1. The high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.3% of filtrate reducer; 0.3-0.6% of flow pattern regulator; 20-60% of a weighting agent; the balance of water.

2. The high temperature resistant weighted sand wash fluid of claim 1, wherein the fluid loss additive is a highly viscous polyanionic cellulose.

3. The high temperature resistant weighted sand wash according to claim 1, wherein the flow pattern modifier is xanthan gum.

5. The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

respectively weighing the filtrate reducer, the flow pattern regulator, the weighting agent and water according to the weight percentage;

and sequentially adding the weighting agent, the filtrate reducer and the flow pattern regulator into the water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-temperature-resistant weighting sand washing liquid.

6. The method for preparing the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing liquid according to claim 5,

sequentially adding the weighting agent, the filtrate reducer and the flow pattern regulator into the water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-temperature-resistant weighting sand washing liquid; the method comprises the following steps:

adding the weighting agent into the water, uniformly stirring, determining whether the density value reaches a designed value,

and if the density value reaches the design value, sucking the fluid loss additive and the flow pattern regulator into the water through a jet pump and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid.

The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid as claimed in claim 5, wherein the weight percentage of the fluid loss additive is 0.1-0.3%; the weight percentage of the flow pattern regulator is 0.3-0.6%; the weight percentage of the weighting agent is 20-60%; the balance being water.

9. The method for preparing the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing liquid as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the stirring speed is 300 to 500 r/min.

10. The preparation method of the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing liquid as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the stirring time is 5 to 20 min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sand washing operation of oil fields, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid and a preparation method thereof.

Background

When the coiled tubing is used for sand washing operation in an oil pipe in an ultra-deep, high-temperature and high-pressure gas well with the well depth of more than 6000 meters and the bottom temperature of 140-170 ℃, the density, viscosity, shearing force, temperature resistance, resistance reduction performance, compatibility performance and the like of construction liquid have great influence on the success rate of operation. The ultra-deep challenge comes from the length of a coiled tubing required by construction, under the condition that the inner diameter of the coiled tubing is small, the friction resistance in the tubing is high, the construction discharge capacity is ensured, the pumping pressure can exceed the pressure bearing capacity of the coiled tubing to cause serious construction accidents, so the sand washing liquid is required to have good resistance reduction performance, in addition, the size configuration of an ultra-deep well tubing string is generally a combination of 4-1/2 "(114.3 mm) + 3-1/2" (88.9mm), the annular space of the coiled tubing and the tubing is large in upper part and small in lower part, the upward return challenge of the sand, dirt and other plugs is provided, and if the discharge capacity is not enough or the liquid sand carrying capacity is not enough, the upward return plugs can be accumulated and settled, and the pipe clamping accidents are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that the conventional sand washing liquid cannot keep a certain viscosity after being sheared at high temperature in an ultra-deep, high-temperature and high-pressure gas well, and can be recycled only by continuously supplementing high-temperature-resistant materials.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a high temperature resistant weighted sand washing fluid, which includes the following components by weight: 0.1-0.3% of filtrate reducer; 0.3-0.6% of flow pattern regulator; 20-60% of a weighting agent; the balance of water.

As an alternative implementation manner, in the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing fluid provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the fluid loss additive is high-viscosity polyanionic cellulose.

As an alternative implementation manner, in the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing liquid provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the flow pattern regulator is xanthan gum.

As an alternative implementation manner, in the high temperature resistant weighting sand washing liquid provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the weighting agent is at least one of potassium formate or sodium formate.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a preparation method of a high temperature resistant weighted sand washing fluid, including the following steps:

respectively weighing the filtrate reducer, the flow pattern regulator, the weighting agent and water according to the weight percentage;

and sequentially adding the weighting agent, the filtrate reducer and the flow pattern regulator into the water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-temperature-resistant weighting sand washing liquid.

As an optional implementation manner, in the preparation method of the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing liquid provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the weighting agent, the filtrate reducer and the flow pattern modifier are sequentially added to the water, and are uniformly stirred, so as to obtain the high temperature resistant weighted sand washing liquid; the method comprises the following steps:

adding the weighting agent into the water, uniformly stirring, determining whether the density value reaches a designed value,

and if the density value reaches the design value, sucking the fluid loss additive and the flow pattern regulator into the water by using a jet pump and uniformly stirring to obtain the high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid.

The embodiment of the invention provides a high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-temperature-resistant weighted sand washing liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.3% of filtrate reducer; 0.3-0.6% of flow pattern regulator; 20-60% of a weighting agent; the balance of water. By adding the fluid loss agent, the flow pattern regulator and the weighting agent, the viscosity of the weighted sand washing liquid is increased, the fluid loss property is reduced, and the friction resistance in the pipe is reduced; and after the flow pattern regulator is combined with the weighting agent, the high temperature resistance is obviously improved, the high temperature resistance of the weighted sand washing liquid is improved, a certain continuous reading can be kept after high-temperature shearing, the recycling frequency is improved, and the cost of the weighted sand washing liquid is reduced.
