e. rolling the inner decoration material 4, wherein the rolling amount is controlled to be 12-25 g/m2, and the sprayed glue is a mixture of polyol modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate as main components;

f. placing the interior fabric 4 which is rolled with the glue into a feeding mechanism, placing the ceiling semi-finished product into a fabric fitting mold for fabric fitting, wherein when the interior fabric 4 is fitted, the temperature of an upper mold and the temperature of a lower mold are both controlled to be 130 +/-20 ℃, the molding pressure is controlled to be 4-5 MPa, and the molding time is controlled to be 45-50 seconds;

g. performing water jet cutting on the outline and hole positions of the roof semi-finished product according to a program, wherein the cutting water pressure is controlled to be 40000-50000 psi, and the cutting air pressure is controlled to be 0.6-0.8 MPa;

h. installing and fixing the light guide lamp strip 2 on the inner ring of the skylight frame support 1, punching a hole at the rear side end of the skylight frame support 1, and leading out two end heads of the light guide lamp strip 2;

i. placing the semi-finished roof on a skylight assembly tool, attaching and fixing the semi-finished roof to a tooling moulding bed through the reference positioning of the roof, and fixing the skylight frame bracket 1 on a roof base material 3 through a gluing and frame pressing mechanism;

j. placing a ceiling product provided with the skylight frame support 1 on an edge covering tool, enabling the product to be attached to the molded surface of the edge covering tool, uniformly spraying glue on the peripheral fabric of the skylight frame support 1, starting the edge covering tool to automatically cover the skylight, and covering and hiding the light guide lamp strip 2;

k. and connecting the LED light source with two ends of the light guide lamp bar 2 to carry out lighting test.

Secondly, the installation step of the integrated atmosphere lamp in the dry-method ceiling manufacturing process comprises the following steps:

a. confirming that the laying positions of the raw materials such as PU plates, fabrics and the like meet the molding requirements;

b. setting the temperature on a temperature control cabinet, simultaneously pasting temperature measuring paper on the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate surface to ensure that the ceiling substrate 3 runs once in the oven according to the normal production rhythm, adjusting and setting the corresponding temperature zone of the oven according to the measured value, finally determining the temperature set value of the substrate drying temperature and recording the temperature set value into the oven temperature point detection table;

c. simultaneously feeding the baked roof base material 3 and the interior fabric 4 into a mold, wherein the number of punching edges of the mold is small in a dry process, the general molding pressure is set to be 5-8 Mpa, and the molding time is controlled to be 30-40 s, so that the roof base material 3 is cooled, solidified and shaped;

d. performing water jet cutting on the outline and hole positions of the roof semi-finished product according to a program, wherein the cutting water pressure is controlled to be 40000-50000 psi, and the cutting air pressure is controlled to be 0.6-0.8 MPa;

e. installing and fixing the light guide lamp strip 2 on the inner ring of the skylight frame support 1, punching a hole at the rear side end of the skylight frame support 1, and leading out two end heads of the light guide lamp strip 2;

f. placing the semi-finished roof on a skylight assembly tool, attaching and fixing the semi-finished roof to a tooling moulding bed through the reference positioning of the roof, and fixing the skylight frame bracket 1 on a roof base material 3 through a gluing and frame pressing mechanism;

g. placing a ceiling product provided with the skylight frame support 1 on an edge covering tool, enabling the product to be attached to the molded surface of the edge covering tool, uniformly spraying glue on the peripheral fabric of the skylight frame support 1, starting the edge covering tool to automatically cover the skylight, and covering and hiding the light guide lamp strip 2;

h. and connecting the LED light source with two ends of the light guide lamp bar 2 to carry out lighting test.
