Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of freight vehicles, and particularly relates to an automatic tipping vehicle.

Background

The prior automatic dumping car in China is a bilateral dumping automatic dumping car, the maximum dumping angle is 45 degrees, and the automatic dumping car is mainly used for transporting ore, peeling rocks, gravel, coal blocks, building materials and other bulk goods with smaller repose angles. For the goods with high viscosity such as red soil, the goods are easy to be bonded together to form blocky goods, and the blocky goods are also easy to be bonded on the included angle between the inner wall of the carriage and the bottom plate after the goods are in the carriage for a long time, so that the condition that the repose angle of the goods is larger is caused. The tipping mechanism of the automatic tipping vehicle mainly comprises a large folding mechanism and a bottom four-bar mechanism, and the automatic tipping vehicle is used for many years, and when side dumping goods with high viscosity and large repose angle (such as wet sand and red soil), the vehicle can overturn or the goods can not be unloaded completely. At present, the problem of dumping the goods with large viscosity and large repose angle better is urgently needed to be solved, so that the goods can meet railway transportation conditions, and the safety and the stability of the vehicle can be ensured under the condition of ensuring that the goods are completely unloaded.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide an automatic dumping car which can be suitable for transporting and dumping goods with high viscosity and large repose angle and simultaneously ensure the safety and stability of the car.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automatic dumping car, comprising:

Specifically, the vehicle structure mainly comprises an underframe, a wagon box, a driving mechanism, a coupler buffer device and the like, wherein a bogie is arranged on the underframe, the bogie is preferably a K6-turning bogie, the wagon box is arranged on the underframe, and the driving mechanism is arranged between the wagon box and the underframe. According to the cargo unloading mode, the automatic dumping car provided by the invention still adopts the structural style of a movable car box and a fixed underframe which are commonly used by the automatic dumping car, and simultaneously considers the problem of poor cargo flowability, and the tipping angle of the car box of the car is designed to be more than 60 degrees and can reach 65 degrees at most. When the railway carriage tipping angle is greater than 45 degrees, because the restriction of railway carriage center of rotation has resulted in the railway carriage can not overturn to both sides, this car overall design is the unilateral structure of overturning, sets up on the chassis through the railway carriage, and one side of railway carriage is connected with the chassis through the pivot to make the railway carriage can use the pivot to do the action of overturning as the fulcrum, realize the unilateral and overturn. The guide plate is arranged in the carriage and can be installed by adopting a welding or bolt fixing method. The automatic dumping car adopts an all-steel welding structure, and calculation simulation analysis is carried out on a welding seam of a main stressed part in order to ensure the fatigue life and the long-term use reliability of the car body welding structure (especially a joint of manual electric arc welding). The welding characteristics of the car body material are main factors of the strength and the reliability of the joint, and because of the excellent welding performance, the higher impact toughness and the lower purchase cost of the high-strength weathering steel, the high-strength weathering steel is widely applied to railway vehicles in China at present and is practically inspected after being applied for nearly two decades. Therefore, on the basis of finite element analysis of the vehicle, the main material plate and the cold-formed section steel are determined to adopt high-strength weathering steel (Q345NQR2 or Q450NQR1) and structural steel (Q345E).

The main bearing parts, the section and the plate at the part contacting with goods of the automatic dumping car adopt the high-strength atmospheric corrosion resistant hot rolled steel plate and the section steel, and the good corrosion resistance and the enough strength are kept on the premise of reducing the self weight of the car; the service life and the overhaul period of the vehicle body can be prolonged, so that the overhaul cost and the operation cost of the vehicle are reduced.

The connection mode of the automatic dumping car running part and the car of the invention needs to select accessories and design components according to the running environment and the traction condition of the car and the latest and universal technology of the universal railway freight car in China.

Optionally, the chassis includes:
