Background

The reactor is called an inductor, and the reactors in the current market can be divided into two types according to the existence of an iron core: air core reactors and iron core reactors. The iron core reactor has an iron core inserted into a solenoid (coil), and has a larger inductance than an air core reactor, and is widely used in power electronic equipment.

The inductance of the iron core reactor changes along with the change of the magnetic field and is nonlinear. In most cases, it is required that the inductance of the core reactor is substantially maintained, i.e., has good linearity. At present, in order to make the linearity good, the iron cores of many iron core reactors are made of ferromagnetic materials with high magnetic permeability, which makes the cost of the iron core reactors high.

Compared with the prior art, the iron core reactor has the advantages that the iron yoke and the core column which form the iron core have different magnetic characteristics and magnetic densities due to the fact that different materials are adopted for combination, the iron yoke and the core column complement each other due to the fact that the iron yoke and the core column have different magnetic characteristics in the range from low magnetic density to high magnetic density, and therefore the iron core reactor is guaranteed to have good reactance value linearity, and meanwhile cost is reduced.
