1. The production process of industrial ammonium chloride comprises the following steps:

1) pre-treating a crude product: adding the crude ammonium chloride into a dissolving tank, adding deionized water at 50-60 ℃, stirring clockwise, adding an unsaturated ammonium chloride solution, stirring for 8-12 min, dissolving to obtain a saturated ammonium chloride solution, and pumping out;

2) and (3) multistage filtration treatment: the dissolved solution in the step 1) enters a dissolving liquid tank, the dissolved solution is conveyed to a filter for pretreatment for 4-6 times by a conveying pump, impurities are removed, and then multi-stage filtration treatment liquid is obtained;

Background

Ammonium chloride, colorless cubic crystals or white crystals, has low hygroscopicity, but can absorb moisture and agglomerate in humid and rainy days. The aqueous solution is weakly acidic, and the acidity is increased when the solution is heated. It is corrosive to ferrous metal and other metals, especially to copper, and has no corrosive effect on pig iron. The method is mainly used for mineral separation, tanning and agricultural fertilizer. Used as dyeing assistant, electroplating bath additive and metal welding flux. Also used for tin and zinc plating, medicine, candle making, adhesives, chromizing, precision casting and manufacturing dry batteries and accumulators and other ammonium salts. At present, the general method adopted is the Hou's soda process, namely, the waste liquid containing chlorine in the soda production and the carbon dioxide waste gas in the ammonia synthesis process are recycled and utilized to prepare soda ash and ammonium chloride fertilizer, so that the two industries of soda production and ammonium production are combined, and the method is also called as a combined soda process.

The search of the existing literature shows that Chinese patent publication No. CN1197772C, published as 4.20.2005, discloses a method for improving the quality of industrial ammonium chloride products, and the cyclic utilization rate of mother liquor in the patent document is not high enough, the repeated utilization rate of raw materials is not high enough, and the yield of ammonium chloride is not high enough.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the industrial ammonium chloride production process which has high mother liquor recycling rate, high raw material recycling rate and improved ammonium chloride yield.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a production process of industrial ammonium chloride comprises the following steps:

1) pre-treating a crude product: adding the crude ammonium chloride into a dissolving tank, adding deionized water at 50-60 ℃, stirring clockwise, adding unsaturated ammonium chloride, dissolving to obtain a saturated ammonium chloride solution, and pumping out;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the invention can improve the dissolution and transformation of the ammonium chloride crude product by filtering the crude product for multiple times during the treatment.

2) The method can remove impurities in the crude product by utilizing multi-stage filtration treatment, and can effectively improve the yield of ammonium chloride.

3) The mass fraction of the ammonium chloride is more than or equal to 99.7%, the mass fraction of the water is less than or equal to 0.4, the mass fractions of the sodium chloride, the heavy metals and the water-insoluble substances all meet the national standard, and the pH value is 5.1-5.2.

4) The recycling rate of the mother liquor is 86.3-87.1%, the recycling rate of the raw materials is 85-91.1%, the yield of the ammonium chloride is as high as 99.5-99.7%, the method has no pollution to the environment, the cost is low, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
