Technical Field

Background

In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the appearance quality requirement of the automobile industry, the surface quality requirement of the cold-rolled galvanized automobile outer plate is further improved. In order to meet the increasingly strict environmental requirements, automobile main engine plants gradually adopt a zirconium process to replace a phosphating process and adopt a floating coat-free process to replace the traditional coating process. The distinctness of image after automobile coating is not only related to the coating process of automobile factories, but also directly related to the surface structure of the automobile plates.

Generally, galvanized steel sheets are used for automobile plates, the key factor for optimally controlling the surface structure of the steel sheets is the waviness of the surfaces of the steel sheets, and the control of the level of the waviness has a great influence on the distinctness of image of the automobile plates after coating.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a production method and a production device of a galvanized steel sheet, which are used for solving the technical problem that the brightness of an automobile sheet after coating cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that the waviness of the surface of the galvanized steel sheet is too high in the prior art.

grinding the roller of the finishing machine, wherein the grinding mode is controlled to be two times of coarse grinding, two times of semi-fine grinding and two times of fine grinding; wherein, in the coarse grinding process, the rotating speed of the grinding wheel is controlled to be 26-30 r/min, and the rotating speed of the roller is controlled to be 42-48 r/min; in the semi-finish grinding and finish grinding processes, the rotating speed of a grinding wheel is controlled to be less than 30r/min, and the rotating speed of a roller of the finishing machine is controlled to be greater than 42 r/min;

after the roller is ground, controlling the roughness of the roller to be 1.5-2 mu m;

and finishing the galvanized strip steel by using a finishing machine, and controlling the unit rolling force of the roller to be 2200-3400 KN.

Optionally, after the roller is ground, controlling the roughness of the roller to be 1.5-2 μm, including:
