Referring to fig. 1-6, a stainless steel product processing operation table comprises a base 1, an operation table 2, a protective cover 3 and a settling tank 17, wherein one side of the protective cover 3 is open, a suction fan 15 is arranged at the upper part of one side of the protective cover 3, a through hole is formed in the middle of the upper end surface of the protective cover 3, a bent pipe 4 is inserted into the through hole, the vertical part of the bent pipe 4 penetrates through the top wall of the protective cover 3, and a first filtering cavity 141 is fixedly arranged on the horizontal part of the bent pipe 4 through a flange fixing part 13;

the PTFE filter element 22 is arranged in the first filter cavity 141, when the PTFE filter element 22 is used for filtering gas, particles above 0.02um can be intercepted, and the first filter cavity 141 which is fixedly arranged through the flange fixing part 13 is convenient for an operator to detach and replace after being used;

the other end of the first filter cavity 141 is communicated with the input end of a suction fan 15 through an air suction pipe 161, the output end of the suction fan 15 is communicated with the interior of the settling tank 17 through an air conveying pipe 162, the interior of the settling tank 17 is filled with a proper amount of clean water 21, the upper part of one side of the settling tank 17 is communicated with an inlet pipe 181, the lower part of one side of the settling tank 17 is communicated with a drain pipe 182, one end of the drain pipe 182 and one end of the inlet pipe 181 are fixed with screw caps in a screw manner, and the air conveying pipe 162 discharges fine particles which are not adsorbed by the first filter cavity 141 into the clean water 21 in the settling tank 17 for cleaning and sedimentation, so that the filtering effect is further improved;

the lower end face of the vertical part of the bent pipe 4 is communicated with a fixed smoke pipe 601 through a sealing plate 5, the inner wall of the fixed smoke pipe 601 is in sliding fit with a sliding smoke pipe 602, sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the fixed smoke pipe 601, sliding blocks are symmetrically arranged on the upper part of the outer wall of the sliding smoke pipe 602, the sliding grooves of the fixed smoke pipe 601 are in sliding fit with the sliding blocks of the smoke pipe 602, the inner wall of the fixed smoke pipe 601 is attached to the outer wall of the sliding smoke pipe 602, and the fixed smoke pipe 601 and the sliding smoke pipe 602 are attached to each other, so that the leakage of smoke can be well reduced;

smoke holes are uniformly formed in the outer side of the sliding smoke tube 602, the diameter of each smoke hole is 1.5mm-3mm, a threaded through hole is formed in the lower portion of one side of the fixed smoke tube 601, a limit screw 8 is screwed and fixed in the threaded through hole, one end of the threaded portion of the limit screw 8 is in frictional contact with the outer wall of the sliding smoke tube 602, after an operator slides the sliding smoke tube 602 to a required height, the operator can limit and fix the sliding smoke tube 602 and the fixed smoke tube 601 by rotating the limit screw 8, and therefore the sliding smoke tube 602 is prevented from slipping during subsequent use;

an upper hose fixing ring 111 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lower portion of the fixed smoke pipe 601, a lower hose fixing ring 112 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper end face of the smoke collecting hood 7, a telescopic hose 12 is fixedly arranged between the lower end face of the upper hose fixing ring 111 and the upper end face of the lower hose fixing ring 112, and the telescopic hose 12 can intercept leaked smoke in a gap between the smoke hole of the sliding smoke pipe 602 and the upper end face of the smoke collecting hood 7, so that subsequent filtering efficiency is greatly improved.

Example one

An operator firstly turns on a power supply of the suction fan 15, and then places a stainless steel product to be processed on the operation table 2 for processing operations such as grinding, welding, cutting, polishing and the like;

when a stainless steel product is processed, the smoke collecting hood 7 sucks generated smoke and dust into the first filter chamber 141 provided with the PTFE filter element 22 along the sliding smoke tube 602, the fixed smoke tube 601 and the elbow 4 for primary filtration, when the PTFE filter element 22 is used for gas filtration, particles above 0.02um can be intercepted, and the first filter chamber 141 which is fixedly installed through the flange fixing piece 13 is convenient for an operator to detach and replace after being used;

the inner wall of the fixed smoke tube 601 is attached to the outer wall of the sliding smoke tube 602, and the fixed smoke tube 601 and the sliding smoke tube 602 are attached to each other, so that the leakage of smoke can be well reduced;

wherein, the gas after the first filtration through the first filtration cavity 141 enters the precipitation tank 17 along the air delivery pipe 162 for the second filtration, and the air delivery pipe 162 discharges fine particles which are not adsorbed by the first filtration cavity 141 into the clear water 21 in the precipitation tank 17 for cleaning and sedimentation, thereby further improving the filtration effect;

when the telescopic hose 12 arranged between the upper hose fixing ring 111 on the fixed smoke pipe 601 and the lower hose fixing ring 112 on the smoke collecting hood 7 collects smoke and dust, the telescopic hose 12 can intercept the smoke leaked from a gap between the smoke hole of the sliding smoke pipe 602 and the upper end surface of the smoke collecting hood 7, thereby greatly improving the subsequent filtering efficiency;

furthermore, a second filter chamber 142 is fixedly clamped in a filter chamber groove in the top wall of the settling tank 17, an operator can conveniently replace the second filter chamber 142 by clamping, the two ends of the second filter chamber 142 are respectively provided with a breathable net, and a proper amount of activated carbon 20 is filled in the second filter chamber 142, the activated carbon 20 has good adsorption effect and can purify and deodorize the gas in the settling tank 17, so that the third filtration is realized, the lower end surface of the second filter chamber 142 is 15cm-35cm higher than the liquid level of the clean water 21, and the phenomenon that the clean water 21 splashes the activated carbon 20 filled in the second filter chamber 142 is reduced;

when the stainless steel product processing operation table is used, smoke dust generated during processing of a stainless steel product can be filtered for multiple times, so that damage to health of processing personnel caused by the smoke dust is greatly reduced.

Example two

An operator firstly turns on a power supply of the suction fan 15, and then places a stainless steel product to be processed on the operation table 2 for processing operations such as grinding, welding, cutting, polishing and the like;

when a stainless steel product is processed, the smoke collecting hood 7 sucks generated smoke and dust into the first filter chamber 141 provided with the PTFE filter element 22 along the sliding smoke tube 602, the fixed smoke tube 601 and the elbow 4 for primary filtration, when the PTFE filter element 22 is used for gas filtration, particles above 0.02um can be intercepted, and the first filter chamber 141 which is fixedly installed through the flange fixing piece 13 is convenient for an operator to detach and replace after being used;

the sliding block on the outer wall of the sliding smoke tube 602 is in sliding fit with the sliding groove on the inner wall of the fixed smoke tube 601, the inner wall of the fixed smoke tube 601 is attached to the outer wall of the sliding smoke tube 602, and the fixed smoke tube 601 and the sliding smoke tube 602 are attached to each other, so that the leakage of smoke can be well reduced;

the two sides of the lower pipe wall of the sliding smoke pipe 602 are horizontally inserted and fixed with a rotating shaft 10 through a damping bearing 9, and the two ends of the rotating shaft 10 respectively penetrate through the pipe wall of the sliding smoke pipe 602 and are fixedly provided with a smoke collecting hood 7, so that the smoke collecting angle of the smoke collecting hood 7 can be adjusted according to the size of a stainless steel product processed by an operator;

smoke holes with the diameter of 1.5mm-3mm are uniformly formed in the outer side of the sliding smoke tube 602, a limit screw 8 is screwed and fixed on one side of the fixed smoke tube 601, one end of a threaded part of the limit screw 8 is in frictional contact with the outer wall of the sliding smoke tube 602, after an operator slides the sliding smoke tube 602 to a required height, the operator can limit and fix the sliding smoke tube 602 and the fixed smoke tube 601 by rotating the limit screw 8, the height of the smoke collection hood 7 can not be adjusted, and the sliding smoke tube 602 can be prevented from slipping during subsequent use;

wherein, the gas after the first filtration through the first filtration cavity 141 enters the precipitation tank 17 along the air delivery pipe 162 for the second filtration, and the air delivery pipe 162 discharges fine particles which are not adsorbed by the first filtration cavity 141 into the clear water 21 in the precipitation tank 17 for cleaning and sedimentation, thereby further improving the filtration effect;

wherein, the gas after the first filtration through the first filtration cavity 141 enters the precipitation tank 17 along the air delivery pipe 162 for the second filtration, and the air delivery pipe 162 discharges fine particles which are not adsorbed by the first filtration cavity 141 into the clear water 21 in the precipitation tank 17 for cleaning and sedimentation, thereby further improving the filtration effect;

when the telescopic hose 12 arranged between the upper hose fixing ring 111 on the fixed smoke pipe 601 and the lower hose fixing ring 112 on the smoke collecting hood 7 collects smoke and dust, the telescopic hose 12 can intercept the leaked smoke from the gap between the smoke hole of the sliding smoke pipe 602 and the upper end surface of the smoke collecting hood 7, thereby greatly improving the subsequent filtering efficiency;

furthermore, a second filter chamber 142 is fixedly clamped in a filter chamber groove in the top wall of the settling tank 17, an operator can conveniently replace the second filter chamber 142 by clamping, the two ends of the second filter chamber 142 are respectively provided with a breathable net, and a proper amount of activated carbon 20 is filled in the second filter chamber 142, the activated carbon 20 has good adsorption effect and can purify and deodorize the gas in the settling tank 17, so that the third filtration is realized, the lower end surface of the second filter chamber 142 is 15cm-35cm higher than the liquid level of the clean water 21, and the phenomenon that the clean water 21 splashes the activated carbon 20 filled in the second filter chamber 142 is reduced;
