a water-cooling coil 8 extending to the inner cavities of the water-cooling chamber 9 and the extraction chamber 5 is embedded in the side wall of the intelligent storage box 13 for hazardous chemicals, a fixed hazardous chamber 4 is arranged on the left side of the inner cavity of the intelligent storage box 13 for hazardous chemicals, a wireless transmission unit 19 is fixedly installed on the left side of the top of the inner cavity of the fixed hazardous chamber 4, a temperature measurement probe 18 is fixedly installed in the middle of the top of the inner cavity of the fixed hazardous chamber 4, a humidity sensor 17 is fixedly installed on the right side of the top of the inner cavity of the fixed hazardous chamber 4, the humidity sensor 17 and the temperature measurement probe 18 are both electrically connected with the wireless transmission unit 19, and the wireless transmission unit 19 is electrically connected with a remote PC terminal, so that the air temperature and humidity can be automatically detected and transmitted to the remote PC terminal (see figure 1 in;

a liquid dangerous chamber 12 is arranged on the right side of an inner cavity of the intelligent dangerous chemical storage box 13, a liquid level sensor 16 is fixedly installed in the middle position of the top of the inner cavity of the liquid dangerous chemical chamber 12, a liquid supplementing pipe 15 penetrating through the top of the intelligent dangerous chemical storage box 13 is fixedly connected to the right side of the top of the inner cavity of the liquid dangerous chemical chamber 12, a first electromagnetic valve 14 is fixedly installed outside the liquid supplementing pipe 15 and above the intelligent dangerous chemical storage box 13, a liquid outlet pipe 26 penetrating through the side wall of the intelligent dangerous chemical storage box 13 is fixedly connected to the left side of the bottom of the inner cavity of the liquid dangerous chemical chamber 12, and a second electromagnetic valve 27 is fixedly installed outside the liquid outlet pipe 26 and in the front side of the intelligent dangerous chemical storage box 13, so that liquid level can be automatically detected and liquid inlet and outlet can be controlled (see fig. 1 and;

the equipartition interval fixed mounting of the inner chamber left and right sides wall of solid danger room 4 has fixed square strip 2, controls the outside of two sets of fixed square strips 2 and has all cup jointed the activity card frame 3, controls one side fixed mounting that two sets of activity card frames 3 are close to each other and has grid 1.

The invention also discloses a management method for the intelligent storage of hazardous chemicals,

s1: the fixed danger switch door 20 at the corresponding position is opened through the first fingerprint lock 21 at the proper position, the grille 1 at the corresponding position is pulled to slide out of the fixed square strip 2 through the movable clamping frame 3, so that the solid dangerous chemicals with different specifications are placed at the proper position in the inner cavity of the fixed danger chamber 4, and the size of each storage space in the inner cavity of the fixed danger chamber 4 is adjusted according to the actual size of the fixed dangerous chemicals so as to be placed in the intelligent dangerous chemical storage box 13;

s2: the protective door 23 is opened through the second fingerprint lock 24, then the PLC 28 controls the first electromagnetic valve 14 to be started so that the liquid dangerous chemicals are injected into the inner cavity of the liquid dangerous chamber 12 through the liquid supplementing pipe 15, the PLC 28 controls the second electromagnetic valve 27 to be started so that the dangerous chemicals can flow out through the liquid outlet pipe 26, the liquid level sensor 16 automatically detects the liquid level height of the liquid dangerous chemicals in the inner cavity of the liquid dangerous chamber 12 so as to measure the volume of the liquid dangerous chemicals, and the liquid dangerous chemicals are convenient to store, take and place and automatically monitor the volume of the liquid dangerous chemicals;

s3: after the step S1, the humidity sensor 17 and the temperature probe 18 automatically monitor the humidity and the temperature of the air in the inner cavity of the fixed-risk chamber 4 and transmit the humidity and the temperature to the wireless transmitting unit 19 and the liquid crystal display 25, the wireless transmitting unit 19 transmits the humidity and the temperature to the remote PC, so that the remote monitoring can be realized, and the liquid crystal display 25 displays the detected values to be convenient for the nearby staff to check at any time;

s4: after step S3, when the temperature in the inner cavity of the danger fixing chamber 4 is too high, the temperature measuring probe 18 transmits the detection result to the PLC controller 28, the PLC controller 28 controls the extraction pump 602 and the semiconductor chilling plate group 7 to start, the extraction pump 602 injects the cooling water in the inner cavity of the water cooling chamber 9 into the water cooling coil 8 through the second extraction pipe 603 and the first extraction pipe 601 and reflows to the inner cavity of the water cooling chamber 9 after sufficient circulation, the cooling water in the inner cavity of the water cooling chamber 9 is cooled under the action of the semiconductor chilling plate group 7, the cooling effect is improved, and if the temperature is lower than a certain value, the extraction pump 602 and the semiconductor chilling plate group 7 are closed and the cooling is stopped;

s5: when the intelligent storage box 13 for hazardous chemicals needs to be moved, the intelligent storage box 13 for hazardous chemicals is pushed to the right side to incline to a certain degree, so that the fixing block 29 is separated from the ground, and then the intelligent storage box 13 for hazardous chemicals is pushed and pulled to be moved to a proper position through the travelling wheels 30 and then erected again.
