The nonionic surfactant composition according to claim 1, wherein: the cation of the water-soluble functionalized quaternary ammonium ionic liquid is quaternary ammonium cation with different alkyl chain lengths, and the anion of the water-soluble functionalized quaternary ammonium ionic liquid is acetyl sulfonate, o-benzoylsulfonimide acid radical, salicylate, glycinate radical, D-gluconate acid radical, citrate radical and dihydroxy succinate radical.

3. The nonionic surfactant composition according to claim 1, wherein: the production method comprises the following steps: mixing the 4 components under the protection of inert atmosphere, heating and refluxing, and evaporating for recrystallization.

Background

Nonionic surfactants are those which do not ionize in aqueous solution and whose hydrophilic groups are composed predominantly of a certain number of oxygen-containing groups, typically ether and hydroxyl groups. It is this which determines that nonionic surfactants are superior to ionic surfactants in some respects; because the ionic surfactant is not in an ionic state in the solution, the ionic surfactant has high stability, is not easily influenced by the existence of strong electrolyte inorganic salts, is not easily influenced by the pH value, and has good compatibility with other types of surfactants.

Surfactant performance characteristics include equilibrium surface tension properties, dynamic surface tension properties, wetting properties, foaming properties, and the like. Equilibrium surface tension is important when the system is at rest. Dynamic surface tension is a fundamental property that measures the ability of a surfactant to perform under high speed application conditions. Many nonionic surfactants can have acceptable equilibrium surface tension properties, but exhibit poor dynamic surface tension properties. Many nonionic surfactants also tend to foam and make the composition very susceptible to foaming, which may be undesirable in many applications. The importance of improving balance, dynamic, wetting and lathering performance is well understood in the art.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a compound nonionic surfactant.

The cation of the water-soluble functionalized quaternary ammonium ionic liquid is quaternary ammonium cation with different alkyl chain lengths, and the anion of the water-soluble functionalized quaternary ammonium ionic liquid is acetyl sulfonate, o-benzoylsulfonimide acid radical, salicylate, glycinate radical, D-gluconate acid radical, citrate radical and dihydroxy succinate radical.

The production method comprises the following steps: mixing the 4 components under the protection of inert atmosphere, heating and refluxing, and evaporating for recrystallization.

Use of a complex nonionic surfactant as a paint, ink, adhesive, coating, or oil and gas additive.

The main advantages of the invention are: the invention is environment-friendly, and the composition has the improved characteristics of the surfactant, surface tension, Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC), foaming characteristic and wetting property. The lower the surface tension, the faster the solution "wets" the surface. CMC refers herein to the minimum surfactant concentration required to form sufficient micelles to reduce equilibrium surface tension to produce a sulfated surfactant composition that advantageously provides a more environmentally friendly surfactant composition; and surfactant compositions having enhanced properties (e.g., formulation stability, low foaming, rapid wetting properties, etc.).
