Referring further to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the worm gear hoop 100 includes an outer hoop 10, an inner hoop 20, and an elastic member 30, the outer hoop 10 has a head end 11 and a tail end 12 opposite to each other, the head end 11 and the tail end 12 are bent toward each other to form the outer hoop 10 into a ring shape, and the head end 11 is configured to be connected to the tail end 12; the inner clamping band 20 is arranged at an interval from the outer clamping band 10 and is located on the inner side of the outer clamping band 10, an opening 21 is formed in the inner clamping band 20 corresponding to the joint of the head end 11 and the tail end 12, and the inner wall surface of the inner clamping band 20 is used for being abutted against the outer wall surface of the hose 201; the elastic member 30 is disposed between the outer band 10 and the inner band 20, and one end of the elastic member 30 is fixedly connected to the outer band 10, and the other end is fixedly connected to the inner band 20, so that the inner band 20 is movably disposed in the inner and outer directions.

In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the worm gear hoop 100 comprises an outer hoop 10, an inner hoop 20 and an elastic member 30, the arrangement of the elastic member 30 plays a compensation role, so that under the condition that the outer hoop 10 is shrunk, elastic force can be provided for the inner hoop 20, and when the outer diameter of the hose 201 is increased or decreased in the use process, the inner hoop 20 can move along the inner direction and the outer direction along with the increase or decrease of the outer diameter of the hose 201, so that the inner hoop 20 is ensured to be always in close contact with the hose 201, a required fastening force is provided, and the fixing reliability of the worm gear hoop 100 is improved.

When the worm gear hoop 100 is fixed, a certain distance needs to be left from the nozzle of the hose 201 so as to enable the connection between the hard pipe 202 and the hose 201 to be more stable and reliable, and preferably, the worm gear hoop 100 further comprises a limiting structure, and the limiting structure is arranged on the outer band 10 or the inner band 20 and used for abutting against the nozzle of the hose 201. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, a protrusion 13 is disposed on one side of the outer band 10, a limit block 14 is formed by extending inward at one end of the protrusion 13 away from the outer band 10, the limit block 14 protrudes inward from the inner band 20, and the limit block 14 has an abutting surface facing the inner band 20, and the abutting surface is configured to abut against the pipe orifice of the hose 201. In this way, when the worm gear hoop 100 is fitted to the outside of the hose 201, the abutment surface abuts against the end surface of the pipe opening of the hose 201, so that the direction of the worm gear hoop 100 can be adjusted to make the axis of the worm gear hoop 100 coincide with the axis of the hose 201, thereby avoiding problems such as poor fastening effect and leakage caused by inclination of the worm gear hoop 100 during fixing; meanwhile, the distance between the worm gear hoop 100 and the pipe orifice of the hose 201 can be regulated and controlled through the height size design of the bulge 13, and a good positioning effect is achieved.

When the worm gear hoop 100 is sleeved on the periphery of the hose 201, the limiting block 14 is correspondingly located on the periphery of the hard tube 202, the limiting block 14 has an inner end surface far away from the protrusion 13, the inner end surface may abut against an outer wall surface of the hard tube 202, or a gap may be reserved, and in order to avoid interference between the limiting block 14 and the hard tube 202, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the inner end surface is preferably set to be an arc-shaped configuration adapted to the shape of the hard tube 202, so that interference between the limiting block 14 and the hard tube 202 may be avoided.

Furthermore, the limiting blocks 14 may be a plurality of limiting ring blocks annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer band 10, or a plurality of limiting ring blocks annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer band 10 at intervals, and both these two ways can improve the positioning accuracy and stability of the limiting structure.

The material of the outer band 10 and the inner band 20 is metal, such as iron, stainless steel, etc., and in this embodiment, the outer band 10 and the inner band 20 are both steel bands. The inner wall surface of the inner clamping band 20 is a curved surface matched with the shape of the hose 201 and is used for being abutted against the outer wall surface of the hose 201, in this embodiment, the inner wall surface of the inner clamping band 20 is a smooth surface, so that the situation that the hose 201 is cut by the inner clamping band 20 when the worm gear hoop 100 is fastened can be avoided. The "smooth surface" as used herein means a structure in which the inner wall surface of the inner band 20 is not provided with a concavo-convex structure, and the hose 201 is not easily torn, such as burrs or sharp projections. In addition, the elastic member 30 is preferably a sheet metal spring, which has higher strength and is not easy to lose efficacy or deform in a long-term use process, and in this embodiment, the sheet metal spring is welded to the inner wall surface of the outer band 10, and the sheet metal spring and the inner band 20 can also be connected by welding, so that the connection between the sheet metal spring and the outer band 10 and the connection between the sheet metal spring and the inner band 20 are more reliable.

Further, the head end 11 is movably disposed relative to the tail end 12 in a circumferential direction of the outer band 10, so that an inner diameter of the outer band 10 is adjustable. In this way, after the worm gear hoop 100 is sleeved outside the hose 201 and the abutting surface abuts against the pipe orifice of the hose 201, the head end 11 is moved to the inner wall surface of the inner hoop 20 to completely abut against the hose 201, and then the head end 11 is fixed to the tail end 12, so that the outer hoop 10 forms a closed loop, and the tightening of the worm gear hoop 100 is completed. In this way, by providing the outer band 10 with an adjustable inner diameter, the worm gear hoop 100 can be applied to fastening and connecting more hoses 201 with different outer diameter sizes, and the fastening effect is more secure.

There are various ways to adjust the inner diameter of the outer band 10, for example, one of the head end 11 and the tail end 12 may be provided with a plurality of clamping holes at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the other may be correspondingly provided with a buckle for clamping with the clamping holes. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the inner diameter of the outer band 10 can be adjusted by: the outer wall surface of the head end 11 is provided with threads, the tail end 12 is provided with a fixing structure 22 in an outward protruding manner, the fixing structure 22 and the outer wall surface of the tail end 12 enclose a mounting hole for the head end to penetrate through 11, and the inner wall of the mounting hole is provided with threads; the worm gear hoop 100 further comprises a bolt 40, and the bolt 40 is arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating mode and is in threaded connection with the outer wall surface of the head end 11.
