Advantageous effects

The invention provides water-based suede slurry for all-cotton flannelette and a preparation method thereof. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following beneficial effects:

1. a hydrophilic auxiliary agent and a foaming agent are additionally added into the components of the existing aqueous suede slurry, wherein the hydrophilic auxiliary agent has certain hydrophilicity, water on the skin is easily adsorbed on clothes, moisture can migrate to the surface of the fabric due to the action of the auxiliary agent on the surface of the fabric and volatilizes quickly, the reaction phenomenon is ventilation and perspiration, the foaming agent can enable the insides of fabric yarns to be mutually attached, namely the yarn is thinned, so that the pores of the fabric are enlarged, and a ventilation effect is formed.

2. An ultraviolet-resistant auxiliary agent is additionally added into the components of the existing aqueous suede slurry, and the ultraviolet-resistant auxiliary agent is an anti-aging auxiliary agent with excellent performance, has the characteristics of light color, no toxicity, good compatibility, small mobility, easiness in processing and the like, has the greatest protection effect on a polymer, is beneficial to reducing the color and luster, simultaneously delays yellowing and retards physical property loss, and can strongly absorb ultraviolet rays of 240-340 nanometers, so that the service time of the whole aqueous suede slurry is prolonged.
