turbine structure (211), the first turbine structure (211) having a first housing cavity (2111);

the first driving part (212), the first driving part (212) is in driving connection with the first turbine structure (211) to drive the first turbine structure (211) to rotate along a second preset direction;

the number of the first beating blades (213) is multiple, the multiple first beating blades (213) are arranged around the circumferential direction of the first turbine structure (211) at intervals, a first flow passage is formed between every two adjacent first beating blades (213), and the first flow passage is communicated with the first accommodating cavity (2111);

the first spraying end (22) extends into the first accommodating cavity (2111), mortar mixed liquid sprayed by the first spraying end (22) flows through the first overflowing channel, and the first driving part (212) drives the first turbine structure (211) to rotate so that the mortar mixed liquid strikes the first surface of the plate-type base material.

15. Plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that said second turbo cleaning unit (31) comprises:

a second turbine structure having a second receiving cavity;

the second driving part is in driving connection with the second turbine structure so as to drive the second turbine structure to rotate along a third preset direction;

the second beating blades are arranged around the second turbine structure at intervals in the circumferential direction, a second overflowing channel is formed between every two adjacent second beating blades, and the second overflowing channels are communicated with the second containing cavity;

the second spraying end extends into the second accommodating cavity, the mortar mixed liquid sprayed by the second spraying end flows through the second overflowing channel, and the second driving part drives the second turbine structure to rotate so that the mortar mixed liquid strikes the second surface of the plate-type base material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plate-type substrate surface treatment equipment, in particular to a plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment device.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a device for treating oxide on the surface of a plate-shaped base material, which solves the problems that in the prior art, oxide scales on the surface of the plate-shaped base material are usually removed in a chemical mode, so that environmental pollution is easily caused, and the strength of the plate-shaped base material is seriously influenced due to the hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon generated in the acid washing process.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus including a support frame, a first turbine cleaning group and a second turbine cleaning group, the first turbine cleaning group being connected to the support frame; the second turbine cleaning group is connected with the supporting frame and arranged at the position, opposite to the first turbine cleaning group, of the supporting frame, and a working space for the plate type base material to pass through is formed between the first turbine cleaning group and the second turbine cleaning group; the first turbine cleaning group is provided with a first spraying end used for spraying mortar mixed liquor to a first surface of the plate-type base material, and the second turbine cleaning group is provided with a second spraying end used for spraying mortar mixed liquor to a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the plate-type base material.

Further, first turbine washs group includes a plurality of first turbine cleaning units, and a plurality of first turbine cleaning units set up along the width direction interval of braced frame, all have at least one first injection end on each first turbine cleaning unit.

Further, the second turbine cleaning group comprises a plurality of second turbine cleaning units, the second turbine cleaning units and the first turbine cleaning units are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and each second turbine cleaning unit is provided with at least one second spraying end.

Further, at least one of the plurality of second rinsing ports is disposed toward the first surface of the plate-type substrate, and the remaining second rinsing ports are disposed toward the second surface of the plate-type substrate.

Furthermore, the device for treating the surface oxide of the plate-type base material further comprises a conveying mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a pinch roller set and a conveying roller, the pinch roller set is connected with the supporting frame, the axis of the pinch roller set extends along the width direction of the supporting frame, and the pinch roller set is used for providing power for the plate-type base material to advance along a first preset direction; the conveying roller is connected with braced frame, and the axis of conveying roller extends the setting along braced frame's width direction, and the conveying roller is used for assisting the conveying board type substrate.

Further, the first turbine cleaning unit comprises a first turbine structure, a first driving part and a first beating blade, wherein the first turbine structure is provided with a first accommodating cavity; the first driving part is in driving connection with the first turbine structure so as to drive the first turbine structure to rotate along a second preset direction; the first beating blades are arranged around the first turbine structure at intervals in the circumferential direction, a first flow passage is formed between every two adjacent first beating blades, and the first flow passage is communicated with the first containing cavity; the first injection end extends into the first accommodating cavity, the mortar mixed liquid injected by the first injection end flows through the first overflowing channel, and the first driving part drives the first turbine structure to rotate, so that the first beating blade positioned on one side of the first overflowing channel throws out the mortar mixed liquid and beats the mortar mixed liquid on the first surface of the plate-type substrate.

Further, the second turbine cleaning unit comprises a second turbine structure, a second driving part and a second hitting blade, and the second turbine structure is provided with a second accommodating cavity; the second driving part is in driving connection with the second turbine structure so as to drive the second turbine structure to rotate along a third preset direction; the second beating blades are arranged around the second turbine structure at intervals in the circumferential direction, a second overflowing channel is formed between every two adjacent second beating blades, and the second overflowing channels are communicated with the second containing cavity; the second spraying end extends into the second containing cavity, the mortar mixed liquid sprayed by the second spraying end flows through the second overflowing channel, and the second driving portion drives the second turbine structure to rotate, so that the second hitting blade located on one side of the second overflowing channel is thrown out of the mortar mixed liquid and hits the second surface of the plate-type base material.

With the technical solution of the present invention, there is provided a plate-type substrate surface oxide treatment apparatus having a first turbine cleaning group and a second turbine cleaning group, such that, when the plate-type base material is positioned in the working space, the first spraying end of the first turbine cleaning group sprays the mortar mixed liquor moving at high speed to the first surface of the plate-type base material, meanwhile, the second spraying end of the second turbine cleaning group sprays the mortar mixed liquor moving at high speed to the second surface of the plate-shaped base material opposite to the first surface, so that the oxide skin on the surface of the plate-shaped base material can be removed under the combined action of the first spraying end and the second spraying end, the physical removal of the surface oxide skin of the plate-shaped base material does not generate pollutants, avoids polluting the environment, meanwhile, the oxide skin on the surface of the plate-shaped base material is removed in a physical mode, so that the strength of the plate-shaped base material is prevented from being influenced, and the integral structural strength of the plate-shaped base material is guaranteed not to be influenced by removing the oxide skin.
