Because the polyester fiber does not have the natural colloid and softness of the natural fiber, has poor hygroscopicity and no conductivity, the natural colloid can play the roles of static resistance, bundling and moisture absorption unlike the natural fiber in the spinning process, so that the fiber has good smoothness. The spinning oil agent is an important reagent for fiber post-processing, can increase the holding force of the polyester fiber in the processing process, reduce the friction coefficient between the fiber and machinery, reduce the generation of static electricity, and achieve the same easy processing property as natural fiber.

The development and production of chemical fiber oil in China begin in the early 90 s of the 20 th century. Although starting late, the development is rapid. 8-12 parts of higher fatty acid triethanolamine salt, 10-20 parts of lauroyl diethanolamine, 13-24 parts of pentaerythritol oleate, 67-76 parts of a smoothing agent, 5-10 parts of an antistatic agent, 5-10 parts of a preservative, 10-13 parts of an emulsifier, 1-2 parts of an anti-splashing agent and 0.1-0.4 part of a penetrating agent.

Preferably, the smoothing agent is any one or a combination of more of fatty acid ester, polyol ester, monoalkyl polyether, dialkyl polyether, polyalkyl polyether, end-capped polyether and ethylhexyl palmitate.

Preferably, the antistatic agent is C8-18Alkyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate salt, C8-16Alkyl sulfates and C4-10Any one or combination of a plurality of sulfuric ester polyoxyethylene ether salts.

Preferably, the emulsifier is castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, lauryl polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol (C)8-12) Any one or combination of several of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether.

s2: adding the higher fatty acid triethanolamine salt, the smoothing agent and the antistatic agent into deionized water, and stirring for 20-30 min;

s3: adding the lauryl diethanol amine and the pentaerythritol oleate into the solution prepared in the step S2, heating and stirring at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ for 20-30 min;

s4: adding the preservative, the emulsifier, the anti-spattering agent and the penetrating agent into the solution prepared in the step S3, and stirring for 50-70 min;

s5: and (5) cooling the solution prepared in the step (S4), and filtering to obtain the spinning oil agent.
