Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to an open top container.

Background

The container is a common transportation tool in the modern logistics industry, and is widely applied to the transportation of goods at present, the part of the container which can be opened can be positioned at the top, the side or the end part due to different transportation occasions and different needed transported objects, and the container with the openable top is generally called an open top container. Open top containers can be further classified into hard open top containers and soft open top containers due to the difference in the material used for the openable portion of the top.

At present, most of open top containers are still in a soft tarpaulin structure, even if the open top containers are in a hard top structure, particularly when the open top containers are in an open top structure, the water tightness of seams between top covers of the open top containers is difficult to guarantee, and the transportation quality of goods is influenced.

In view of the above, there is a need for an improved open top shipping container to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an open top container with better water tightness.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an open top container, which comprises a box body with an open top and at least one top cover capable of covering the open top of the box body, wherein the top cover comprises a first top plate and a second top plate which are arranged in a split mode, the first top plate and the second top plate are respectively provided with a connecting end and an open-close end, the connecting end is rotatably connected with the top of the box body, the open-close end is opposite to the connecting end, a water retaining structure is connected with the open-close end of the first top plate, a drainage groove with an upward opening is formed in the water retaining structure to support falling water, and the drainage groove is located on the lower side of a seam when the first top plate and the second top plate are in butt joint.

As a further improvement of the invention, a cover plate is connected to the opening end of the second top plate, and the cover plate is located on the upper side of the drainage groove and at least partially covers the opening of the drainage groove.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the cover plate has a connecting portion connected to the second top plate, a plate body portion at least partially covering the upper side of the drainage channel, and a flange portion extending from the plate body portion in a downward bending manner, and the connecting portion and the flange portion are disposed on both sides of the plate body portion in the transverse direction.

As a further improvement of the invention, a sealing structure is arranged at the joint of the first top plate and the second top plate, and the sealing structure comprises a sealing rubber strip and/or an electromagnetic shielding structure.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the water retaining structure includes a receiving plate located at a bottom side thereof, a combining portion located at one side of the receiving plate, and a sealing plate located at the other side of the receiving plate, the combining portion is connected to the first top plate, and a tip portion of the sealing plate protruding upward is embedded in the sealing structure.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the open top container further has a baffle plate protruding downward, the top end of the baffle plate is embedded in the sealing structure, and the bottom end of the baffle plate forms a stop part protruding downward out of the sealing structure.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the sealing plate is a plate-shaped structure connected to the receiving plate and disposed at an angle, and the baffle is located between the combining portion and the sealing plate in the transverse direction.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the water blocking structure further includes a bridge portion connecting the sealing plate and the receiving plate, and the sealing plate is located above the bridge portion and has at least one of the distal end portions embedded in the sealing structure.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the seal plate has two of the distal end portions embedded in the seal structure, and the baffle is located between the two distal end portions in the lateral direction.

As a further improvement of the present invention, in the height direction, the opening and closing ends of the first top plate and the second top plate are higher than the corresponding connecting ends.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the open top container, the drainage grooves are formed in the lower sides of the joints of the first top plate and the second top plate, so that falling water is drained from the drainage grooves to the greatest extent, the joints of the first top plate and the second top plate and/or the sealing structure are prevented from permeating into the container body, and the transportation quality of goods is guaranteed.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by one of ordinary skill in the art according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a first preferred embodiment of an open top container 100 according to the present invention is shown, wherein the open top container 100 includes an open top box 1 and at least one top cover 2 capable of covering the open top of the box 1. For convenience of explanation, when the open top container 100 is described below, one side of the top cover of the open top container 100 facing the container body 1 is considered as an inner side, and the other side is considered as an outer side.

Referring to fig. 1, the top cover 2 includes a first top plate 21 and a second top plate 22 that are arranged in a split manner, the first top plate 21 and the second top plate 22 both have a connection end 201 rotatably connected to the top of the box body 1 and an open-close end 202 opposite to the connection end 201, the open-close end 202 of the first top plate 21 is connected to a water-retaining structure 23, the water-retaining structure 23 is formed with a drainage groove 231 that is opened upward to receive falling water, and the drainage groove 231 is located at the lower side of a seam when the first top plate 21 and the second top plate 22 are connected in a split manner.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a cover plate 24 is connected to the opening end of the second top plate 22, and the cover plate 24 is located above the drainage channel 231 and at least partially covers the opening of the drainage channel 231. Specifically, the cover plate 24 has a connecting portion 241 connected to the second top plate 22, a plate portion 242 at least partially covering the upper side of the drain groove 231, and a flange portion 243 bent and extending downward from the plate portion 242, and the connecting portion 241 and the flange portion 243 are partially disposed on two sides of the plate portion 242 in the transverse direction.

In this embodiment, the flanging portion 243 extends vertically downward from the end of the plate body portion 242 close to the first top plate 21, and in other embodiments, the flanging portion 243 may also extend downward from the end of the plate body portion 242 close to the first top plate 21, and the free end of the flanging portion 243 has a tendency to close toward the first top plate 21. In this way, the flanging portion 243 is bent and extended downward from the plate portion 242, and can guide the falling water to fall and prevent the water from pouring into the drainage channel 231 obliquely.

The joint of the first top plate 21 and the second top plate 22 is provided with a sealing structure 3, and the sealing structure 3 comprises a sealing rubber strip and/or an electromagnetic shielding structure so as to realize good watertight and/or electromagnetic shielding effects. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flanging portion 243 extends downward beyond the sealing structure 3 to contain and protect the sealing structure 3, so as to prevent water from directly dripping on the sealing structure 3.

The water retaining structure 23 includes a bearing plate 232 located at a bottom side thereof, a combining portion 233 located at one side of the bearing plate 232, and a sealing plate 234 located at the other side of the bearing plate 232, wherein the combining portion 233 is connected to the first top plate 21, and a distal portion 2341 of the sealing plate 234 protruding upward is embedded in the sealing structure 3, so as to achieve a good watertight effect and/or an electromagnetic shielding effect.

Further, the open top container 100 further has a baffle 25 protruding downward, the top end of the baffle 25 is embedded in the sealing structure 3, and the bottom end forms a stopper 251 protruding downward to expose the sealing structure 3.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the top end of the baffle 25 is connected to the plate body 242, and the downwardly extending free end of the baffle 251 is disposed close to the receiving plate 232, and in the height direction, the stop 251 extends downwardly so that the free end is located below the free end of the turn-up portion 243, that is, the height of the stop 251 is greater than that of the turn-up portion 243, so that the baffle 25 can better buffer the water flowing into the drainage groove 231, and can prevent the water from penetrating from the sealing structure 3.

Further, in this embodiment, a slight gap is left between the free end of the stop portion 251 and the receiving portion 232, and in other embodiments, the free end of the stop portion 251 may also contact downward with the upper surface of the receiving portion 232.

In this embodiment, the sealing plate 234 is a plate-shaped structure connected to the receiving plate 232 and disposed at an angle, and the baffle 25 is located between the combining portion 233 and the sealing plate 234 in the transverse direction. Specifically, the sealing plate 234 is connected to one end of the receiving plate 232, and the connecting portion 233 is connected to the other end of the receiving plate 232, which is opposite to the receiving plate 232, so that the receiving plate 232, the sealing plate 234 and the connecting portion 233 are connected to form a U-shaped structure to enclose the drainage channel 231.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the opening ends 202 of the first and second top boards 21 and 22 are higher than the corresponding connecting ends 201 in the height direction, so that the water falling on the top cover 2 flows to the lower part of the two sides to be discharged, and the water falling into the middle of the top cover 2 is prevented from accumulating at the seam and penetrating into the box body 1.

In this embodiment, the open top container 100 further includes a plurality of reinforcing beams 26 disposed at the bottoms of the first top plate 21 and the second top plate 22, and the coupling portions 233 and the connecting portions 241 are connected to the corresponding reinforcing beams 26, respectively.

Please refer to fig. 3, which is a second preferred embodiment of the open top container of the present invention, in this embodiment, the basic structure and the assembly relationship of the open top container are the same as those of the first preferred embodiment, the open top container also has a water-blocking structure 23 connected to the first top plate 21, a cover plate 24 connected to the second top plate 22, and a sealing structure 3 disposed inside the cover plate 24, the sealing plate 234 of the water-blocking structure 23 is also a plate-shaped structure connected to the bearing plate 232 and disposed at an angle, and other similar structures are not described herein again, but only the differences are: in this embodiment, the plate body 242 of the cover plate 24 completely covers the opening of the drain groove 231, and the free end of the cuff 243 of the cover plate 24 is located directly above the joint portion 233, or on the side of the joint portion away from the sealing plate 234 in the transverse direction, so that the falling water slides down from the first top plate 21 and the second top plate 22 to the outside as much as possible, thereby minimizing the amount of water entering the drain groove 231.

Please refer to fig. 4, which shows a third preferred embodiment of the open top container 100 of the present invention, in this embodiment, the basic structure and the assembly relationship of the open top container are the same as those in the first preferred embodiment, the open top container also has a water-blocking structure 23 and a sealing structure 3 connected to the first top plate 21, and other similar structures are not repeated herein, but only the differences are: in this embodiment, the second top board 22 is not connected with a cover board, the sealing structure 3 covers the seam between the first top board 21 and the second top board 22, the water drainage groove 231 of the water blocking structure 23 is located at the lower side of the seam when the first top board 21 and the second top board 22 are butted, so as to receive and drain water seeping from the sealing structure 3, and the water accumulated in the water drainage groove 231 is buffered and blocked by the baffle 25 and the sealing plate 234, so as to prevent the water from entering the box body 1.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a fourth preferred embodiment of the open top container of the present invention is shown, in this embodiment, the basic structure and assembly relationship of the open top container 100 'are the same as those of the first preferred embodiment, and the open top container also includes a water-blocking structure 23' connected to the first top plate 21', the water-blocking structure 23' also includes a receiving plate 232 'located at the bottom side thereof, a combining portion 233' located at one side of the receiving plate 232 'and a sealing plate 234' located at the other side of the receiving plate 232', the combining portion 233' is connected to the first top plate 21', and a terminal portion 2341' formed by the upward projection of the sealing plate 234 'is embedded in the sealing structure 3'. Other similar structures are not described herein, and only the differences will be described below.

The water blocking structure 23 'further includes a bridge portion 235' connecting the sealing plate 234 'and the receiving plate 232', and the sealing plate 234 'is located above the bridge portion 235' and has at least one terminal portion 2341 'embedded in the sealing structure 3'. Further, in this embodiment, the bridge portion 235' is a tubular structure, the receiving plate 232' is connected to the combining portion 233' to form an L shape, and the sealing plate 234' is mounted on the bridge portion 235 '.

The sealing plate 234 'has two of the end portions 2341' embedded in the sealing structure 3', and the baffle 25' of the open top container 100 'is located between the two end portions 2341' in the lateral direction. The blocking portion 251' of the baffle 25' protrudes downward from the lower side of the sealing structure 3' and is sandwiched between the two end portions 2341', and an orthographic projection of the baffle 25' on the vertical surface is partially overlapped with an orthographic projection of the sealing plate 234' on the vertical surface, so as to form a labyrinth structure between the cover plate 24' and the water retaining structure 23' to prevent water from penetrating into the box body 1' from the drainage groove 231' and the sealing structure 3 '.

Further, in the present embodiment, the sealing plate 234 'has a U-shape, and in other embodiments, the sealing plate 234' may have other configurations such as a rectangular shape and a triangular shape.
