Background

With the rapid development of new polyester fibers and the improvement of requirements of people on textiles in recent years, correspondingly, higher requirements on the dyeing performance and the environmental protection performance of dyes are also provided. The dye is required to have high lifting power and various dyeing fastness, and also has good environmental protection performance so as to avoid environmental pollution.

Most of common disperse dyes in the market at present are conventional dyes, the fastness of the disperse dyes on 100 percent of common terylene is still good, but the disperse dyes are completely not good when superfine fibers or terylene and spandex blended fabrics are used, the fastness is very poor, and the fastness is not greatly improved even by multiple reduction washing (two reduction washing modes, namely alkali washing, adding sodium hydrosulfite and caustic soda flakes, and acid washing, adding acid reduction washing agent and acetic acid) cannot meet the requirements of high-end orders.
