Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention aims to provide a packaging box sealing device which can effectively avoid the conditions that an end cover of a packaging box is opened without damage and the friction damage is generated due to the friction between the packaging box and a sliding rail.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.

The first embodiment is as follows:

as shown in fig. 1-5, this embodiment provides an automatic box sealing machine for quick-drying glue, which includes: the conveying mechanism comprises a power device and two conveying lines arranged side by side, each conveying line is arranged along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4, each conveying line comprises a conveying device, a plurality of retaining devices and a plurality of box supporting devices arranged along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4, each box supporting device comprises a push rod 1 used for pushing the packaging box 4 to move along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4 and a front supporting rod 2 used for supporting the packaging box 4, the front supporting rods 2 are fixedly connected with the push rods 1, the retaining devices correspond to the push rods 1 one by one, one push rod 1 is connected with the conveying device through one retaining device, the conveying device is used for driving the push rod 1 to move along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4, the retaining devices are used for enabling the front supporting rods 2 to keep horizontal when moving along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4, and the power device is connected with each conveying device to provide power for each conveying device;

the pressing mechanism comprises two pressing devices 3 which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the conveying mechanism, the two pressing devices 3 correspond to the two end covers 5 of the packaging box 4 one by one, and one pressing device 3 is used for pressing one end cover 5 and enabling the end cover 5 to be attached to the end face of the corresponding packaging box 4;

the side pressing mechanism comprises two side pressing devices which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying mechanism, one side pressing device corresponds to one end cover 5 and enables the end cover 5 to be attached to the end face of the corresponding packaging box 4, the quick-drying glue automatic dispensing mechanism, the pressing mechanism and the side pressing mechanism are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4 so that the packaging box 4 sequentially completes dispensing, pressing down of the end cover 5 and pressing down of the end cover 5, and specifically, the pressing device 3 is a pressing plate which is obliquely arranged.

During the conveying process, the packing box 4 is supported on the front supporting rod 2 and moves synchronously along with the front supporting rod 2, relative sliding is not generated between the packing box 4 and the front supporting rod 2, and the friction damage of the packing box 4 is effectively avoided. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting rack further includes two glue gun fixing devices, one glue gun fixing device corresponds to one glue gun, the glue gun fixing device includes a fixing plate 18, a first screw rod 19 and a waist-shaped hole 22 formed on the fixing plate 18, the upper mounting plate 9 is correspondingly provided with the first screw rod 19, one end of the first screw rod 19 is fixedly connected with the upper mounting plate 9, and the other end of the first screw rod passes through the waist-shaped hole 22 and is fastened through a first nut 25. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the glue gun fixing device further includes a second screw 20, the fixing plate 18 is provided with a sliding slot 23 and a threaded hole communicated with the sliding slot 23, the second screw 20 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole, a sliding block 24 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 23 along the length direction of the sliding slot 23, the glue gun is detachably connected to the sliding block 24, and one end of the second screw 20 close to the sliding block 24 is rotatably connected to the sliding block 24 to drive the sliding block 24 to slide along the length direction of the sliding slot 23. It should be noted that one end of the second screw 20 close to the sliding block 24 is always connected to and not separated from the sliding block 24, as long as the second screw 20 can rotate relative to the sliding block 24, so that the second screw 20 drives the sliding block 24 to slide along the length direction of the sliding slot 23 while rotating. The second screw 20 is matched with the threaded hole and can be used for accurately adjusting the position of the glue spraying gun.

In this embodiment, in the specific use process, in order to facilitate the installation of other parts of the quick-drying adhesive automatic box sealing machine or arrange a plurality of groups of adhesive spraying guns, the number of the installation mechanisms can be set to two, the two installation mechanisms are arranged along the conveying direction of the packaging box 4, and the two installation mechanisms are lifted synchronously to ensure that the upper installation plates 9 of the two installation mechanisms are lifted, the two installation mechanisms are provided with a first driving sprocket on the first stud 7 of one of the two, and a first driven sprocket is arranged on the first stud 7 of the other one of the two installation mechanisms, and the first driving sprocket is connected with the first driven sprocket through a first chain transmission.

In this embodiment, the gas delivery device is an air compressor.

In this embodiment, the controller is a PLC controller. In the present embodiment, the position detecting device is a position sensor. In particular, a photoelectric position sensor may be selected. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the power device includes a motor, a driving shaft 28 and a driven shaft 29, the conveying device includes a second driving sprocket 30, a second driven sprocket 31 and a second chain 32, the second driving sprocket 30 is sleeved on the driving shaft 28 and is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 28, the second driven sprocket 31 is sleeved on the driven shaft 29 and is in transmission connection with the driven shaft 29, the second driving sprocket 30 is in transmission connection with the second driven sprocket 31 through the second chain 32, the motor is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 28, and a push rod 1 is connected with the second chain 32 through a retaining device. In a specific using process, the driving shaft 28 and the driven shaft 29 are arranged at two ends of the conveying direction of the packaging box, two second driving sprockets 30 are sleeved on the driving shaft 28 along the axial direction of the driving shaft 28, two second driven sprockets 31 are sleeved on the driven shaft 29 along the axial direction of the driven shaft 29, the driving shaft 28 rotates to drive the two second driving sprockets 30 to synchronously rotate, each second driving sprocket 30 drives the corresponding second driven sprocket 31 to rotate through the corresponding second chain 32, and in the rotating process of the second driving sprocket 30 and the second driven sprocket 31, the second chains 32 corresponding to the second driving sprocket 30 and the second driven sprocket 31 rotate circularly, and as shown in fig. 3, the second chains 32 circulate along the first horizontal segment 38 (conveying direction of the packaging box) -the first semicircular arc segment 39-the second horizontal segment 40-the second semicircular arc segment 41.

In this embodiment, the retaining device includes a chain link and a rear stabilizing rod 33, the chain link includes a first chain pin 34, a second chain pin 35 and two chain plates 36 symmetrically disposed, one of the chain plates 36 is fixedly connected with the second chain 32, the first chain pin 34 and the second chain pin 35 are disposed between the two chain plates 36 in a front-back side-by-side manner, two ends of the first chain pin 34 are perpendicular to the two chain plates 36 respectively and are fixedly connected with the two chain plates 36 respectively, two ends of the second chain pin 35 are perpendicular to the two chain plates 36 respectively and are fixedly connected with the two chain plates 36 respectively, the front supporting rod 2 and the rear stabilizing rod 33 are disposed on two opposite sides of the push rod 1, and one end of the front supporting rod 2 and one end of the rear stabilizing rod 33 are both perpendicular to the lower end of the push rod 1 and are both fixedly connected with the lower end of the push rod 1. The function of the rear stabilizer bar 33 in this embodiment is to balance the weight of the front idler bar 2 and prevent the first chain pin 34 and the second chain pin 35 from being excessively stressed. The front and rear are defined with reference to the conveying direction of the package 4.

In this embodiment, the lower end of the push rod 1 is correspondingly provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, the first through hole is sleeved on the first chain pin 34, and the second through hole is sleeved on the second chain pin 35. So set up, push rod 1 all the time with second chain 32 synchronous motion, and push rod 1 position lock is dead, can not take place relative rotation with second chain 32.

The structure of the needle 49 is substantially the same as that of the needle 49 for a conventional syringe. Specifically, the glue cartridge 48 is communicated with the tank 43 of the sealing glue storage device through the pipeline 21. When the front and rear pins 2 and 33 move in the conveying direction of the package 4, the rear pin 33 is supported on the support plate 42, and the front pin 2 is positioned above the first chain pin 34 and supported on the first chain pin 34. With the arrangement, the push rod 1 always moves synchronously with the second chain 32, but the position of the push rod 1 is not locked, and changes along with the movement state of the second chain 32. Compared with the dead locking of the position of the push rod 1, the device has greatly improved flexibility.

In the specific use process of the conveying device for the packing boxes 4 provided by this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the second chain pin 35 serves as a fulcrum of the front supporting rod 2 and the rear stabilizing rod 33, when the second chain 32 moves to the first horizontal section 38, the rear stabilizing rod 33 sinks to contact with the supporting plate 42, the front supporting rod 2 is lapped on the first chain pin 34, the packing boxes 4 are supported on the front supporting rod 2, and the weight of the packing boxes 4 is negligible compared with the weight of the front supporting rod 2 and the rear stabilizing rod 33; when the second chain 32 moves to the first semicircular arc section 39, the second horizontal section 40 and the second semicircular arc section 41, the rear stabilizing rod 33 is separated from the supporting plate 42, the rear stabilizing rod 33 and the front supporting rod 2 rotate around the supporting point under the combined action of gravity, the groove 37 and the first chain pin 34, and the position is automatically adjusted; when the second chain 32 moves to the position where the second semicircular arc section 41 is connected with the first horizontal section 38, the rear stabilizing rod 33 abuts against the supporting plate 42, and the supporting plate 42 pushes the rear stabilizing rod 33 to rotate until the rear stabilizing rod is horizontally supported on the supporting plate 42.
