The working method of the storage comprises the following steps: when a user needs to store an X-ray film 20 with relevant information filed in an X-ray film information management system, a storage key 9 is pressed, if the X-ray film storage box 1 is full at the moment, the second LED display screen 7 displays that the box is full and can not be stored, if the X-ray film storage box 1 is not full at the moment, a PLC (programmable logic controller) 29 controls an electromagnetic block 25 to be electrified, so that the electromagnetic block 25 and a magnet block 22 are magnetically attracted, an ejecting sheet 26 slides into the inner wall of the X-ray film storage box 1 along with the electromagnetic block, an outlet 2 is opened, the PLC 29 controls a first driving motor 16 and a second driving motor 17 to rotate in the same direction, a rotating belt 10 is driven to rotate, so that an unused first X-ray film clamp 30 is opposite to the outlet 2, the PLC 29 controls an electric telescopic rod 19 to extend upwards out of the X-ray film storage box 1, the X-ray film is clamped into a second X-ray film clamp 21, the storage key 9 is pressed again, the PLC controls the, in the process of shrinkage, the X-ray film 20 is separated from the second X-ray film clamp 21 and clamped into the unused first X-ray film clamp 30 on the rotating belt 10, after the clamping is finished, the PLC 29 controls the two code guns 15 which are just opposite to the front and back sides of the X-ray film to scan the bar codes on the X-ray film 20, if information can be scanned, the PLC 29 controls the electromagnetic block 25 to be powered off, the first reset spring 23 pushes the pop-up sheet 26 to pop out and clamp the clamping groove 27, the outlet 2 is closed, and the storage is finished; if the information is not scanned, the PLC 29 controls the electric telescopic rod 19 to extend upwards out of the X-ray film access box 1, in the extending process, the X-ray film 20 is separated from the first X-ray film clamp 30 on the rotating belt 10 and clamped into the second X-ray film clamp 21, the second LED display screen 7 displays that the X-ray film is not pasted with the bar code, and the second LED display screen 7 and the electric telescopic rod 19 are sold.

Application example

This application example is described based on the structure of the above embodiment, and is used to explain the operation method of the above embodiment.

As shown in fig. 10, the working process of the present invention is:

1. placing the X-ray film to be scanned on a bottom plate 36 of the scanner auxiliary device 31, placing a handheld portable scanner 35 into a sliding block 34, enabling the sliding block 34 and a sliding shaft 33 to be matched for scanning the X-ray film, and transmitting the scanned electronic version X-ray film into a PC end;

2. a user logs in an X-ray film information management system through a PC (personal computer) end, an electronic version X-ray film, a patient identity card number, an X-ray film type and a shooting date are uploaded to the X-ray film information management system, the X-ray film information management system generates a two-dimensional code, a bar code and a digital code which are uniquely corresponding to an X-ray film 20, and the two-dimensional code and the bar code are printed;

3. the two-dimensional code and the bar code are pasted on the X-ray film and then stored in an X-ray film access box, a user presses a storage key 9 on the X-ray film access box, if the X-ray film access box 1 is full at the moment, the box is full and can not be stored, if the X-ray film access box 1 is not full at the moment, a PLC (programmable logic controller) 29 controls an electromagnetic block 25 to be electrified, so that the electromagnetic block 25 and a magnet block 22 are magnetically attracted, an ejecting sheet 26 slides into the inner wall of the X-ray film access box 1 along with the electromagnetic block, an outlet 2 is opened, a PLC (programmable logic controller) 29 controls a first driving motor 16 and a second driving motor 17 to rotate in the same direction, a rotating belt 10 is driven to rotate, an unused first X-ray film clamp 30 is opposite to the outlet 2, the PLC 29 controls an electric telescopic rod 19 to extend upwards out of the X-ray film access box 1, the X-ray film is clamped in a second X-ray film clamp 21, the storage key 9 is pressed again, in the process of shrinkage, the X-ray film 20 is separated from the second X-ray film clamp 21 and clamped into the unused first X-ray film clamp 30 on the rotating belt 10, after the clamping is finished, the PLC 29 controls the two code guns 15 which are just opposite to the front and back sides of the X-ray film to scan the bar codes on the X-ray film 20, if information can be scanned, the PLC 29 controls the electromagnetic block 25 to be powered off, the first reset spring 23 pushes the pop-up sheet 26 to pop out and clamp the clamping groove 27, the outlet 2 is closed, and the storage is finished; if the information is not scanned, the PLC 29 controls the electric telescopic rod 19 to extend upwards out of the X-ray film access box 1, in the extending process, the X-ray film 20 is separated from the first X-ray film clamp 30 on the rotating belt 10 and clamped into the second X-ray film clamp 21 on the electric telescopic rod 19, the second LED display screen 7 displays that the X-ray film is not pasted with the bar code, and the storage fails;

4. when a user needs to take out the X-ray film 20, the patient ID card is pasted on the ID card sensor 8 of the X-ray film access box 1, and the ID card sensor 8 acquires the ID information and transmits the ID information into the PLC 29 for matching the ID information obtained by scanning the bar code of the X-ray film 20;

5. the PLC 29 controls the first driving motor 16 and the second driving motor 17 to start, the first fixed wheel 11 and the second fixed wheel 13 are respectively driven to rotate by the first driving shaft 12 and the second driving shaft 14, so that the X-ray film 20 on the rotating belt 10 is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, the bar code gun 15 on the inner side wall of the X-ray film access box 1 scans the bar code on the X-ray film 20 and transmits the bar code information to the PLC;

6. the PLC 29 matches the bar code information of the X-ray film 20 with the identity information obtained by the identity card sensor 8, if the bar code information is matched, the first driving motor 16 and the second driving motor 17 are controlled to stop, as shown in figures 9A, 9B and 9C, the PLC 29 controls the electromagnetic block 25 to be electrified, so that the electromagnetic block 25 and the magnetic block 22 are magnetically attracted, the ejecting piece 26 slides into the inner wall of the X-ray film access box 1 along with the ejecting piece 26, the outlet 2 is opened, the PLC 29 controls the electric telescopic rod 19 to extend upwards out of the X-ray film access box 1, in the extending process, the X-ray film 20 is separated from the first X-ray film clamp 30 on the rotating belt 10 and clamped into the second X-ray film clamp 21 on the electric telescopic rod 19, the X-ray film 20 is pushed out of the X-ray film access box 1, if the scanning of all the X-ray films 20 in the X-ray film access box 1 is not completed at the moment, the PLC 29 controls the first driving motor 16, the bar code gun 15 scans the bar code on the X-ray film 20 until all the X-ray films 20 in the X-ray film access box 1 are scanned.
