Background

In the production process of the existing products, the produced products need to be screened. The general screening adopts a working mode of manually screening and marking, which not only wastes time and labor, but also causes the existence of manual judgment errors. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a fast screening device and method based on image processing to solve the deficiencies of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a rapid screening device based on image processing, which comprises a base, wherein a conveying belt is arranged on the base, a rotating motor is arranged at the rear end of the conveying belt, a lifting rod is arranged on the rotating motor, three platforms are equidistantly distributed above the lifting rod, the platforms are respectively provided with the conveying belts which are arranged backwards, leftwards and rightwards, two parallel cross beams are arranged above the conveying belt, an image device is distributed on the cross beam at the front end, a scanning detection device is distributed on the cross beam at the rear end, the image device comprises an image identification module and a signal transmission module, the image identification module is connected with the signal transmission module, the scanning detection device comprises a photoelectric scanning module and a signal control module, the photoelectric scanning module is connected with the signal transmission module, and the photoelectric scanning module is connected with the signal control module.
