1. A PRND gear control method for an electric vehicle is characterized by comprising a PRND gear control device, a central control touch screen, a vehicle control unit, a gear shifting controller and a clutch gearbox assembly;

the central control touch screen is a touch screen which is arranged on a central control platform of a cab and is used for interaction between a vehicle and a driver, can display information to the driver, and can collect instructions of the driver to the vehicle control unit through corresponding clicking and sliding gesture operations of the driver on the touch screen;

when the TCU prompts a serious gear fault or a driver finds that gear control is not available, the control method of the PRND gear comprises the following steps:

(1) a driver double-strikes the hit-control touch screen to disable the gear shift controller and wake up a pop-up gear operation area, wherein the gear operation area is used for replacing the operation of the PRND gear control device;

(2) the intention signal of the driver for shifting gears is transmitted through the gear operating area;

(3) after the TVCU or the TCU receives an intention signal transmitted by a driver, judging whether a target gear is an allowable gear;

(4) the TVCU or the TCU judges whether the operation is allowed or not when the current gear is switched to the target gear;

(5) prompting unreasonable operation;

(6) executing a gear shifting operation according with a set rule;

(7) before powering down, the gear is set as P gear.

2. The electric vehicle PRND gear control method of claim 1, wherein the gear operating zones comprise park P, reverse R, neutral N, and drive D.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the PRND range control device is an electronic shift-by-wire, and the shift-by-wire is lever, knob, or button.

4. The PRND gear control method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle controller is an intelligent unit performing communication management, energy management and drive management functions.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the clutch transmission assembly is a mechanism that performs drive train make and break and speed ratio.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the shift controller is an intelligent unit that performs target gear (ratio) decision making, actuator control, fault diagnosis and fault handling.

All the above strategies require the gear operating device to correctly generate corresponding signals and reliably transmit the signals to the TCU, or a TVCU integrating the TCU and the VCU into a whole, however, under the condition that a gear signal generator circuit is damaged, the gear operating device cannot transmit driving intention to the TCU, emergency driving is carried out, and deep research is not available.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a PRND shift control method for an electric vehicle, which can perform emergency driving without transmitting driving intention to the TCU through a shift operation device when a shift signal generator circuit is damaged.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a PRND gear control method for an electric vehicle comprises a PRND gear control device, a central control touch screen, a vehicle control unit, a gear shifting controller and a clutch gearbox assembly;

the central control touch screen is a touch screen which is arranged on a central control platform of a cab and is used for interaction between a vehicle and a driver, can display information to the driver, and can collect instructions of the driver to the vehicle control unit through corresponding clicking and sliding gesture operations of the driver on the touch screen;

when the TCU prompts a serious gear fault or a driver finds that gear control is not available, the control method of the PRND gear comprises the following steps:
