In addition, the inner ring of the water ring can be replaced, and different inner ring sizes can be replaced according to different casing sleeve specifications; and the water tank can be adjusted up and down, so that when the casing sleeve coming out of the water ring reaches the water tank, the liquid level of cooling water in the water tank can be flexibly adjusted according to the cooling condition of the sleeve, and the aim of efficient production is fulfilled.
