Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vehicle body front structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle.
Background
Conventionally, a vehicle body front structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle is disclosed in, for example, patent document 1. The solution is to provide a front box on the upper part of a leg shield facing a driver, and to arrange a power socket for taking out electric power to an external electric device in the front box.
[ patent document 1 ] Japanese patent laid-open No. 2003-335280
However, in patent document 1, since the power outlet is attached to the driver side, the power outlet and the electrical components (including the external electrical devices connected to the electrical components) attached to the power outlet may easily protrude into a space (hereinafter, referred to as "leg space") in which the driver puts his feet.
On the other hand, in order to make it difficult for the power outlet and the electrical components mounted on the power outlet to protrude into the leg space, the power outlet needs to be largely separated from the foot of the driver toward the front, which may cause an increase in the size of the vehicle body in front of the vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to make it difficult for a power outlet and electrical components mounted on the power outlet to protrude into a leg space without increasing the size of a vehicle body in a vehicle body front structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle.
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the invention described in claim 1 relates to a vehicle body front structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle, which is provided with a leg protector (20) facing a driver, and a power outlet (30) is disposed on the leg protector (20);
the vehicle body front structure of the saddle-ride type vehicle (1) is characterized in that:
an insertion opening (30a) for inserting an electrical component is formed in the power socket (30);
the power socket (30) is attached to the driver side surface (24b) of the leg shield (20) such that the insertion opening (30a) faces outward in the vehicle width direction.
The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that a portion (30d) of the power outlet (30) forming the insertion opening (30a) is exposed to the outside from the leg shield (20).
The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the insertion opening (30a) is inclined downward of the leg shield (20).
The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that:
the leg protector (20) includes a center protruding portion (21) protruding toward the driver side at the center in the vehicle width direction, a left side portion (22) positioned on the left side of the center protruding portion (21), and a right side portion (23) positioned on the right side of the center protruding portion (21);
the power socket (30) is arranged on any one side of a Center Line (CL) passing through the center of the vehicle width direction in the vehicle width direction;
a main switch unit (31) for turning on/off the vehicle power supply is disposed on the same side as the power outlet (30).
The invention described in
the main switch unit (31) includes a key cylinder (31a) into which a key is inserted;
the power socket (30) is disposed below the key cylinder (31a) and outside the key cylinder (31a) in the vehicle width direction.
The invention described in claim 6 is characterized in that:
the leg protector (20) includes a center protruding portion (21) protruding toward the driver side at the center in the vehicle width direction, a left side portion (22) positioned on the left side of the center protruding portion (21), and a right side portion (23) positioned on the right side of the center protruding portion (21);
the power socket (30) is arranged on any one side of a Center Line (CL) passing through the center of the vehicle width direction in the vehicle width direction;
the article storage section (33) is disposed on the opposite side of the Center Line (CL) from the power outlet (30) in the vehicle width direction.
The invention described in claim 7 is characterized in that a luggage hook (32) is disposed on the central protrusion (21).
The invention described in claim 8 is characterized in that at least a part of the article storage section (33) overlaps the luggage hook (32) and the power outlet (30) in the vehicle vertical direction.
The invention described in claim 9 is characterized in that:
the leg protector (20) includes a center protruding portion (21) protruding toward the driver side at the center in the vehicle width direction, a left side portion (22) positioned on the left side of the center protruding portion (21), and a right side portion (23) positioned on the right side of the center protruding portion (21);
the power socket (30) is arranged on any one side of a Center Line (CL) passing through the center of the vehicle width direction in the vehicle width direction;
a parking brake (34) for braking the rear wheel (4) is disposed on the opposite side of the Center Line (CL) from the power outlet (30) in the vehicle width direction.
The invention described in claim 10 is characterized in that:
the leg guard (20) is inclined from the upper end (20u) to the lower side and is positioned at the front of the vehicle;
the power socket (30) is disposed in front of a Vertical Line (VL) passing through an upper end (20u) of the leg guard (20) in a side view.
The effects of the present invention are explained below:
according to the invention described in claim 1, by attaching the power outlet to the driver side surface of the leg shield with the insertion opening directed outward in the vehicle width direction, a wider leg space can be ensured than in the case where the power outlet is attached such that the insertion opening is directed toward the driver side. Therefore, even if the vehicle body is not enlarged, the power outlet and the electrical component mounted on the power outlet are less likely to protrude into the leg space.
According to the invention described in claim 2, the electrical component can be easily connected to the power outlet by exposing the portion of the power outlet forming the insertion opening to the outside from the leg shield. Further, since a cover for opening and closing the insertion opening is not required, the structure of the body cover around the power outlet is simplified.
According to the invention described in claim 3, by inclining the insertion opening toward the lower side of the leg shield, the amount of projection of the electrical component in the vehicle width direction can be reduced as compared with the case where the insertion opening is horizontally arranged when the electrical component is inserted into the power outlet. Further, since the insertion opening is inclined downward toward the lower side of the leg shield, the opening of the insertion opening can be made downward, and therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for rain, dust, or the like to enter the insertion opening.
According to the invention described in claim 4, by disposing the main switch unit on the same side as the power outlet, the power outlet and the main switch unit can be brought closer to each other than when the main switch unit is disposed on the opposite side of the power outlet in the vehicle width direction with respect to the center line. Therefore, the electrical components of the power outlet and the main switch unit can be integrated, and the electrical wiring length of the power outlet and the main switch unit can be shortened.
According to the invention described in
According to the invention described in claim 6, since the article storage section is disposed on the opposite side of the center line to the power outlet in the vehicle width direction, the capacity of the article storage section is not limited by the power outlet, and therefore the article storage section can be enlarged.
According to the invention described in claim 7, since the luggage hook is disposed at the central protruding portion, when the electrical component such as the charging cord is inserted into the power outlet, the charging cord is hooked to the luggage hook, and the device connected to the charging cord can be stored in the article storage portion, the vibration of the charging cord can be suppressed.
According to the invention described in claim 8, at least a part of the article storage portion is overlapped with the luggage hook and the power outlet in the vehicle vertical direction, and the article storage portion, the luggage hook, and the power outlet are arranged at substantially the same height. Therefore, the vibration of the charging cord can be suppressed as compared with the case where the article storage section, the luggage hook, and the power outlet are arranged at different heights when the electrical component such as the charging cord is inserted into the power outlet.
According to the invention described in claim 9, since the parking brake is disposed on the opposite side of the center line to the power receptacle in the vehicle width direction, the power receptacle and the parking brake do not interfere with each other, and therefore, the operability of the parking brake can be improved.
According to the invention described in claim 10, since the power outlet is disposed in front of the vertical line passing through the upper end of the leg shield in the side view, the upper side and the front side of the power outlet can be protected by the leg shield, and therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for rain, dust, and the like to enter the power outlet.
