The combustion modes of the conventional aluminum melting furnace generally comprise two modes of compressed air and natural gas (coal gas) and liquid oxygen and natural gas, burners utilizing the two combustion modes are respectively called as a heat accumulating type aluminum melting furnace and a low-temperature pure oxygen combustion aluminum melting furnace, wherein the low-temperature pure oxygen combustion aluminum melting furnace is a new burner developed for further improving the heat efficiency of the heat accumulating type aluminum melting furnace, reducing the discharge amount of nitrogen oxides and reducing metal melting loss, and the specific combustion melting furnace process is as follows: at normal temperature or a certain temperature, after the required molten metal material is filled in a smelting furnace, an ignition gun of a combustor of the aluminum melting furnace starts to ignite, the ignition is switched to a normal combustor to burn after ignition, when the temperature in the furnace reaches above 800 ℃, pure oxygen and natural gas enter a dispersion distribution state, the combustion in the furnace enters a flameless mode, the temperature in the smelting furnace reaches about 1000 ℃, a large amount of metal in the furnace starts to melt, when the temperature in the smelting furnace reaches the range of 720-740 ℃ after the metal is melted, the temperature in the furnace needs to be kept constant, at the moment, a burner nozzle is in a start-stop-start-stop operation mode, the pressure in the aluminum melting furnace needs to be kept constant in the whole smelting heat preservation process, the pressure in the aluminum melting furnace is generally controlled to be 1-20pa micro positive pressure, the fuel. In view of the above, the present invention provides an automatic furnace pressure adjusting mechanism and an adjusting method for a low-temperature pure oxygen combustion aluminum melting furnace, which can adjust the internal pressure of the furnace rapidly and efficiently, so as to stabilize the internal pressure of the aluminum melting furnace at 1-20 Pa.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention to solve the technical problems is as follows:

under the initial condition, the flashboard is horizontally supported on the side wall of the groove to close the flue, and the flashboard and the balancing weight block are in a static balance state; when high-pressure gas with pressure greater than 50Pa is discharged into the flue through the smoke outlet, the flashboard and the balancing weight block are in a rotation balance state, the impact of the high-pressure gas can cause the flashboard to rotate around the supporting shaft to enable the flue to be opened by an opening degree quickly, the pressure in the furnace is reduced along with the discharge of the high-pressure gas, and the action of the cylinder can also cause the flashboard to rotate around the supporting shaft to finely adjust the opening degree of the flue to enable the pressure in the furnace to be stabilized at 1-20 Pa.

A furnace pressure automatic regulating method of a low-temperature pure oxygen combustion aluminum melting furnace is characterized in that a furnace pressure automatic regulating mechanism discharges high-pressure gas in the aluminum melting furnace to the outside of the furnace to realize furnace pressure regulation, under the initial condition, a flashboard is horizontally supported on the side wall of a groove to close a flue, and the flashboard and a balancing weight block are in a static balance state; when the pressure in the aluminum melting furnace is more than 50pa, high-pressure gas is discharged into a flue from the furnace through a smoke outlet, the flashboard and the balancing weight block are in a rotating balance state, the flashboard impacted by the high-pressure gas rotates around the supporting shaft to enable the flue to be quickly opened by an opening degree so as to realize coarse adjustment of the pressure in the furnace, and the high-pressure gas is discharged into the furnace through the flue and is basically stable; and then the controller controls the cylinder to act through the electromagnetic valve according to the received signal of the pressure sensor so that the flashboard rotates around the support shaft to finely adjust the opening of the flue, so that the pressure in the furnace is finely adjusted, and finally the pressure in the furnace is stabilized between 1-20 pa.

Further, when the pressure in the aluminum melting furnace is stabilized at 1-20pa, the included angle between the flashboard and the flue is 20-40 degrees.

It should be noted that the controller 4 can control the cylinder 6 to perform a reaction after the balancing weight block 4 acts for 1-5min, that is, when the pressure of the high-pressure gas in the aluminum melting furnace is greater than 50pa, the controller 3 only performs pressure monitoring within 1-5min, but does not control the cylinder to act, when the pressure in the furnace is basically stable, the controller 3 controls the cylinder 6 to act through the electromagnetic valve 5, the flashboard 1 is accurately pushed to rotate at a low speed, and the opening of the flue is finely adjusted.
