For the negative pressure type compact spinning device, when the fiber bundle in the airflow field passes through the air suction chute, the turning of the outer layer fiber and the integral rolling of the inner layer fiber form a unique double-layer structure of the compact yarn; the mechanical compact spinning device only aims at eliminating the spinning triangle area, namely reducing the hairiness, and does not have the characteristic of a negative pressure compact spinning double-layer in the aspect of yarn structure change at present. Therefore, the negative pressure type compact spinning device becomes one of the most widely used spinning modes at home and abroad. Especially the four-roller compact spinning device, occupies about 70% of the market share.

Through the action of negative pressure airflow in the gathering area, the fiber bundle turns and moves transversely, the fiber strands are cylindrical, and the width of the twisting triangular area is greatly reduced, so that the aims of reducing hairiness, improving yarn strength, optimizing yarn structure, saving raw materials and improving product added value are fulfilled. (3) selecting roving suitable for quantification, and setting spinning parameters such as spindle rotation speed, yarn twist and rear zone draft multiple according to yarn fineness and variety;

(4) according to the fineness of the yarn, the motor is adjusted to a proper frequency, so that the negative pressure value can meet the spinning requirement;

(5) the above parameters are set, and spinning and subsequent testing are performed.

The irregular groove 1 is arranged at the initial position of the fiber entering the gathering area, the width of the upper end of the irregular groove 1 is 3-6mm, the width of the lower end is 0.5-2mm, the length is 3-6mm, the right end is an arc, the radius of the upper half arc is about 0.4-1mm, and the radius of the lower half arc is 3.2-6 mm. At the initial position of the fiber entering the gathering area, the loose irregular groove 1 is adopted to gather the fiber strands, so that the fiber strands entering the gathering area are ensured to be acted by a larger airflow force at the initial gathering stage, and the fibers are ensured to be gathered and tightly clasped rapidly, thereby being beneficial to the fiber head and tail ends to enter the yarn main body to reduce hairiness.
