Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of flavoring of electronic cigarette atomized liquid, and particularly relates to a main component formula of electronic cigarette atomized liquid with special flue-cured tobacco flavor and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the increasing emphasis on smoking and health problems and the increasing enhancement of smoking control, the development environment of tobacco products has changed significantly and profoundly. Novel tobacco products such as electronic cigarettes and heating non-burning cigarettes can be rapidly developed due to low harmfulness and small environmental influence compared with the traditional burning and smoking cigarettes.

Wherein the electron cigarette is through the electron smoking set heating electron smog spinning disk atomiser of specific structure, makes the atomizing liquid be heated the flash distillation and produces the aerial fog to realize the purpose of smoking.

In the prior art and the commercial electronic cigarette atomized liquid, in order to realize the fidelity of the taste and the traditional cigarette, the electronic cigarette atomized liquid is generally prepared by mixing three main components of essence, nicotine and a solvent simulating the flavor of tobacco, such as patent CN201310698070.4 and the like. However, the smoke components of the traditional cigarette are too complex (the known smoke components are more than 5000 according to literature reports), and the tobacco flavor essence prepared by manual blending in the prior art and the commercialized market is difficult to obtain higher flavor fidelity, so that the attraction of the electronic cigarette to the traditional cigarette consumer group is greatly limited, and the electronic cigarette becomes the bottleneck of the development of the electronic cigarette market.

In another type of prior art, in order to obtain the flavor fidelity of tobacco flavor electronic cigarette aerosol, three main components, namely natural tobacco extract, nicotine and solvent, are generally used; or mixing four main components of natural tobacco extract, essence and spice, nicotine and solvent to prepare the electronic cigarette atomized liquid, such as the following patents: CN201310015913.6, cn201510019683.x, CN201510027747.0, etc. The flavor fidelity of the tobacco flavor electronic cigarette atomized liquid obtained by the technology is relatively high, but one or more of the following problems exist: (1) the electronic cigarette atomized liquid prepared from the single variety of tobacco extract and the auxiliary essence and spice thereof has fragrance loss, and compared with the traditional cigarette, the electronic cigarette atomized liquid has incomplete smoke components; (2) the tobacco extract is not suitable for selection type, is applied to the electronic cigarette aerosol, is insoluble and easy to be turbid (suspended and layered), has dark color, has food safety problem and the like; (3) the processing and preparation cost of partial raw materials and atomized liquid thereof is high, and industrial or commercial application is difficult.

Aiming at the technical problems, the flue-cured tobacco flavor electronic cigarette atomized liquid which is high in fidelity of tobacco aroma and clear in appearance and suitable for industrial preparation is designed and developed, and the flue-cured tobacco flavor electronic cigarette atomized liquid has important significance and wide market value in improving the smoking experience of consumers.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. The invention provides electronic cigarette atomized liquid with flue-cured tobacco and tobacco taste and a preparation method thereof, which realize the beneficial effects of mellow and prominent tobacco aroma, reduced and vivid characteristic style and accordance with the sanitary safety standard, and meet the practical application aims of clarification, light color and long guarantee period without precipitate of electronic cigarette liquid.
