The fixator for an external fixation needle for bone fracture according to claim 1, comprising: the two ends of the substrate are respectively provided with a connecting part; the first cover plate is oppositely combined on the substrate; a first wing part connected to the connecting part at the first end of the substrate; the second cover plate is oppositely combined on the first wing part so as to tightly clamp the outer fixing needle which is exposed out of the skin of the patient with the first wing part; a second wing part connected to the connecting part at the second end of the substrate; and a third cover plate, involuted on the second wing part, so as to clamp the external fixing needle exposed out of the skin of the patient with the second wing part; wherein the involutive surface of the base plate and the first cover plate, the involutive surface of the first wing part and the second cover plate and the involutive surface of the second wing part and the third cover plate are respectively provided with a plurality of grooves, and at least two grooves are not parallel so as to guide different external fixation needles to penetrate into the fracture part of the patient at different angles.

7. The external fixation pin fixture of claim 6, wherein the first and second wing parts are slidably disposed on the connecting parts at the two ends of the base plate.

8. The external fixator of claim 6 wherein the first and second wings are pivotally connected to the connecting portions at the two ends of the base plate.

The external fixation pin fixture for bone fracture as claimed in claim 6, wherein at least one of the connection portions of the base plate is a slot, and the first wing portion or the second wing portion is inserted through the slot-shaped connection portion by a bolt or a shaft to adjust its position along the connection portion and to be fastened to the base plate.

The fixator for an external fixation needle for bone fracture according to claim 6, further comprising: a guiding device with several guiding holes to guide the external fixing needle into the skeleton and make the end of each guiding fixing needle be on the matching surface of the base plate, the first wing part, the second wing part, the first cover plate, the second cover plate and the third cover plate.

At present, the treatment method of the affected part of the patient after fracture is to reform the fractured bone and fix the bone to heal the fractured part again.

At present, there are two kinds of internal fixation and external fixation for fixing a fracture, the internal fixation is a method in which a metal plate or the like is attached to the fracture, a fractured bone is fixed by a screw or the like, and then the skin is sutured, but although the fracture can be reformed reliably, most patients must perform one more operation to remove the fixation plate after the fracture is healed, and the above-mentioned disadvantages of the internal fixation are revealed.

The external fixation of the fracture usually reforms the fractured bone, and coats a layer of plaster on the skin, and fixes the affected part by hard plaster, thereby avoiding the displacement of the fractured bone and achieving the purpose of healing the affected part, however, after the fracture of the human body, the affected part usually swells, and the plaster coated at the moment is hardened and formed along with the swollen affected part, but after a period of time, the affected part of the patient begins to gradually swell, and at the moment, the plaster originally used for fixation can not tightly coat and fix the affected part, so that the fractured affected part which is not completely healed can be displaced, and the healing effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims at providing a fixer for external fixation pins for fracture, which is composed of at least a base plate and a first cover plate, and is used for tightly clamping the outer edge of each external fixation pin exposed out of the skin of a patient. The matching surface of the base plate and the first cover plate is provided with a plurality of corresponding grooves, and at least two grooves are not parallel to form an included angle so as to guide different external fixing needles to penetrate into the fracture of the patient at different angles.

The fixator of the external fracture fixing needle disclosed by the invention further comprises: and the guiding device is provided with a plurality of guiding holes in a penetrating way and is used for respectively guiding the outer fixing needles to penetrate into the bone, and the tail sections of the guided outer fixing needles are positioned in one group of grooves on the matching surface of the base plate and the first cover plate so as to tightly clamp and fix the base plate and the first cover plate in a matching way. The base plate and the first cover plate can be mutually locked and fixed by screws or bolts.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention relates to a fixator for external fixation pins for fracture, which at least comprises a base plate 11 and a first cover plate 12, which are assembled together to tightly clamp the outer edges of the external fixation pins N exposed out of the skin of a patient; wherein the mating surfaces 110, 120 of the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12 respectively have a plurality of grooves 111, 121, and at least two grooves 111, 121 on the base plate 11 or the first cover plate 12 are not parallel to each other, so as to form an included angle a, thereby guiding different external fixation pins N to penetrate into the fracture of the patient at different angles.

The cross-section of the grooves 111, 121 is arc-shaped or wave-shaped, so that the outer fixing pins are wholly or partially sunk into the grooves, and therefore the outer fixing pins N do not jump out of the clamping between the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12 due to external force, and in addition, as shown in fig. 3, because the outer fixing pins N are clamped between the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12 at various angles, the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12 cannot slide left and right, so that the positions of the outer fixing pins N can be effectively limited, the fracture part can be stably and stably positioned, and a patient can obtain a good recovery environment.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fastener disclosed in the present invention further comprises: a guiding device 13, having a plurality of guiding holes 131 penetrating therethrough, for respectively guiding the external fixing pins N to penetrate into the bone B, and making the guided distal end of each external fixing pin N be located in one set of corresponding grooves 111, 121 on the mating surface of the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12, so as to tightly clamp and fix the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12 in a mating manner.

As shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the external fixation pin for fracture according to the present invention comprises: the substrate 11' has two ends respectively provided with a connecting portion 112; the first cover plate 12 'is opposite to the base plate 11'; a first wing 14 connected to the connecting portion 112 at the first end of the substrate 11'; a second cover plate 15, which is coupled to the first wing 14 to clamp the external fixing needle N exposed from the skin of the patient with the first wing 14; a second wing portion 16 connected to the connecting portion 112 at the second end of the base plate 11'; and a third cover 17, which is fitted on the second wing 16 to clamp the external fixing needle N exposed from the skin of the patient with the second wing 16. As shown in fig. 10 and 12, the connecting portions 112 at the two ends of the base plate 11' are through holes respectively, so that the first wing portion 14 and the second wing portion 16 are locked and fixed on the base plate after a bolt is respectively inserted through the connecting portions at the two ends of the base portion; such that the first wing part 14 and the second wing part 16 can be adjusted in angle and position on the base plate 11' in a rotating manner.

Referring to fig. 10 and 12, in the external fixation pin fixture for bone fracture according to the present invention, at least one connection portion 112 of the base plate 11 'is a long hole, and a bolt or a shaft 18 is inserted through the long hole-shaped connection portion 112 to adjust the position of the first wing portion 14 or the second wing portion 16 along the connection portion 112, and the first wing portion or the second wing portion is fastened to the base plate 11'.

As shown in fig. 8, the present invention makes it possible for the introducer 13' to have at least a plurality of guide holes 131 located on three different planes F1, F2, F3, so as to guide the external fixation needle N to be inserted into the fractured bone of the patient at different planes and angles, respectively; the mating surfaces 110 and 120 of the base plate 11a and the first cover plate 12a can pass through three or more planes F1, F2, F3; as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the mating surfaces 110 and 120 of the base plate 11a and the first cover plate 12a are matched with three planes F1, F2 and F3 in which the guide holes 131 of the guide 13' are arranged, but the invention is not limited to the arrangement of the guide holes 131.

Referring to fig. 1, the center of each guiding hole 131 of the guider 13 is aligned with the grooves 111, 121 of the mating surfaces 110, 120 of the base plate 11 and the first cover plate 12 respectively; or the grooves 111, 121 of the mating surfaces 110, 140, 160, 120, 150, 170 of the base plate 11 ', the first wing 14, the second wing 16, and the first cover plate 12 ', the second cover plate 15, the third cover plate 12 ', 15, 17, respectively; 141. 151, and (b); 161. 171.
