1. A clothes drying device, comprising:

a box body;

an outer cylinder arranged in the box body;

the inner drum is used for accommodating clothes, the inner drum is arranged in the outer drum and communicated with the outer drum, and hot and humid air in the inner drum can enter the outer drum;

The clothes drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the exhaust duct further comprises a second exhaust duct, one end of the second exhaust duct is the exhaust inlet provided on the outer tub, and the other end is adjacent to the upper ceiling of the cabinet and connected to the first exhaust duct.

5. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 4, wherein an end of the first exhaust air duct away from the second exhaust air duct is the exhaust outlet.

Clothes drying devices, such as dryers and washing and drying integrated machines, mainly adopt direct exhaust type or condensation type circulation drying, the direct exhaust type drying principle is that generally air enters and is heated and then contacts clothes, takes away moisture and is exhausted by an exhaust duct, most of exhaust ducts in some dryers (such as washing and drying integrated machines) are generally positioned in a box body, the exhaust ducts are not beneficial to observation, disassembly and maintenance, the maintenance of the exhaust ducts can be carried out only by disassembling the box body when the exhaust ducts are maintained, and users cannot visually find possible problems of the exhaust ducts; on the other hand, the condensation type drying principle is that after the dried damp and hot air is condensed, the air is heated again and enters the inner cylinder for drying, but the air is recycled, so that the problems of large peculiar smell, high temperature and the like exist, and the clothes are damaged; so for improving drying efficiency, shorten the stoving time, the drying method that often adopts direct vent and condensing to combine is in order to reduce the high temperature problem in the pure condensing stoving, nevertheless because the direct vent mode is unreasonable to the exhaust pipe design, can not in time discover the possible jam of exhaust pipe, foreign matter scheduling problem, brought extra fan removal cost for the user, so need optimize current clothing drying device, in order to optimize the exhaust pipe in the best effort, convenience of customers uses.

Preferably, one end of the first exhaust air duct far away from the second exhaust air duct is the exhaust outlet.

the invention provides a clothes drying device, wherein an exhaust air duct part is embedded in an upper top plate of a box body, so that the condition of the exhaust air duct is convenient to check, the maintenance is convenient, and the installation and the disassembly of a sensor are convenient in the scheme of installing the sensor; meanwhile, a direct-exhaust and condensation mixing drying method is adopted, wherein a fresh air inlet is formed in the front plate of a box body of the drying device to feed clean fresh air, a filtering device is adopted to filter clothes or smell in the fresh air to achieve a clean drying mode, and a detachable filtering device at the fresh air inlet can be adopted to facilitate replacement of the filtering device and maintenance; in addition, the air exhaust duct is provided with a sensor, the fresh air duct is provided with an air door, and the opening degree of the air door can be controlled through parameter data of the sensor, so that the aim of optimally controlling drying in real time is fulfilled.

In some embodiments, the exhaust outlet 62 of the exhaust duct 6 is disposed on the upper top plate 13 or the back plate 11 of the cabinet, so as to facilitate exhaust, and damp and hot air is exhausted from the upper top plate 13 or the back plate 11 into the outside without affecting users.

In some embodiments, the first exhaust duct 601 is detachably embedded in the outer side of the upper top plate 13 of the box body 1, the first exhaust duct 601 may be detachable from the outer side of the upper top plate 13, and a user can detach the first exhaust duct 601 by himself for maintenance and install a sensor or discharge other functional components such as a filtering device therein, which is convenient and fast without dismantling a machine.

In some embodiments, the exhaust duct 6 further includes a second exhaust duct 602, one end of the second exhaust duct 602 is an exhaust inlet 601 provided on the outer tub 3, and the other end is close to the upper top plate 13 of the cabinet 1 and connected to the first exhaust duct 601; the second air exhaust duct 602 led out from the outer cylinder is connected to the first air exhaust duct 601 close to the upper top plate, and the structure is clear.

In some embodiments, the end of the first exhaust duct 601 far away from the second exhaust duct 602 is the exhaust outlet 62, and the end of the first exhaust duct 601 is the exhaust outlet 62, so that the structure is simplified and easy to observe; of course, in some embodiments, a third exhaust air duct may be further provided, which is led downwards from the first exhaust air duct 601, and the exhaust air outlet 62 is disposed at a position close to the lower edge of the rear back panel 11.

In some embodiments, the fresh air duct 7 is further included, one end of the fresh air duct 7 is a fresh air inlet 72 disposed on the box 1, and the other end of the fresh air duct 7 is a fresh air outlet 71 communicated with the air inlet duct 5, and air outside the box 1 enters the fresh air duct 7 through the fresh air inlet 72 and is sent into the air inlet duct 5 through the fresh air outlet 71.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the fresh air inlet 72 is disposed on a panel 122 of the front plate 12 of the box 1 for controlling the states of the operating device and the display device, when the drying device is in operation, a user generally operates the control panel and views the display panel, the fresh air inlet 72 is disposed on the panel for facilitating the viewing of the user, and the air entering the fresh air also flows into the dryer in a spacious environment, the control panel and the display panel of the dryer (washing and drying integrated machine) are generally disposed at a position on the front plate near the upper edge for facilitating the operation and viewing of the user, and the air flow at the position is good for the user to view, so that the fresh air inlet is disposed at the position for facilitating the user to ensure good air of the fresh air entering the drying system and for the user to view.

In some embodiments, an air filtering device 74 is disposed in the fresh air duct 7 to purify the air entering the fresh air duct 7 from the outside; the air filtering device 74, such as a filter screen, an adsorption sheet, a dust removing device, etc., is provided to adsorb dust and impurities in the air, and also to adsorb peculiar smell in the air, so that the air entering the fresh air duct 7 is purified, thereby ensuring the cleanness of the air source in the drying process and keeping the cleanness and sanitation of the dried clothes.

In some embodiments, further, due to two modes, the fresh air outlet 71 of the fresh air duct 7 can be arranged on the condenser 4, and air entering the fresh air duct 7 from the outside enters the air inlet duct 5 after passing through the condenser 4; or directly at the connection with the intake duct 5 (preferably at a position before the air passes through the blower 51).

In some embodiments, the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes (not shown) on the sidewall thereof, which are communicated with the outer cylinder 3, so that the hot and humid air in the inner cylinder 2 can reach the outer cylinder 3 through the through holes; especially in washing and drying machines, the through holes are usually used for water supply in the washing process and for air supply in the drying process.

In some embodiments, further, an air door 73 for controlling the entry of fresh air is arranged on the fresh air duct 7, so as to control the entry of the outside air from the fresh air inlet 72 of the fresh air duct 7, the air door can be opened and closed, the outside air enters when being opened, and can be subjected to direct exhaust drying or direct exhaust condensation drying, and the outside air enters when being closed, and only condensation circulation drying is performed; further, of course, the damper can be opened and closed manually and mechanically, and more preferably, it is controlled logically, for example, a sensor 63 for acquiring environmental information is disposed on the exhaust air duct 6, and a signal is transmitted to control the opening or closing of the damper 73, so that the clothes drying device has a drying mode of direct exhaust and/or condensation, and a sensor is used to detect an air parameter of the exhaust air duct 6, so as to feed back and control the opening and closing of the damper 73 according to the air parameter, and a preferred sensor can be a temperature and/or humidity sensor for detecting the temperature and/or humidity of the exhaust air duct 6.

In some embodiments, the damper 73 has an adjustable opening, which is a percentage of the ventilation area of the whole damper 73, and the opening ranges from 0% to 100%, so that the outside air entering the fresh air inlet 72 can be adjusted as required; further, when condensation drying and direct-discharge drying are simultaneously used, the proportion of condensation drying and direct-discharge drying is reasonably adjusted through an adjustable air door, and the drying process is optimized.

In some embodiments, further, the drying device further comprises a drainage pipeline 8, one end of the drainage pipeline 8 is communicated with the outer cylinder 3 and the condenser 4, and the other end of the drainage pipeline 8 is a drainage port 81 communicated with the outside so as to drain water generated in the outer cylinder 3 and/or the condenser 4 out of the box body 1; further, a drain pump 82 may be provided at the drain line 8 to accelerate the draining and drain the water from the drain port 81 to the outside, for example, a sewer or the like at home.

In some embodiments, the laundry drying apparatus is a dryer or a washer dryer, and in the case of a washer dryer, the laundry drying apparatus has a washing structure and a washing function, and more preferably, a drum washer dryer.

Specifically, in the condensing mode, hot and humid air formed by drying clothes in the inner drum 2 enters the outer drum 3 through the through holes, the hot and humid air enters the condenser 4 through a corrugated pipe connected between the outer drum 3 and the condenser 4, dry and cold air is formed after heat exchange in the condenser 4, the dry and cold air enters the air inlet pipeline 5, the dry and cold air is driven by the fan 51 to flow and is heated by the heater 52 to form hot and dry air, and finally the hot and dry air enters the inner drum 2 through the air inlet outlet 53, so that circulation is realized.
