Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of nucleating agents, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of an anti-reflection polypropylene nucleating aid.

Background

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer obtained by polymerizing propylene, and can be classified into isotactic polypropylene (i-PP), syndiotactic polypropylene (s-PP), and atactic polypropylene (a-PP) according to the arrangement of methyl groups in the main chain. In addition to the spatial configuration of the molecular chain, the processing and application properties of PP depend to a large extent on its crystallization temperature, crystal morphology and grain size, etc. Generally, the crystal structure of PP is considered to be monoclinic alpha crystal form, hexagonal beta crystal form, triclinic gamma crystal form, smectic structure and pseudo-hexagonal crystal form, wherein the most widely used crystal structure is alpha crystal form and beta crystal form, and other crystal structures are unstable and have low application value, so that PP is not common.

The polypropylene nucleating agent is an auxiliary agent used for changing the crystallization behavior of PP, thereby changing the crystallization form of PP, and finally improving the physical mechanical property and the thermodynamic property of PP. The nucleating agents are classified into inorganic nucleating agents, sorbitol nucleating agents, phosphate nucleating agents, rosin nucleating agents and high-molecular nucleating agents. In recent years, in order to fully exert the advantages of various nucleating agents, researches have been focused on the synergistic effect between different nucleating agents or between the nucleating agent and other auxiliary agents.

How to prepare the polypropylene nucleating agent with low price and excellent performance is one direction of research.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a preparation method of an anti-reflection polypropylene nucleation auxiliary agent, which is low in cost and simple in process.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of an anti-reflection polypropylene nucleation auxiliary agent comprises the following steps:

(1) putting the inorganic nano particles into a high-speed mixer, stirring and mixing at a high speed, dehumidifying when the temperature reaches 80-90 ℃, and adding a silane coupling agent to mix and stir for 5-10 min when the temperature reaches 120-160 ℃; then, placing the mixture in the high-speed mixer into a cold mixer for cooling, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to 30-50 ℃ to obtain a modified inorganic nucleating agent; the inorganic nano particles are formed by compounding nano talcum powder, nano calcium carbonate and nano silicon dioxide according to the mass ratio of 2-3: 2-4: 1;

(2) adding a sorbitol nucleating agent into an alcohol solvent, and stirring until the sorbitol nucleating agent is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;

(3) dispersing the modified inorganic nucleating agent prepared in the step (1) in water to obtain a mixed solution B;

(4) and directly adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B according to the mass ratio of the sorbitol nucleating agent to the inorganic nucleating agent of 25: 75-70: 30, performing ultrasonic dispersion, uniformly mixing, adding into a spray dryer, and performing spray drying to obtain the anti-reflection polypropylene nucleating aid.

Preferably, the particle size of the nano talcum powder is 10-50 nm, the particle size of the nano calcium carbonate is 15-30 nm, and the particle size of the nano silicon dioxide is 20-500 nm.

Preferably, the sorbitol nucleating agent is one or a combination of bis-1, 3: 2, 4- (4' -propylbenzylidene) -1-propylsorbitol, 1, 3: 2, 4-dibenzylidene sorbitol, 1, 3: 2, 4-di (p-methylbenzylidene) sorbitol and 1, 3: 2, 4-di (3, 4-dimethylylidene) sorbitol.

Preferably, the alcohol solvent is absolute ethyl alcohol or absolute methyl alcohol.

Preferably, the ultrasonic dispersion time in the step (4) is 20-30 min.

Preferably, the conditions of the spray drying in the step 4) are as follows: the air inlet temperature is 90-160 ℃, and the air outlet temperature is 50-80 ℃.

Preferably, the silane coupling agent is bis- (2- (triethoxysilane) propyl) -tetrasulfide or bis- (gamma- (triethoxysilyl) propyl) -disulfide.

The invention also aims to provide an application of the anti-reflection polypropylene nucleation auxiliary agent prepared by the method in polypropylene forming processing.

The dosage of the nucleation auxiliary agent for the anti-reflection polypropylene is 0.1-0.5% of the total mass of the polypropylene.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the added inorganic nano particles are changed from inorganic to organic by adopting the procedures of dehumidification and modification, and the surface hydrophilic and oleophobic properties are changed into oleophilic and hydrophobic properties, thereby solving the problems of particle agglomeration and poor dispersibility when the inorganic nucleating agent is added.

2. According to the invention, three different nanoscale inorganic nucleating agents, namely talcum powder, calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide, are modified together and then are compounded with the sorbitol organic nucleating agent to obtain the nucleating aid for anti-reflection polypropylene.

3. The nucleation auxiliary agent prepared by the invention has the advantages of low price, simple preparation process and good dispersion and nucleation effects.

In the following embodiments, the particle size of the nano talc powder is 10 to 50nm, the particle size of the nano calcium carbonate is 15 to 30nm, and the particle size of the nano silica is 20 to 500 nm.
