Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below by examples, and the following examples are only exemplary and can be used only for explaining and illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, but not construed as limiting the technical solutions of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the invention provides a building construction protective guard convenient to lift and a mounting method thereof, comprising a lifting mechanism, a support frame 1, a first purse net 11, a second purse net 12, a second guide rod 13, a fixed rod 14, a connecting system, a moving mechanism 22, a first hanging part 23 and a second hanging part 24; the support frame 1 is U-shaped and is formed by vertically connecting two vertical rods and a cross rod, and the cross rod of the support frame 1 at least comprises two pairs of cross rods in threaded connection. The cross rods and the vertical rods of the support frame 1 can be welded together, can also be in threaded connection or inserted and fixed through bolts, and the distance between the two vertical rods of the support frame 1 can be adjusted according to the field condition.

Two fixing rods 14 are vertically arranged on the outer sides of the two vertical rods of the support frame 1, and the fixing rods 14 are round steel or round steel tubes; a plurality of hanging pieces I23 are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the two vertical rods of the support frame 1, the hanging pieces I23 are uniformly distributed on the two vertical rods of the support frame 1, the hanging pieces I23 are arranged on the rear sides of the two fixing rods 14, the hanging pieces I23 are in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', a square through hole 231 is formed in the center of the hanging pieces I23, and a groove 232 is formed in the top of one side of the hanging pieces I23, which is far away from the fixing rods 14; a moving mechanism 22 is detachably connected below the front surfaces of the two fixing rods 14; a first guide rod 8 and a screw rod 2 which are parallel to the cross rod are sequentially arranged above the cross rod of the support frame 1, the screw rod 2 is rotatably connected with the support frame 1, a bearing is embedded in a vertical rod of the support frame 1, the screw rod 2 is inserted into an inner ring of the bearing, and the screw rod 2 rotates around the bearing under the combined action of the worm 4 and the gear 3; a second guide rod 13 connected with the fixing rod in a sliding manner is arranged in the fixing rod 14; the second guide rod 13 is L-shaped, the lower end surface of the top of the second guide rod is fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the first purse net 11, two sides of the first purse net 11 are respectively connected with the inner sides of the two vertical rods of the support frame 1 in a sliding manner, and the first purse net 11 is also provided with a light reflecting strip and a warning board; can play the warning effect daytime and night, avoid taking place the incident at the job site. The back of the first purse net 11 is provided with a second purse net 12, and the first purse net 11 and the second purse net 12 are both thin low-carbon steel nets or stainless steel nets or galvanized steel nets; and a second hanging part 24 is arranged on the second purse net 12, and the second purse net 12 is fixed on the first hanging part 23 through the second hanging part 24.

As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the second hanging-connecting piece 24 includes a positioning block 241, a first cross bar 242, a second cross bar 243 and a longitudinal bar 244, the first cross bar 242 and the second cross bar 243 are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the longitudinal bar 244 to form a Z shape, the positioning block 241 is fixedly connected with an end of the first cross bar 242, the positioning block 241 is inserted into the square through hole 231 of the first hanging-connecting piece 23, the first cross bar 242 is clamped in the groove 232 of the first hanging-connecting piece 23, and the width of the groove 232 of the first hanging-connecting piece 23 is 1mm to 3mm greater than the width of the first cross bar 242 of the second hanging-connecting piece 24.

The lifting mechanism comprises a screw rod 2, a gear 3, a worm 4, a right slide block 5, a first ear plate 5.1, a first lower slide block 5.2, a right support rod 6, a fixed block 7, a left slide block 9, a second ear plate 9.1, a second lower slide block 9.2, a left support rod 10 and a first guide rod 8; the fixed block 7 is arranged in the middle of the lower end face of the first purse net 11; the top parts of the left sliding block 9 and the right sliding block 5 are respectively provided with a second lug plate 9.1 and a first lug plate 5.1, and the bottom parts of the left sliding block 9 and the right sliding block 5 are respectively provided with a second lower sliding block 9.2 and a first lower sliding block 5.2; the left sliding block 9 and the right sliding block 5 are in threaded connection with the screw rod 2 and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the central line of the screw rod 2, the gear 3 is fixedly arranged at one end of the screw rod 2, and the upper part of the gear 3 is provided with a worm 4 meshed with the gear 3; the first lower sliding block 5.2 and the second lower sliding block 9.2 are connected to the first guide rod 8 in a sliding manner; the left support rod 10 is arranged between the fixed block 7 and the left slide block 9 and is respectively and rotatably connected with the fixed block 7 and the second lug plate 9.1; the right supporting rod 6 is arranged between the fixed block 7 and the right sliding block 5 and is respectively and rotatably connected with the fixed block 7 and the first 5.1 lug plate. The lifting of the first purse seine 11 is facilitated by the aid of cooperation of the lifting mechanism, the support frame 1 and the second guide rod 13, the worm 4 is rotated, the worm 4 drives the gear 3 to rotate, and further drives the screw rod 2 to rotate, so that the left sliding block 9 and the right sliding block 5 are contracted towards the middle of the screw rod 2 or slide towards two ends of the screw rod 2.

The connecting system comprises a first connecting column 151, a second connecting column 152, a first clamping rod 16, a second clamping rod 19, a spring 17, a concave rod 18, a clamping block 20 and a clamping hole 21 which are vertically arranged; the first connecting column 151 and the second connecting column 152 are both fixedly connected with a vertical rod on one side of the support frame 1 and are arranged on the back of the fixed rod 14; the fixture block 20 is fixedly connected with the vertical rod on the other side of the support frame 1 and is arranged between the extension line of the lower end surface of the first connecting column 151 and the extension line of the upper end surface of the second connecting column 152; the fixture block 20 is provided with a vertical fixture hole 21; the first clamping rod 16 is slidably connected with the first connecting column 151, a spring 17 is sleeved on the first clamping rod 16, one end of the spring 17 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first clamping rod 16, and the other end of the spring 17 is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the first connecting column 151; one end of the concave rod 18 is fixedly connected with the side face of the lower portion of the first clamping rod 16, the other end of the concave rod is fixedly connected with the side face of the second clamping rod 19, the lower end of the concave rod 18 and a part of the second clamping rod 19 are arranged in the second connecting column 152, the second clamping rod 19 is connected with the second connecting column 152 in a sliding mode, the diameter of the second clamping rod 19 is 1-3 mm smaller than that of the clamping hole 21, and the second clamping rod 19 is connected with the clamping block 20 in a sliding mode. The connecting system can facilitate the installation of the guard rail, and the length of the guard rail can be adjusted according to the requirement; pressing the first clamping rod 16 of the first guard rail 25 downwards to make the second clamping rod 19 enter the second connecting column 152, then placing the fixture block 20 of the second guard rail 26 between the first connecting column 151 and the second connecting column 152, and loosening the first clamping rod 16 to make the second clamping rod 19 inserted into the clamping hole 21 of the fixture block 20; the process can be completed by only two workers at most, so that the labor input in the installation process of the protective guard is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.

The moving mechanism 22 comprises a moving wheel 221, a connecting piece 222 and an L-shaped bearing 223, the connecting piece 222 is arranged on the fixed rod 14, one end of the L-shaped bearing 223 is hinged with the connecting piece 222, the other end of the L-shaped bearing 223 is rotatably connected with the moving wheel 221, an included angle between the L-shaped bearing 223 and the fixed rod 14 is 30-120 degrees, and the moving wheel 221 moves in a direction parallel to the first guide rod 8. The moving mechanism 22 can facilitate the movement of the guard rail, and workers can incline the guard rail to the worker to enable the moving mechanism 22 to be in contact with the ground, so that the guard rail can be conveniently moved; the moving mechanism 22 can be installed to prevent the guard rail from falling down in extreme weather, such as windy weather, and the moving wheels 221 of the moving mechanism 22 move in the direction parallel to the guard rail, so that the wind force perpendicular to the guard rail can be reduced, the guard rail can move transversely, the guard rail can be prevented from falling down, and the potential safety hazard can be prevented.

In addition, the invention also provides a method for installing the building construction protective guard convenient to lift, which comprises the following steps as shown in figures 1-10.

The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a lifting mechanism; preparing the screw 2 and the first guide rod 8; screwing the left slide block 9 and the right slide block 5 on the screw rod 2, respectively welding a second lug plate 9.1 and a first lug plate 5.1 on the tops of the left slide block 9 and the right slide block 5, respectively welding a second lower slide block 9.2 and a first lower slide block 5.2 on the bottoms of the left slide block 9 and the right slide block 5, and inserting the first guide rod 8 into the second lower slide block 9.2 and the first lower slide block 5.2; one end of the left support rod 10 and one end of the right support rod 6 are respectively hinged with the fixed block 7, and the other ends of the left support rod and the right support rod are respectively hinged on the second ear plate 9.1 and the first ear plate 5.1; a gear 3 is welded to the screw 2, and a worm 4 engaged with the gear 3 is mounted on the gear 3.

Step two: manufacturing a support frame 1; the two vertical rods are respectively and rotatably connected with the screw rod 2, the first guide rod 8 is vertically welded between the two vertical rods, the two vertical rods and the cross rod are vertically welded into a U shape, and the inner side of the support frame 1 is provided with a pair of symmetrically arranged sliding grooves which are matched with the first purse net 11; a plurality of hanging pieces I23 are symmetrically arranged on the vertical rod of the support frame 1.

Step three: manufacturing a connecting system; inserting the first clamping rod 16 into the first connecting column 151, welding one end of the spring 17 on the top of the first clamping rod 16, and welding the other end of the spring 17 on the top of the first connecting column 151; the second clamping rod 19 is inserted into the second connecting column 152; manufacturing a concave rod 18, inserting a vertical rod into the first connecting column 151 and the second connecting column 152, and respectively and vertically welding a cross rod at two ends of the vertical rod; then one end of the concave rod 18 is welded on the first clamping rod 16, and the other end is welded on the second clamping rod 19; finally, the fixture block 20 is provided with a fixture hole 21 matched with the second fixture rod 19.

Step four: two second guide bars 13 are welded on top of the first seine 11.

Step five: the fixing rod 14 is welded on two sides of the support frame 1, the two second guide rods 13 are inserted into the fixing rod 14, the first connecting column 151 and the second connecting column 152 of the connecting system are welded on one side of the support frame 1, the fixture block 20 is welded on the other side of the support frame 1, and the first connecting column 151 and the second connecting column 152 are arranged on the rear side of the fixing rod 14.

Step six: and a fixed block 7 of a lifting mechanism is arranged at the middle position of the lower side of the first purse net 11.

Step seven: and welding a second hanging piece 24 on the second purse net 12, and installing the second hanging piece 24 on the first hanging piece 23.

Step eight: mounting the moving mechanism 22 on the lower side of the fixing rod 14; the connecting piece 222 is installed on the fixed rod 14, one end of the L-shaped bearing 223 is hinged with the connecting piece 222, and the other end is provided with the moving wheel 221.

Step nine: as shown in fig. 10, the assembled first guard rail 25 and second guard rail 26 are connected by a connection system; the first catching bar 16 of the first guard rail 25 is pressed downward to allow the second catching bar 19 to enter the second coupling post 152, the latch 20 of the second guard rail 26 is placed between the first coupling post 151 and the second coupling post 152, and the first catching bar 16 is released to allow the second catching bar 19 to be inserted into the catching hole 21 of the latch 20.

Step ten: and step nine is repeated for the assembly of two adjacent guard rails.
