The invention further discloses an automobile glue supply control method, which is implemented based on the automobile glue supply control device, and when the glue barrel is replaced, the control process comprises the following steps:

step A: firstly, controlling a pressure plate lifting unit to drive a pressure plate to lift, and controlling an inflating unit to output gas into a rubber barrel from the bottom position of the pressure plate according to a set gas output quantity;

and B: acquiring the ground clearance of the glue barrel relative to the glue barrel placing table in real time;

and C: when the ground clearance of the rubber barrel reaches the safe ground clearance, controlling the pressure plate lifting unit to stop working and controlling the inflating unit to keep the set gas output quantity to perform inflating work or increase the gas output quantity; when the ground clearance of the rubber barrel reaches the lowest ground clearance, the pressure plate lifting unit is controlled to work, and the inflating unit is controlled to be smaller than the set gas output quantity to inflate or stop working.

In the actual glue supply process, when the glue barrel is replaced, the control pressure plate lifting unit drives the pressure plate to ascend, controls the inflation unit to output gas (towards the bottom of the glue barrel) according to the set gas output quantity from the bottom of the pressure plate to the inside of the glue barrel, receives the ground clearance of the glue barrel in real time, can adjust the working state of the pressure plate lifting unit and the inflation unit according to the ground clearance of the glue barrel, and can control the ground clearance of the glue barrel. Firstly, when the ground clearance of the glue barrel in the scheme is larger (when the safe ground clearance is reached), the pressure plate lifting unit is controlled to stop working (or the lifting speed of the pressure plate is correspondingly reduced), and the inflation unit is controlled to keep the set gas output quantity for inflation work or increase the gas output quantity, so that the pressure plate and the glue barrel can be separated faster and more effectively, meanwhile, the problem that workers are injured due to falling of the glue barrel due to overhigh ground clearance can be avoided, and the barrel replacement efficiency and the barrel replacement safety during replacement of the glue barrel can be improved; secondly, when the ground clearance of the rubber barrel is smaller than the safe ground clearance, the pressure plate lifting unit is controlled to work (or the lifting speed of the pressure plate is correspondingly increased), and the inflating unit is controlled to be smaller than the set gas output quantity to inflate or stop working, so that the condition of 'suppressing pressure' of the rubber barrel can be avoided, the impact force generated when the pressure plate is separated from the rubber barrel can be reduced, and the barrel replacing safety during replacing the rubber barrel can be improved; in addition, the ground clearance with gluing the bucket in this scheme is as control pressure disk lift unit and the basis of aerifing the unit, on the one hand, the ground clearance of gluing the bucket can react the operating condition (ground clearance) of gluing the bucket well, be favorable to better control pressure disk lift unit and the work of aerifing the unit, on the other hand, the ground clearance data of gluing the bucket have gather quick, simple and convenient effect for the operating condition of bucket is glued in feedback that can be timely, accurate, thereby can promote the confession of supplying to glue controlling means and glue control effect.

The invention further discloses an automobile glue supply control method, which is implemented based on the automobile glue supply control device, and the control process comprises the following steps during glue discharging:

step D: controlling a pressure plate lifting unit to drive a pressure plate to descend according to the received glue discharging control instruction so as to extrude the glue in the glue barrel;

step E: when receiving other new control instructions, judging whether the current working state is an enabling state;

step F: if the current working state is the enabling state, continuing to execute the current glue discharging control instruction; and if the current working state is a non-enabled state, stopping executing the current glue discharging control instruction, and executing new other control instructions.

In the actual glue supply process, the downward pressure of the glue is required to be continuously supplied when the glue is discharged, namely, the pressure plate lifting unit needs to continuously drive the pressure plate (and the glue conveying unit on the pressure plate) to descend, and at the moment, misoperation such as inputting 'pressure plate ascending', 'glue barrel replacement' or other conflicting control instructions easily occurs to the working personnel, so that the glue supply effect and quality of the glue supply control device can be influenced, and safety accidents are easy to occur. Aiming at the problem, when a glue discharging control instruction is received in an enabling state and the pressure plate lifting unit is controlled to drive the pressure plate to descend to extrude the glue material in the glue barrel, other control instructions are not executed any more (namely the 'pressure plate lifting', 'glue barrel replacement' or other conflicting control instructions cannot be executed), so that the glue discharging actions of the pressure plate lifting mechanism and the pressure plate can be continuously carried out, the safety accident can be avoided, and the glue supplying effect and quality of the glue supplying control device can be ensured; in addition, in this scheme, "enable state" and the setting of "non-enable state" two kinds of operating condition are favorable to that the staff is better, more reasonable completion supplies to glue the control, is favorable to promoting equally and supplies to glue the control effect.
