The invention adopts MP3411 chip as the core of the circuit board chip. An MP3411 chip of the circuit board is internally integrated with a complete charging module, and a power tube in the chip is used for trickle, constant current and variable voltage conversion of the battery. The charging current ISET pin is externally set, the maximum continuous charging current is 6A, and a choke diode and a current detection resistor are not required to be additionally arranged. The power management circuit in the chip automatically reduces the charging current when the junction temperature of the chip exceeds 100 ℃, and reduces the current to zero when the junction temperature of the chip reaches 150 ℃. The function can utilize the power processing capacity of the chip to the maximum extent, and the chip or external components are not damaged by worrying about the overheating of the chip. The charging module starts charging the battery when the input voltage at the inlet exceeds a predetermined voltage (about 30V) and is greater than the battery voltage. If the voltage of the battery is lower than 29V, the charging module pre-charges the battery by using small current; when the voltage of the battery exceeds 29V, the charger charges the USB interventional device in a variable-voltage constant-current mode; when the voltage of the battery is close to 42V, the charging current is gradually reduced, and the system enters a constant voltage charging mode; when the charging current is reduced to the charging end threshold value, the charging period is ended, and the complete charging process is trickle-variable voltage constant current-constant voltage. The end-of-charge threshold is 10% of the constant current charging current. When the battery voltage drops below the recharge threshold, a new charging cycle is automatically started.
