However, the leather dyeing method used in the prior art has unsatisfactory dyeing uniformity of the dyed leather.

For example, the chinese invention patent application discloses a leather waterless dyeing method [ application No.: 201710390344.1, the patent application of the invention provides a leather waterless dyeing method, which is characterized by comprising the following specific steps: (1) placing the degreased leather blanks in a warehouse with the humidity of 85-90% and the temperature of 6-10 ℃ for 4-8 hours, and putting the leather blanks on a rack or directly laying the leather blanks on the ground without stacking the leather blanks together; (2) taking out the leather blanks in the warehouse, sending the leather blanks into a rolling machine for rolling treatment, vacuumizing once every 5-8 minutes during rolling, rolling for 5-10 minutes after vacuumizing each time, then vacuumizing, and circulating for 2-4 times; (3) putting the rolled and kneaded leather blank into a PEG-400 polyethylene glycol solution with the concentration of 30%, soaking for 60 minutes at normal temperature, taking out and hanging on a rack until no liquid drops; then paving the leather blank, fully spraying the pretreating agent by using a spray gun, standing for more than 80 minutes, and spraying the other side; (4) putting the leather blank into a dyeing reaction kettle for dyeing treatment, wherein the temperature in the dyeing kettle is 75-90 ℃, the pressure in the dyeing kettle is 15-22MPa, and the dyeing time is 20-60 minutes; (5) taking out the leather blank after dyeing, putting the leather blank into another reaction kettle, injecting steam into the reaction kettle, stopping injecting the steam when the steam temperature in the reaction kettle reaches 90-110 ℃, starting a stirring function simultaneously to heat the materials uniformly, stirring for 20-35 minutes, and then injecting water for cleaning; (6) and (3) placing the cleaned leather blank into a vacuum low-temperature cold air dryer, and drying at the temperature of 50-55 ℃ to obtain a finished product.

The application of the invention has the advantages of improving the production efficiency of leather dyeing and reducing the pollution of the leather dyeing process to the environment, but the invention still does not solve the problems.
