1. An RJ45 connector with light emitting diodes, comprising:

the voltage-dividing resistor R, the voltage-stabilizing diode D and the light-emitting diode LED; the divider resistor R, the voltage stabilizing diode D and the light emitting diode LED are connected in series between any two transmission lines of the RJ45 connector.

2. The RJ45 connector of claim 1, wherein the RJ45 connector is an RJ45 male, further comprising: the cable comprises a network cable, a jumper wire sheath, an IDC wire clamping cover, an IDC metal reed, a PCB, a metal reed and a PLUG shell.

3. The RJ45 connector according to claim 2, wherein the voltage dividing resistor R, the voltage stabilizing diode D, the light emitting diode LED and the IDC metal reed are disposed on the PCB.

4. The RJ45 connector of claim 1, wherein the RJ45 connector is an RJ45 female, further comprising: JACK main part, gold needle lower carriage, gold needle terminal, inner body support, PCB board, IDC terminal, IDC plastic seat, IDC shield.

5. The RJ45 connector according to claim 4, wherein the voltage divider R, the voltage regulator D and the light emitting diode LED are disposed on the PCB.

6. The RJ45 connector of claim 1, wherein the zener diode D is used to power the LED after the connector is terminated to maintain the voltage of the LED stable.

7. The RJ45 connector of claim 1, wherein the light emitting diodes LEDs are dual color LEDs.

8. A wiring detection method based on the RJ45 connector of any one of claims 1-7, comprising:

s1, after the detection tester is connected to the RJ45 connector, whether a Light Emitting Diode (LED) on the RJ45 connector emits light is observed, and if yes, the step S2 is executed;

s2, the terminal is connected into the RJ45 connector, and based on whether the light emitting colors of the double-color light emitting diode LEDs at the two ends of the RJ45 connector are consistent with the light emitting color of the LED lamp on the detection tester or not, and whether the light emitting colors of the double-color light emitting diode LEDs at the two ends of the RJ45 connector are consistent with the light emitting color of the LED lamp on the detection tester or not in the step S1 or not, whether the two ends of the two RJ45 connectors are well connected or not is judged, and whether the RJ45 module at the rear.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of network equipment, in particular to an RJ45 connector with a Light Emitting Diode (LED) and a wiring detection method based on an RJ45 connector, which are suitable for a network wiring port.

Background

With the popularity of networks, RJ45 connectors for integrated wiring applications are used in most network terminals as a standard configuration and key component of wired local area networks, and RJ45 connectors are an important part of the wiring.

The general integrated wiring method is: firstly, giving an ID number to each information point according to the information point distribution in a secondary deepening map of the building engineering; and then according to different positions of the point location, correspondingly numbering and recording, the records are often incomplete for various reasons, such as: incomplete records caused by label dropping in the wiring process; wiring personnel are inattentive causing the records to be lost; the job hand-off record is lost or incomplete; computer replacement results in lost records, and so on. The label may also be removed and fall off due to dust, thread rubbing, pulling, or prolonged periods of time. The incomplete records and the falling of the marks can lead to the line test after the project is finished and the network maintenance process in the later period, and much effort and time are spent on searching point positions.

In order to solve the above disadvantages, the conventional method adopts an electronic distribution frame, that is, a control host is added, a switch principle is used to add a contact point or a wireless induction to an RJ45 male connector and an RJ45 female connector, the host determines the on-off state of the switch to further determine the connection state of the information point, and a connection table is added to the host to record the connection state in real time. Although the electronic distribution frame can solve the defects of the conventional comprehensive wiring, the following defects still exist:

firstly, the cost is increased due to the newly added functions of the RJ45 male head and RJ45 female head switch structures of the electronic distribution frame, the newly added control host of the electronic distribution frame, the matched software and the like; secondly, the single-wiring structure of the electronic distribution frame cannot actually detect the connection state of the end of the exchanger, and the wiring of the machine room needs a double-wiring structure, so that the using number of products of the machine room is doubled; thirdly, the requirements of the electronic distribution frame on the technical level of wiring construction and maintenance personnel are much higher, and the matched control software can be used at least; the electronic distribution frame system is provided with special control software which cannot be compatible on a plurality of management platforms with higher confidentiality requirements, so that the electronic distribution frame system can only manage wiring in a machine room and cannot detect or manage the connection state of a use terminal.

Therefore, in view of the above defects in the prior art, how to implement wiring management with accurate detection effect, convenient use and low cost is an urgent problem to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an RJ45 connector with a light emitting diode and a wiring detection method based on the same. And the LED is used for visually displaying the wiring connection state, so that the cost of hardware and software is greatly saved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an RJ45 connector with light emitting diodes, comprising:

the voltage-dividing resistor R, the voltage-stabilizing diode D and the light-emitting diode LED; the divider resistor R, the voltage stabilizing diode D and the light emitting diode LED are connected in series between any two transmission lines of the RJ45 connector.

Further, the RJ45 connector is an RJ45 male connector, and further includes: the cable comprises a network cable, a jumper wire sheath, an IDC wire clamping cover, an IDC metal reed, a PCB, a metal reed and a PLUG shell.

Further, the divider resistor R, the voltage stabilizing diode D, the light emitting diode LED and the IDC metal reed are arranged on the PCB.

Further, the RJ45 connector is an RJ45 female connector, and further includes: JACK main part, gold needle lower carriage, gold needle terminal, inner body support, PCB board, IDC terminal, IDC plastic seat, IDC shield.

Furthermore, the divider resistor R, the voltage stabilizing diode D and the light emitting diode LED are arranged on the PCB.

Further, the voltage stabilizing diode D is used for supplying power to the light emitting diode LED after the connector is connected to the terminal, so as to maintain the voltage stability of the light emitting diode LED.

Further, the light emitting diode LED is a two-color LED.

The invention also provides a wiring detection method based on the RJ45 connector with the light emitting diode, which comprises the following steps:

s1, after the detection tester is connected to the RJ45 connector, whether a Light Emitting Diode (LED) on the RJ45 connector emits light is observed, and if yes, the step S2 is executed;

s2, the terminal is connected into the RJ45 connector, and based on whether the light emitting colors of the double-color light emitting diode LEDs at the two ends of the RJ45 connector are consistent with the light emitting color of the LED lamp on the detection tester or not, and whether the light emitting colors of the double-color light emitting diode LEDs at the two ends of the RJ45 connector are consistent with the light emitting color of the LED lamp on the detection tester or not in the step S1 or not, whether the two ends of the two RJ45 connectors are well connected or not is judged, and whether the RJ45 module at the rear.

The RJ45 connector with the light emitting diode and the wiring detection method based on the RJ45 connector with the light emitting diode have the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention utilizes the structure of the existing RJ45 socket connector, arbitrarily selects two transmission lines for connection, does not need to add any contact point or transmission line on the socket connector, and saves the cost of the socket connector structure;

2. the invention visually displays the connection state of the information points through the LED, does not need to additionally refer to a control host and matched software to judge the connection state, and greatly saves the cost of a wiring system;

3. the invention further reduces the using number of products in the machine room by avoiding a double-wiring structure;

4. the RJ45 connector of the present invention can be connected to the end-use side in addition to wiring in the machine room to detect and manage the connection status to the end-use side.
