Compared with the present invention, the existing wood slicer has the advantages of different integral structure, cutter technology, working principle and working mode from the present invention, unreasonable structure, low working efficiency and high maintenance cost.

According to the wood slicer designed by the invention, through ingenious overall structure optimization design, the installation position and the clamping mode of the cutter on the rotating wheel, the position of the wood inlet and the wood outlet and the transmission shaft are redesigned, and a proper belt pulley and a proper motor are selected and the overall structure is optimized to improve the working efficiency of the wood slicer and reduce the abrasion of the cutter.

Therefore, the invention aims to design a novel efficient wood slicer, which improves the slicing efficiency of wood, reduces the abrasion of a cutter, saves the use cost of enterprises, reduces the difficulty of use, maintenance and prolongs the service life of a machine and key parts.

The feed inlet lengthening device can adjust the length of the feed inlet to adapt to wood with various specifications and is connected in a bolt and nut matched linking mode, and the design structure is simple and the application range is wide; the discharge port is welded by steel plates, the bottom edge is an inclined plate with a certain inclination, when the cut wood chips fall onto the inclined plate, the wood naturally falls along the inclined plate by self gravity and is thrown out of the wood slicer, and the high-speed airflow when the cutter head rotates can also enable the wood chips to be sent out along the inclined plate. The design structure is simple, extra discharging power is not required to be provided, and the cost is low.

The upper left shell and the upper right shell of the cutter head, the upper shell and the discharge hole are required to be connected and fastened. Grease lubrication is adopted as a bearing lubrication mode, so that grease injection holes are designed on the center planes of upper bearing seats and bearing covers close to bearing seats at two ends of a cutter head at an angle of 45 degrees, a continuous pressure injection grease injection nozzle is installed, and a sealed lubricating grease containing cavity is formed by the upper and lower bearing seats, the left and right bearing covers and sealing parts, so that lubricating grease is not easy to lose; however, the lowest end of the bearing cover far away from the bearing seats at the two ends of the cutter head is provided with a grease discharging hole, a grease discharging nozzle is arranged, and excessive lubricating grease is discharged and is convenient to replace new lubricating grease.

The frame is a base member for supporting all the components, and therefore, the design must be ensured to have sufficient load-bearing capacity. The base is welded by No. 50 square steel into a square frame, two long steel plates are arranged at the left end of the base, and the two long steel plates are provided with two long holes so that the mobile motor can adjust the tightness of a belt pulley; the right end of the base is provided with a frame which is formed by welding 18x11 unequal-side angle steel, 20x12.5 equal-side angle steel, No. 10 equal-side angle steel, No. 40 square steel and No. 4 angle steel; a Q235 steel plate is laid at the upper end of the machine frame to bear the weight and the dynamic load of the cutter head. A pair of plate hole type lifting lug devices are additionally arranged on a base of the wood slicing machine and are fixed on the base in a welding mode, so that the wood slicing machine can be moved or carried conveniently.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1) the design of overall structure is compacter, and spare part easy dismounting and processing are simple, reduce the use and the maintenance cost of enterprise.

2) Belt transmission adopts the European standard taper sleeve SPA belt pulley of five grooves, utilizes the taper sleeve to realize the axial positioning or the dismantlement of belt pulley, reduces the design of epaxial location part to the dismouting of belt pulley is also comparatively convenient, reduces the cost of processing.

3) The bearing covers at the two ends of the bearing seat have the dustproof function, so that the sealing device combined by the bearing seats has a good sealing effect, a simple structure and convenience in processing. Grease lubrication is selected for the lubrication mode of the bearing, and the grease injection nozzle and the grease discharge nozzle which are continuously injected with pressure are selected to be arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the bearing seat, so that the bearing is lubricated and new lubricating grease is replaced.
