At present, the main flow of forming hollow parts by common hydraulic forming equipment is as follows: firstly, placing a tube blank into a forming lower die, and then driving the forming upper die to lock a die by using a vertical press; a piston of the horizontal hydraulic cylinder moves in the horizontal direction to drive the sealing punch to abut against a port of a pipe blank to realize sealing, and meanwhile, a high-pressure medium is injected into the pipe blank from a high-pressure source to increase the pressure in the pipe blank, so that the matching relation between the internal pressure and the axial feeding amount is controlled, and the pipe blank can be expanded to form a part with the same shape as the inner shape of a die cavity.

The axial movement of the sealing punch of the hydraulic forming equipment needs a special horizontal oil cylinder and a hydraulic system, and has large floor area, high consumption cost and complex control; and the die assembly and the pipe end sealing are independent and have a longer time interval, so that the working beat of the equipment is slow, and the production efficiency is greatly reduced. If the sealing punch is contacted with the pipe end when the die is not completely closed, the pipe blank is compressed in the axial direction and is buckled; if the punch is moved after the die is completely closed, the distance that the punch can move is small, and the method is only suitable for the condition that the feeding is not needed or is small.

The problems that the working beat of the equipment is slow, the control is complex and the cost is high due to the fact that a die assembly action and a pipe end sealing action of the conventional pipe internal pressure bulging equipment are relatively independent and a long time interval exists between the two actions, and a special horizontal oil cylinder and a hydraulic system are needed for pipe end sealing are adopted, are solved, and the pipe internal pressure bulging equipment is provided.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the rapid pipe internal-pressing bulging equipment, in the descending process of the upper sliding block of the press machine, the sealing punch is pushed in the horizontal direction through the wedge-shaped block structure, so that the end part of a pipe is rapidly sealed, and the pipe with a certain length can be pushed to a die cavity.
