8. A method for cleaning scale on a through pipe is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1, measuring the diameter of an internal and external transmission pipeline of a station, and selecting the flexible through pipe scale removal device of any one of claims 1 to 7 which is smaller than the diameter of the pipeline by more than two millimeters;

step 2, putting the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device into the external pipeline from the upper end of the external pipeline;

and 3, collecting the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device from the lower end of the external pipeline by using a filter screen.

9. A method for cleaning scale on a pipe as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:

and 4, repeating the steps 1 to 3 for multiple times.

10. A method for cleaning scale through pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 2, when the flexible pipe cleaning device is put into the upper end external pipeline for the first time, the pressure in the external pipeline is adjusted to be increased by 0.6 MP.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of oil and gas field pipeline gathering and transportation, and particularly relates to a flexible through pipe scale removal device and a through pipe scale removal method.

Background

Pipeline transportation has become the most common transportation method in oil and gas field production. But the inner part of the pipeline is often accompanied by the threats of scaling, wax precipitation and corrosion product accumulation, and the pipeline can be seriously plugged. The method most commonly adopted on site is ball throwing, ball passing and pigging.

In the process of implementing the embodiment of the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following defects exist in the background art:

the conventional pitching ball is made of hard plastic balls which are difficult to deform, blocking is easily formed in the operation process, production is influenced, the operation position of the ball cannot be determined, and operation pressure is caused to the whole system.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a flexible through pipe scale cleaning device and a through pipe scale cleaning method, and aims to solve the problems that a conventional ball throwing device is made of hard plastic balls which are difficult to deform, blocking is easily formed during operation, production is affected, the operation position of the ball cannot be determined, and operation pressure is caused to the whole system.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a flexible through pipe scale cleaning device comprises:

the deformable body is internally provided with a cavity for containing cleaning fluid;

a one-way valve;

the one-way valve is fixedly arranged on the deformable body, one end of an inlet of the one-way valve is communicated with the cavity, and one end of an outlet of the one-way valve is communicated with the outside of the deformable body.

The deformable body is spherical.

The deformable body is made of rubber, and grooves or bulges are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the deformable body.

The cavity of the deformable body is divided into a plurality of chambers, the one-way valves are provided with a plurality of one-way valves, a plurality of one-way valves are distributed outside each chamber, each one-way valve is communicated with the inside of the corresponding chamber, and each one-way valve is communicated with the outside of the deformable body.

The valve is fixedly arranged on the deformable body, one end of an inlet of the valve is communicated with the outside of the deformable body, and one end of an outlet of the valve is communicated with the inside of the cavity.

The cavity is divided into a plurality of chambers by a plurality of diaphragms.

The diaphragm is made of rubber.

A method for cleaning scale on a through pipe, comprising:

step 1, measuring the diameter of an internal and external transmission pipeline of a station, and selecting the flexible through pipe scale removal device of the embodiment which is smaller than the diameter of the pipeline by more than two millimeters;

step 2, putting the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device into the external pipeline from the upper end of the external pipeline;

and 3, collecting the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device from the lower end of the external pipeline by using a filter screen.

Further comprising:

and 4, repeating the steps 1 to 3 for multiple times.

In the step 2, when the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device is put into the upper end external pipeline for the first time, the pressure in the external pipeline is adjusted to be increased by 0.6 MP.

The flexible through pipe scale cleaning device has the advantages that the hard plastic shell of the conventional ball throwing is replaced by the deformable body, the deformable body can deform and eject scale cleaning liquid when receiving resistance, the deformable body acts on the blocking position for deforming the deformable body, the liquid flow direction of the deformable body is controlled by the one-way valve, the deformable body only can eject the scale cleaning liquid, no liquid enters the deformable body, the liquid only can be continuously reduced, if the deformable body passes through the pipeline part with serious blocking, the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device can be gradually reduced until the inner diameter of the blocking position is smaller than the inner diameter of the blocking position, the liquid is further conveyed to the downstream of the pipeline, the problem that blocking is easily formed in the pipeline in the running process is avoided, the flexible through pipe scale cleaning device acts on the blocking position at a fixed point, and the blocking passing efficiency is high.
