When the wild jujube enters the shell 21, the driving motor 44 drives the movable disk 23 to rotate, and the wild jujube rubs between the first group of grinding hammers 232 and the third group of grinding hammers 221 or between the second group of grinding hammers 233 and the fourth group of grinding hammers 222, so that the skin of the wild jujube is removed.

Referring to fig. 3, the hammer pieces 234 of the third set of hammers 221 are inclined with respect to the plane of the fixed plate 22, one ends of the hammer pieces 234 away from the fixed plate are inclined to positions away from the center of the fixed plate 22, and the hammer pieces 234 of the fourth set of hammers 222 are also inclined to positions away from the center of the fixed plate 22. The hammer pieces 234 of the third group of grinding hammers 221 and the fourth group of grinding hammers 222 are obliquely arranged, so that the wild jujube cannot be completely crushed easily, and the extraction of the wild jujube pulp is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a smoke exhaust pipe 5 is fixed at the top end of the shell 21, the smoke exhaust pipe 5 is vertically arranged upwards, certain smoke is generated when the dried wild jujube is peeled, and the smoke is exhausted along the smoke exhaust pipe 5.

The discharge pipe 13 is fixed on the machine body 1, one end of the discharge pipe 13 is communicated with the inside of the shell 21, and the other end of the discharge pipe 13 penetrates out of the side wall of the machine body 1.

The implementation principle of the wild jujube peeling machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the wild jujube is peeled, the dried wild jujube is placed into the feed hopper 12, the wild jujube enters the shell 21 through the feed delivery pipe 121, the motor 84 drives the movable disc 23 to rotate, the movable disc 23 drives the first group of grinding hammers 232 and the second group of grinding hammers 233 to rotate, the first group of grinding hammers 232 and the third group of grinding hammers 221 rotate relatively, the second group of grinding hammers 233 and the fourth group of grinding hammers 222 rotate relatively, friction is generated between each hammer piece 234 and the wild jujube to peel the wild jujube, and then the wild jujube peel and pulp are discharged from the discharge pipe 13.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the difference from the first embodiment is that saw-toothed protrusions 235 are uniformly fixed on the side surfaces of the hammer pieces 234 of the first group of hammers 232 and the second group of hammers 233 arranged along the circumferential direction of the movable plate 23, and saw-toothed protrusions 235 are fixed on the planes of the hammer pieces 234 of the third group of hammers 221 and the fourth group of hammers 222 arranged along the circumferential direction of the fixed plate 22, wherein the saw-toothed protrusions 235 can accelerate the peeling speed of the zizyphus jujube.

The feeding hopper 12 is internally provided with a screen 6, two opposite side walls of the screen 6 are fixed with sliding blocks 61, and the top surfaces of the sliding blocks 61 are flush with the top of the feeding hopper 12. A handle 62 is fixed on the top surface of the sliding block 61, a sliding groove 63 is formed in the inner wall of the feeding hopper 12, the sliding block 61 is in sliding connection with the sliding groove 63, a fixing component 7 is arranged on the outer wall of the feeding hopper 12, and the sliding block 61 is fixed by the fixing component 7. When the screen 6 is installed, the sliding block 61 slides into the sliding groove 63, so that the top surface of the sliding block 61 is flush with the top surface of the feed hopper 12, and the screen 6 can screen out some impurities larger than the wild jujube.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the fixing assembly 7 includes a connecting block 71, the connecting block 71 is fixed to the outer wall of the feeding hopper 12, an accommodating hole 711 is formed in one side of the connecting block 71 contacting the feeding hopper 12, an inserting rod 72 is disposed on the connecting block 71, the inserting rod 72 penetrates through the connecting block 71, a supporting block 73 is disposed in the accommodating hole 711, the supporting block 73 is located on one side close to the outer wall of the feeding hopper 12, a spring 74 is disposed in the accommodating hole 711, the spring 74 is sleeved with the inserting rod 72, one end of the spring 74 is fixed to the supporting block 73, and the other end of the spring 74 is fixed to the hole wall of the accommodating hole 711 far away from the supporting block 73.

The outer wall of the feed hopper 12 is provided with a first insertion hole 122, the sliding block 61 is provided with a second insertion hole 611, the second insertion hole 611 is aligned with the second insertion hole 611, one end of the sliding block 61 of the insertion rod 72 penetrates through the first insertion hole 122 and is inserted into the second insertion hole 611, and the sliding block 61 and the feed hopper 12 are fixed, so that the screen 6 is fixed.

The magnetic columns 612 are uniformly fixed on the screen 6, the magnetic columns 612 are made of magnets, and the magnetic columns 612 can attract some metals such as iron blocks in the wild jujube, so that damage caused by the hammer 234 when the metals enter the shell 21 is reduced.

Referring to fig. 4 and 8, one side of the machine body 1 is provided with a conveying pipe 8, supporting blocks 81 are fixed at two ends of the conveying pipe 8, a feeding hole 82 is fixed at one end of the conveying pipe 8 close to the discharging hole, the feeding hole 82 is communicated with the inside of the conveying pipe 8, the feeding hole 82 is located below the discharging pipe 13, and the discharging hole of the discharging pipe 13 is just located above the feeding hole 82.

A rotating shaft 83 is arranged in the conveying pipe 8, a spiral conveying blade 831 is fixed on the rotating shaft 83, a motor 84 is arranged at one end of the conveying pipe 8, the motor 84 is fixed on the conveying pipe 8, and an output shaft of the motor 84 is fixed with the rotating shaft 83. The top of conveyer pipe 8 is provided with inlet tube 9, and inlet tube 9 sets up along conveyer pipe 8's length direction, is provided with a plurality of shower nozzles 91 on the inlet tube 9, and the one end that inlet tube 9 was kept away from to shower nozzle 91 is fixed with conveyer pipe 8's outer wall, and shower nozzle 91 communicates with conveyer pipe 8's inside. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a plurality of drain pipes 85 are fixed to the bottom of the duct 8, a filter screen 86 is provided above the drain pipes 85, and the filter screen 86 is fixed to the inner wall of the duct 8.

The end of the conveying pipe 8 far away from the machine body 1 is provided with a collecting box 10, the upper end of the collecting box 10 is provided with an opening 211, and the wild jujube passing through the conveying pipe 8 is conveyed into the collecting box 10.

The implementation principle of the wild jujube peeling machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the wild jujube is peeled, the wild jujube is poured into the feed hopper 12, the magnetic column 612 can suck out magnetic metal in the wild jujube, then the wild jujube enters the shell 21 to be peeled, the peeled pulp and the wild jujube peel are conveyed into the conveying pipe 8 through the discharge pipe 13, the motor 84 is started, and the motor 84 drives the spiral conveying blade 831 to rotate. The water inlet pipe 9 sprays water into the conveying pipe 8, so that the wild jujube peel and the pulp which are stuck together are separated, and the wild jujube peel and the pulp are collected respectively at the later stage of convenience.
