Technical Field
The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article having a leakproof sheet.
Background
Conventionally, a disposable absorbent article including a nonwoven fabric treated by applying a hydrophobic surface coating is known (for example, see patent document 1).
Disclosure of Invention
The hydrophobic surface coating of patent document 1 contains at least two silicone polymers. In general, the surface tension (surface free energy) of silicone (Japanese: シリコン) is 16 to 30mN/m, the surface tension of water is 73mN/m, and the surface tension of oil is 25 to 30 mN/m. Here, the following features are provided: the larger the difference in surface tension between the two, the greater the water repellency (i.e., well hydrophobic).
Therefore, the nonwoven fabric used in the disposable absorbent article disclosed in patent document 1 has good water repellency for urine, but does not have good oil repellency for oily loose feces. Therefore, the disposable absorbent article of patent document 1 has the following problems: the soft feces permeate the non-woven fabric and exude.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable absorbent article having good water repellency for urine and good oil repellency for loose stool.
Means for solving the problems
The disposable absorbent article of the present invention has: a front-back direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other; a thickness direction extending toward a skin-facing surface side and a non-skin-facing surface side of a wearer; an absorbing element; a liquid-permeable top sheet disposed on the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent element; and a leakage-preventive sheet disposed at least either one of a position on the outer side in the thickness direction than the absorbent element and a position on the outer side in the width direction than the absorbent element, wherein the leakage-preventive sheet has a water-repellent layer made of a nonwoven fabric having fibers with an average diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm, the water-repellent layer has a water-repellent region in which a group of particles is attached to the surface of the fibers, and the group of particles has: 1 st fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm; and 2 nd fine particles which are adhered to the 1 st fine particles and have an average particle diameter of 5nm to 100 nm.

Detailed Description
At least the following matters will be made clear from the description of the present specification and the drawings.
A disposable absorbent article having:
a front-back direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other;
a thickness direction extending toward a skin-facing surface side and a non-skin-facing surface side of a wearer;
an absorbing element;
a liquid-permeable top sheet disposed on the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent element; and
a leakproof sheet arranged at least either one of a position on the outer side of the thickness direction with respect to the absorbent element or a position on the outer side of the width direction with respect to the absorbent element, the disposable absorbent article being characterized in that,
the leakage-preventing sheet has a water-repellent layer made of a nonwoven fabric having fibers with an average diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm,
the hydrophobic layer has a hydrophobic region with a set of particles attached to the surface of the fiber,
the set of microparticles has: 1 st fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm; and 2 nd fine particles which are adhered to the 1 st fine particles and have an average particle diameter of 5nm to 100 nm.
The water-repellent layer of the leak-proof sheet is composed of a nonwoven fabric having an average fiber diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm. Since the fibers have an average diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm, the fibers are easily densely arranged and urine and soft feces are less likely to permeate through the gaps between the fibers. The water-repellent layer has a water-repellent region in which fine particle groups are attached to the surface of the fiber. The microparticle group has: 1 st fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm; and 2 nd fine particles attached to the 1 st fine particles and having an average particle diameter of 5nm to 100 nm. Therefore, the surface of the fiber of the water repellent layer is formed with the uneven shape of the 1 st fine particle, and the 1 st fine particle is formed with the uneven shape of the 2 nd fine particle. The two-stage uneven shape is formed by the fine particles having different particle diameters, and urine and loose feces which are going to pass between the fibers come into contact with the fine particle group attached to the surface of the fibers, and are difficult to pass through the gaps between the fibers of the fine particle group. Therefore, the leakproof sheet can exhibit excellent water repellency against urine and excellent oil repellency against loose stool.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the leakage preventive sheet has a protective layer disposed outside the water repellent layer in the thickness direction,
the protective layer is composed of a nonwoven fabric having an average fiber diameter of 10 [ mu ] m or more.
According to such an absorbent article, the outer surface of the water repellent layer in the thickness direction can be protected by the protective layer, and the shape of the fine particle group in the water repellent layer can be easily maintained. Therefore, even when the surface of the leakproof sheet is rubbed during distribution or use, the water repellent performance of the water repellent layer can be maintained, and excellent water repellent performance against urine and excellent oil repellent performance against loose stool can be exhibited. The average particle diameter of the fibers constituting the protective layer is 10 μm or more, which is higher than the average particle diameter of the fibers of the water repellent layer. Therefore, the fibers of the protective layer are more likely to be arranged sparsely than the fibers of the water-repellent layer. The protective layer has a higher cushioning property than the water repellent layer, and the protective layer can easily protect the structure of the fine particle group of the water repellent layer. Further, since the fibers of the protective layer are arranged more sparsely than the fibers of the water repellent layer, urine and soft feces are easily taken in. According to the leakage preventive sheet thus configured, urine and soft feces can be rapidly introduced through the protective layer, the introduced body fluid is made less likely to permeate through the water repellent layer, and the introduced body fluid is retained in the water repellent layer. The introduction of body fluid can be improved, leakage of body fluid can be suppressed, and the wearing feeling can be improved.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
at least a part of the water repellent region is disposed in a central region located at the center in the thickness direction of the water repellent layer by trisecting the water repellent layer in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, the outer surface in the thickness direction of the central region can be protected by the region outside in the thickness direction of the central region, and the shape of the particle group in the central region can be easily maintained. Therefore, even when the surface of the water repellent layer is rubbed during distribution or use, the water repellent performance of the central region of the water repellent layer can be maintained, and excellent water repellent properties for urine and excellent oil repellent properties for soft feces can be exhibited.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that,
an uneven region having convex portions protruding toward the skin-facing surface and concave portions provided between the convex portions is provided on at least one of the front sheet and the back sheet disposed on a side other than the skin-facing surface with respect to the absorbent element,
the uneven region is disposed so as to overlap with the water repellent region in the thickness direction.
According to such an absorbent article, when an external force is applied to the absorbent article, the concave portions and the concave portions in the concave-convex regions deform, and the external force can be suppressed from being transmitted to the leakproof sheet. Since the uneven regions are arranged so as to overlap the water repellent region, the shape of the particle group in the water repellent region can be easily maintained. Therefore, the leakproof sheet can exhibit excellent water repellency against urine and excellent oil repellency against loose stool.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the front sheet and the back sheet provided with the embossed regions are joined to the leakage preventive sheet in a discontinuous manner.
According to such an absorbent article, the following portions are provided: a part where the sheet provided with the concavo-convex area is joined with the leakproof sheet; the sheet provided with the concave-convex region and the leakage-preventing sheet are not joined. The portion where the sheet provided with the concavo-convex region and the leakproof sheet are not joined is more easily deformed than the joined portion. Therefore, when an external force acts on the absorbent article, the external force can be absorbed by the portion where the sheet provided with the uneven region and the leakproof sheet are not joined, and the transmission of the external force to the leakproof sheet can be suppressed. Therefore, the shape of the fine particle group of the water repellent layer is easily maintained, and excellent water repellent properties against urine and excellent oil repellent properties against loose stool can be exhibited.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that,
the water repellent region is preferably disposed so as to cover the entire region of the absorbent element at a position closer to the non-skin-facing surface side than the absorbent element.
In the absorbent article, the water repellent region is disposed so as to cover the entire surface of the non-skin surface side of the absorbent element, and the water repellency of the non-skin surface side of the absorbent element can be exhibited by the water repellent region. An absorbent article having no back sheet and having water repellency on the side of the absorbent element not facing the skin, which is ensured by the leakage-preventing sheet, can be provided. Generally, a back sheet of an absorbent article is made of a film, and has lower flexibility than a leakage-preventing sheet made of nonwoven fabric, and may give a feeling of discomfort or generate a noise of friction when deformed. According to the absorbent article having no back sheet, the uncomfortable feeling during deformation and the sound during deformation can be reduced, and the wearing feeling can be improved.
In the absorbent article, it is preferable that,
the water repellent region is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent element so as to cover a portion of the absorbent element located on the rear side of the center of the disposable absorbent article in the front-rear direction.
The region on the rear side of the center in the front-rear direction is a region which is in contact with the rear side of the crotch of the body and from which the urine is discharged. According to such an absorbent article, the water repellent region is disposed so as to cover a portion of the absorbent element located on the rear side of the center in the front-rear direction, and leakage prevention performance with respect to feces can be exhibited by the water repellent region. An absorbent article having no back sheet and having a leakage-preventing sheet for ensuring leakage prevention on the side of the absorbent element not facing the skin can be provided. Generally, the back sheet is made of a film, and has lower flexibility than a leakproof sheet made of nonwoven fabric, and may give a feeling of discomfort or generate a noise of rubbing when deformed. According to the absorbent article having no back sheet, the uncomfortable feeling during deformation and the sound during deformation can be reduced, and the wearing feeling can be improved.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the gram weight of the particle group of the hydrophobic layer is higher than that of the particle group of the protective layer.
According to such an absorbent article, since the gram weight of the fine particle group in the water-repellent layer is high, the shape of many fine particle groups is maintained in the water-repellent layer protected by the protective layer, and the water-repellent layer has good water-repellent properties and oil-repellent properties.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the distance between the fibers in the hydrophobic layer is 50 [ mu ] m or less.
According to such an absorbent article, urine and loose stool are less likely to permeate through the gaps between the fibers. Therefore, the leakage-preventing sheet can improve leakage-preventing performance.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the hydrophobic layer has a contact angle greater than 135 ° with respect to water and oil.
According to such an absorbent article, the water repellent layer has a contact angle with water and oil larger than 135 °, and has excellent water repellency and oil repellency.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the surface tension of the water-repellent layer is 30mN/m or less.
According to such an absorbent article, since the difference between the surface tension of the water-repellent layer and the surface tension of water is large and the difference between the surface tension of the water-repellent layer and the surface tension of oil is large, excellent leakage prevention performance can be exhibited against urine and soft feces.
In the absorbent article, it is desirable that,
the leakage-preventing sheet constitutes at least either of the three-dimensional gather and the leg gather.
According to such an absorbent article, the three-dimensional gathers and the leg gathers are formed of a nonwoven fabric, instead of the three-dimensional gathers and the leg gathers being formed of a film having leakage-proof properties, and leakage-proof properties against urine and soft feces can be exhibited by the nonwoven fabric. The three-dimensional gathers and the leg gathers are arranged so as to contact the skin of the wearer, and are made of a nonwoven fabric, so that the contact with the skin can be alleviated, and the wearing feeling of the wearer can be improved.

The average particle size of the fine particles can be measured by a scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), and when the resolution of the scanning electron microscope is low, the measurement can be performed by using another electron microscope such as a transmission electron microscope. Specifically, the particle shape is the diameter when it is spherical, and the average of the longest diameter and the shortest diameter when it is non-spherical is taken as the diameter, and the average of the diameters of 20 particles arbitrarily selected by observation with a scanning electron microscope or the like is taken as the primary particle average diameter.
The method of attaching the 1 st particles 61 and the 2 nd particles 62 to the surface of the fiber is not particularly limited. For example, the 1 st particles 61 may be formed into a film shape by applying a coating material in which the 1 st particles 61 and the 2 nd particles 62 are dispersed in a solvent to a nonwoven fabric and drying the coating material, and the 2 nd particles 62 may be dispersed and adhered to the surface of the film shape.

(3) Other embodiments
The leakage-preventing sheet of the above embodiment has a protective layer, but the leakage-preventing sheet of the present invention may not have a protective layer. In the leak-proof sheet having no protective layer, at least a part of the water repellent region is preferably disposed in a central region located at the center in the thickness direction of the water repellent layer by trisecting the water repellent layer in the thickness direction.
The absorbent article may have a back sheet on the non-skin-facing side of the leakproof sheet. The back sheet includes a non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent article and is positioned on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent element and the leakage preventive sheet. The back sheet may also be provided with embossed regions. In addition, the back sheet provided with the concave-convex area is preferably joined to the leakproof sheet in a discontinuous manner. Specifically, it is preferable that a region where the leak-proof sheet and the back sheet are bonded to each other and a region where the leak-proof sheet and the back sheet are not bonded to each other are alternately arranged. In the structure in which the surface sheet provided with the uneven region and the leakproof sheet are overlapped in the thickness direction, the surface sheet and the leakproof sheet are preferably bonded discontinuously.
