Scar hyperplasia and secondary contracture deformity can cause harm to the physiology and the psychology of patients, and the life quality of the patients is reduced. Scar formation from surgical incisions is affected by a number of factors, with local skin tone having a particularly significant effect on scar formation. The incision with larger tension not only has wider width of scar formed after healing, but also is easy to generate scar hyperplasia and contracture. If a simple, effective and noninvasive tension reducing mode is adopted in the early stage of skin incision suturing, the scar formation can be reduced.
The skin wound tension-reducing suture method which is commonly used clinically at present is to fix a tension-reducing suture line on skins at two sides of a wound to meet the tension-reducing requirement of the skins, fix the suture line on the acting points of the skins at two sides of the wound by utilizing the ductility of the skins, and then meet the tension-reducing requirement of the skins by the methods of applying force, knotting and fixing the tension-reducing suture line, thereby promoting the healing of the skin wound and reducing the formation of skin scars. However, the tension reducing line has certain elasticity and has a certain cutting effect on the skin, and the tension reducing line becomes loose under the long-term action of tension on two sides of a skin wound, so that the tension reducing line cannot continuously provide effective tension reducing traction support for wound healing, cannot be adjusted at any time according to the strength of the skin wound, and the like, and further influences the benign healing of the wound skin and is not beneficial to the reduction of skin scars.
