acquiring management environment information of a roadway;

controlling an active state of a support of the lane with respect to the lane based on the management environment information, the active state including a folded state and an open state.

8. The method for monitoring wind pressure and wind speed in a roadway according to claim 7, wherein the controlling the activity state of the supports of the roadway relative to the roadway based on the management environment information comprises:

if the management environment information has a management plan and the support is in an opening state, controlling the support to move from the opening state to a folding state;

and if the management environment information shows a management plan and the support is in a folded state, keeping the current active state of the support.

a processor; and

a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;

wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 7 to 10 via execution of the executable instructions.
