preparing raw materials: adopting a copolymer of a first monomer, a second monomer and a third monomer to prepare synthetic fibers, wherein the first monomer is acrylonitrile, and the addition amount of the first monomer is 85-90%;

spinning preparation: uniformly mixing the synthesized fibers with cotton fibers, silk fibers and hemp fibers, extruding the high-temperature molten mixture by a screw, filtering, extruding through a spinneret orifice to form a primary blank, and cooling, drafting, shaping and winding the primary blank to form a blank;

weaving the fabric: performing warp knitting and weft knitting on the blank obtained in the step (2), performing alkali treatment, finishing, shaping and drying to obtain a wool-like fabric;

dyeing and finishing and shaping: carrying out over-wet setting, alkali treatment, dyeing, dehydration, drying, softening and setting procedures on the wool-like fabric obtained in the step (3) to obtain a wool-like fabric;

Background

Wool is popular with consumers all the time, but the price of wool is high, the fabric shrinks greatly after being washed with water, and the acrylic fiber is widely used in the fields of clothing, various decorations and industry because the appearance of the acrylic fiber is exactly like wool and the cost is low;

cashmere is much finer than wool, and outer-layer scales are also finer and smoother than wool, so the cashmere sweater is light in weight, soft and good in toughness, is particularly suitable for being made into underwear, is light, soft and smooth when being worn next to the skin, and is very comfortable, but most cashmere sweaters made of cashmere are easy to fluff and pilling, once the fluff and pilling occur, the attractiveness of the cashmere sweater is influenced, meanwhile, cashmere resources are limited, and cashmere products are very expensive;

the wool-like fabric is widely accepted in the current market, but the existing preparation method of the wool-like fabric has the problems that wool fibers for preparing the wool-like fabric are too thin, the density is low, the softness is low, and the body feeling comfort level is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a preparation method of a high-density wool-like fabric, which has the advantages of high wool fiber density, soft fabric, good body feeling comfort, less fluffing and pilling phenomena, low cost and low price, and can effectively solve the problems in the background art.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, in the step 1), the second monomer is an ester-based vinyl monomer, the adding amount of the second monomer is 5-10%, the third monomer is an ionizable vinyl monomer, the adding amount of the third monomer is 0.5-3%, the strength of the synthetic fiber made of the copolymer is 1.76-3.08 cN/dtex, and the elongation at break is 25-46%.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, in the step 2), the heating temperature of the high-temperature molten mixture of the synthesized fibers and the cotton fibers, the silk fibers and the hemp fibers is 220-230 ℃.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, in the step 3), the setting and drying temperature is 65-95 ℃, and the drying time is 6-10 h.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, in the step 4), 3-6g/L of softening agent and 1-3g/L of color fixing agent are added for softening and color fixing after dyeing, and the setting and drying temperature is 90-120 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the wool fabric has the advantages of no hair drop, no pilling, high wool fiber density, soft fabric, good bulkiness, good body feeling comfort level and less pilling phenomenon, can be processed into a blanket or artificial fur, and is internally added with cotton fiber, silkworm fiber and fibrilia, so that the surface of the wool fabric is smooth and attractive, the air permeability of the wool fabric is improved, and the toughness of the wool fabric is enhanced.

Example one

A preparation method of a high-density wool-like fabric comprises the following steps:

1) preparing raw materials: preparing a synthetic fiber from a copolymer of a first monomer, a second monomer and a third monomer, wherein the first monomer is acrylonitrile, the addition amount of the first monomer is 85%, the addition amount of the second monomer is an ester-based vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the second monomer is 5%, the third monomer is an ionizable vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the third monomer is 0.5%, the strength of the synthetic fiber prepared from the copolymer is 1.76 cN/dtcx, and the elongation at break is 25%;

2) spinning preparation: uniformly mixing the synthesized fibers with cotton fibers, silk fibers and fibrilia, extruding the high-temperature molten mixture through a screw, filtering, extruding through a spinneret orifice to form a primary blank, cooling, drafting, shaping, winding to form a blank, and heating the high-temperature molten mixture of the synthesized fibers and the cotton fibers, the silk fibers and the fibrilia at 220 ℃;

3) weaving the fabric: performing warp knitting and weft knitting on the blank obtained in the step (2), performing alkali treatment, finishing, setting and drying to obtain a wool-like fabric, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 65 ℃, and the drying time is 6 hours;

4) dyeing and finishing and shaping: carrying out over-wet setting, alkali treatment, dyeing, dehydration, drying, softening and setting procedures on the wool-like fabric obtained in the step (3) to obtain the wool-like fabric, adding 3g/L of softening agent and 1g/L of color fixing agent after dyeing for softening and fixing, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 90 ℃;

5) and (3) integration: brushing, steaming, drying, cutting and sewing the wool-like fabric to finally obtain the wool-like fabric, wherein the steaming temperature is as follows: steaming pressure at 90 ℃: 1.5MP, cloth moving speed: 8 m/min.

In the embodiment, after dyeing, 3g/L of softening agent and 1g/L of color fixing agent are added for softening and color fixing, the setting and drying temperature is 90 ℃, and the produced fabric has low softness and poor comfort.

Example two

A preparation method of a high-density wool-like fabric comprises the following steps:

1) preparing raw materials: the method comprises the following steps of preparing synthetic fibers from a copolymer of a first monomer, a second monomer and a third monomer, wherein the first monomer is acrylonitrile, the addition amount of the first monomer is 87%, the second monomer is an ester-based vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the second monomer is 6.5%, the third monomer is an ionizable vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the third monomer is 1.25%, the strength of the synthetic fibers prepared from the copolymer is 1.98 cN/dtcx, and the elongation at break is 30%;

2) spinning preparation: uniformly mixing the synthesized fibers with cotton fibers, silk fibers and fibrilia, extruding the high-temperature molten mixture through a screw, filtering, extruding through a spinneret orifice to form a primary blank, cooling, drafting, shaping, winding to form a blank, and heating the synthesized high-temperature molten mixture of the fibers, the cotton fibers, the silk fibers and the fibrilia to 225 ℃;

3) weaving the fabric: performing warp knitting and weft knitting on the blank obtained in the step (2), performing alkali treatment, finishing, setting and drying to obtain a wool-like fabric, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 75 ℃, and the drying time is 7 hours;

4) dyeing and finishing and shaping: carrying out over-wet setting, alkali treatment, dyeing, dehydration, drying, softening and setting procedures on the wool-like fabric obtained in the step (3) to obtain the wool-like fabric, adding 4g/L of softening agent and 1.5g/L of color fixing agent after dyeing for softening and fixing, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 100 ℃;

5) and (3) integration: brushing, steaming, drying, cutting and sewing the wool-like fabric to finally obtain the wool-like fabric, wherein the steaming temperature is as follows: 93 ℃, steaming pressure: 1.6MP, cloth moving speed: 9 m/min.

In the embodiment, 4g/L of softening agent and 1.5g/L of color fixing agent are added for softening and fixing after dyeing, the setting and drying temperature is 100 ℃, the produced fabric has general softness and comfort.

EXAMPLE III

A preparation method of a high-density wool-like fabric comprises the following steps:

1) preparing raw materials: the method comprises the following steps of preparing synthetic fibers from a copolymer of a first monomer, a second monomer and a third monomer, wherein the first monomer is acrylonitrile, the addition amount of the first monomer is 89%, the second monomer is an ester-based vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the second monomer is 8.5%, the third monomer is an ionizable vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the third monomer is 1.5%, the strength of the synthetic fibers prepared from the copolymer is 2.24 cN/dtcx, and the elongation at break is 35.5%;

2) spinning preparation: uniformly mixing the synthesized fibers with cotton fibers, silk fibers and fibrilia, extruding the high-temperature molten mixture through a screw, filtering, extruding through a spinneret orifice to form a primary blank, cooling, drafting, shaping, winding to form a blank, and heating the synthesized high-temperature molten mixture of the fibers, the cotton fibers, the silk fibers and the fibrilia to 228 ℃;

3) weaving the fabric: performing warp knitting and weft knitting on the blank obtained in the step (2), performing alkali treatment, finishing, setting and drying to obtain a wool-like fabric, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 80 ℃, and the drying time is 8 hours;

4) dyeing and finishing and shaping: carrying out over-wet setting, alkali treatment, dyeing, dehydration, drying, softening and setting procedures on the wool-like fabric obtained in the step (3) to obtain the wool-like fabric, adding 5g/L of softening agent and 2g/L of color fixing agent after dyeing for softening and fixing, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 110 ℃;

5) and (3) integration: brushing, steaming, drying, cutting and sewing the wool-like fabric to finally obtain the wool-like fabric, wherein the steaming temperature is as follows: 95 ℃, steaming pressure: 1.7MP, cloth moving speed: 9.5 m/min.

In the embodiment, after dyeing, 5g/L of softening agent and 2g/L of color fixing agent are added for softening and color fixing, the setting and drying temperature is 110 ℃, and the produced fabric has high softness and good comfort.

Example four

A preparation method of a high-density wool-like fabric comprises the following steps:

1) preparing raw materials: preparing a synthetic fiber from a copolymer of a first monomer, a second monomer and a third monomer, wherein the first monomer is acrylonitrile, the addition amount of the first monomer is 90%, the second monomer is an ester-based vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the second monomer is 10%, the third monomer is an ionizable vinyl monomer, the addition amount of the third monomer is 3%, the strength of the synthetic fiber prepared from the copolymer is 3.08 cN/dtcx, and the elongation at break is 46%;

2) spinning preparation: uniformly mixing the synthesized fibers with cotton fibers, silk fibers and fibrilia, extruding the high-temperature molten mixture through a screw, filtering, extruding through a spinneret orifice to form a primary blank, cooling, drafting, shaping, winding to form a blank, and heating the synthesized high-temperature molten mixture of the fibers, the cotton fibers, the silk fibers and the fibrilia at 230 ℃;

3) weaving the fabric: performing warp knitting and weft knitting on the blank obtained in the step (2), performing alkali treatment, finishing, setting and drying to obtain a wool-like fabric, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 95 ℃, and the drying time is 10 hours;

4) dyeing and finishing and shaping: carrying out over-wet setting, alkali treatment, dyeing, dehydration, drying, softening and setting procedures on the wool-like fabric obtained in the step (3) to obtain the wool-like fabric, adding 6g/L of softening agent and 3g/L of color fixing agent after dyeing for softening and fixing, wherein the setting and drying temperature is 120 ℃;

5) and (3) integration: brushing, steaming, drying, cutting and sewing the wool-like fabric to finally obtain the wool-like fabric, wherein the steaming temperature is as follows: steaming pressure at 100 ℃: 1.8MP, cloth moving speed: 10 m/min.

In the embodiment, after dyeing, 6g/L of softening agent and 3g/L of color fixing agent are added for softening and color fixing, the setting and drying temperature is 120 ℃, the produced fabric has higher softness and good comfort, and the fabric is not easy to set.

The invention has the advantages of no hair falling, no pilling, high density of wool fiber, soft fabric, good bulkiness, good body feeling comfort level and less pilling phenomenon, can be processed into blankets or artificial fur, and is internally added with cotton fiber, silkworm fiber and hemp fiber, so that the surface of the blanket is smooth and beautiful, the air permeability of the blanket is improved, and the toughness of the blanket is enhanced.
