Correspondingly, in order to improve the strength of the tail end of the first moving plane a, the second bracket 106 includes a second horizontal plate 1065, a second vertical plate 1062, a third protruding plate 1064, and a fourth protruding plate 1063, the second horizontal plate 1065 is fixedly connected to the tail end of the second connecting plate 104, the bottom end of the second vertical plate 1062 is fixedly connected to the second horizontal plate 1065, along the moving direction, the third protruding plate 1064 is fixedly connected to one side of the head end of the second vertical plate 1062, the fourth protruding plate 1063 is fixedly connected to one side of the tail end of the second vertical plate 1062, and the length of the third protruding plate 1064 is smaller than the length of the fourth protruding plate 1063.

In order to further increase the strength of the rear end of the first moving plane a, a third auxiliary wheel 1066 is rotatably connected to the second vertical plate 1062, and the first belt 110 is sequentially wound around the first driven roller 107, the third auxiliary wheel 1066 and the first driving roller 108 along the moving direction. The third auxiliary wheel 1066 is provided to effectively tension the first belt 110, so as to maintain the tension of the first belt 110 at the position of the tail end of the first moving plane a, thereby further improving the strength of the tail end of the first moving plane a, and facilitating the smooth departure of the plate material from the first moving plane a of the first portion 1.

In order to improve the strength of the rear end of the second moving plane B, the third bracket 207 includes a third horizontal plate 2071, a third vertical plate 2072 and a fifth extension plate 2073, the third horizontal plate 2071 and the third connecting plate 204 are fixedly connected, the bottom end of the third vertical plate 2072 and the third horizontal plate 2071 are fixedly connected, the fifth extension plate 2073 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the third vertical plate 2072 along the moving direction, and the length of the fifth extension plate 2073 is greater than the length of the third horizontal plate 2071.

The fifth that stretches out through the setting board 2073 has formed the tail end of second removal plane B, the support through third diaphragm 2071 and third riser 2072 has effectively improved the intensity of the tail end of second removal plane B, be favorable to keeping the stability of second removal plane B at the panel raw materials through second removal plane B process, avoid because the panel raw materials that the intensity of second removal plane B's tail end leads to inadequately drop from second part 2, and improved the degree of accuracy that the panel raw materials got into first removal plane A process.

In order to further increase the strength of the rear end of the second moving plane B, a fourth auxiliary wheel 2074 is rotatably connected to the third vertical plate 2072, and the second belt 206 is sequentially wound around the second driven roller 205, the fourth auxiliary wheel 2074 and the second driving roller 202 in the moving direction. The second belt 206 can be effectively tensioned by the fourth auxiliary wheel 2074, and the tightness of the second belt 206 at the tail end of the second moving plane B is maintained, so that the strength of the tail end of the second moving plane B is further improved, and the second moving plane B of the second part 2 is smoothly separated from the plate material.

In order to improve the strength of the middle portion of the first moving plane a, a first auxiliary bracket 111 is disposed between the first bracket 105 and the second bracket 106 of the second connecting plate 104, the bottom of the first auxiliary bracket 111 is fixedly connected to the second connecting plate 104, the first driven roller 107 is rotatably connected to the top of the first auxiliary bracket 111, and the first driven roller 107 is disposed in the first moving plane a.

Through the first auxiliary stand 111 who installs first driven gyro wheel 107 that sets up, can support first belt 110 at first removal plane A's mid portion, the support through first auxiliary stand 111 has effectively improved first removal plane A's mid portion's intensity, be favorable to keeping first removal plane A's stability at the panel raw materials through first removal plane A process, avoid sinking at the mid portion of first part 1 because the panel raw materials that leads to inadequately of first removal plane A's mid portion's intensity.

In order to improve the strength of the head end portion of the second moving plane B, a second auxiliary bracket 203 is disposed at the head end portion of the third connecting plate 204, the bottom of the second auxiliary bracket 203 is fixedly connected with the third connecting plate 204, the top of the second auxiliary bracket 203 is rotatably connected with the second driven roller 205, and the second driven roller 205 is disposed in the second moving plane B.

Can form at the head end of second removal plane B through the second auxiliary stand 203 that sets up and stabilize effectual support, be favorable to keeping the stability of second removal plane B at panel raw materials through second removal plane B process, avoid because the panel raw materials that the intensity of the head end of second removal plane B leads to inadequately drops from second part 2.

In order to further increase the strength of the head end portion of the second moving plane B, a fifth auxiliary wheel 2030 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the second auxiliary bracket 203, and the second belt 206 is sequentially wound through the second driving roller 202, the fifth auxiliary wheel 2030 and the second driven roller 205 in the moving direction. The fifth auxiliary wheel 2030 is provided to effectively tension the second belt 206, so as to maintain the tension of the first belt 110 at the head end position of the second moving plane B, thereby further improving the strength of the head end of the second moving plane B.
